We got Married the day before and the next morning decided to meet some of the people who attended our wedding there for breakfast. I enjoyed to ambiance immediately and the service was tip notch! My new Husband and I even took a pic with Black Bear!!! Awesome team and the food came out hot and fresh!

This is a great place for a big gathering! We went for a birthday and loved the breakfasts—they are truly delicious, just be warned that the portions are massive, making them perfect for sharing. The bright bear decorations add a unique and cheerful ambiance. While the restaurant was packed, the short waitlist of only 20-30 minutes kept things moving smoothly.

Love this place every time I visit 🤩 food’s amazing, good prices for the portions you get, and the staff is amazing. I got served by Cliff and he’s the nicest dude I’ve met, and everyone there is so sweet! You’ll never have a bad time here and I’m honestly thrilled every time I eat there lol. 10/10 stars I’ll have 0 problems coming back here for a great breakfast 😋

Our first visit (8/22) and my husband and I were overall pleased. Large portions, fair prices, great customer service from our server, food tasted great, food came out in a timely manner. Only thing for me was that the side of red potatoes I got lacked seasoning/flavor. Had I not got them topped with bacon and cheese I feel I would have been disappointed. I tasted a few potatoes that were not covered in cheese nor bacon and they lacked flavor other than that all of it was good. I did also ask for an additional to go order of the same meat lovers omelet to go for my son to try (he was not with us) and he ate the entire thing. We will be back soon.

Kept meaning to stop by one of these and we finally did! I don’t recall our server’s name but she was excellent and very patient with our 4 kids 9 and under. The food was excellent and they had some great oversized booths for larger groups.

I came in today to treat myself to a well deserved breakfast and planned my meal last night. I was also super excited to try the Bigfoot breakfast they have and it was amazing My server, Aeriona, was super attentive and very friendly. My glass of bottomless cold brew was never more than half empty and because I was using cream in my coffee she left me the refill glass for me. I always try to have sympathy for servers as a former host myself (my first job actually was working in a setting similar to this) and she thought I was still eating when I was trying to stack my plates for her so it was easier to carry back to dish pit. My boss comes here every week for a work thing and the last time I was in the servers knew her order as soon as she sat down and it’s just that nice community aspect too

The service was also outstanding. Our server Krissy was immensely kind, attentive, professional, and efficient! i ordered the stuffed blackberry French toast and it was absolutely incredible! The jam was so smooth with the perfect amount of tartness, and the pastry was so buttery and soft. The southern scramble was to die for as well. The potatoes were seasoned well, and the sausage and gravy were amazing. Highly recommend the pancakes too! They were so fluffy and tasted like they were made from scratch.

I went there based on the ratings but in this case it was a miss. The place was packed. I ordered the salmon. It came out relatively quick but it was dry and no flavor. From looking around it looks like the place is mostly serving cheap sugar and quick meals and burgers. I ordered a blue cheese burger and it was blunt and barely had some cheese. The best thing there was the sweet potato. Overall a hard pass.

My husband and I ordered a couple of burgers. They completely messed them up. We asked for well done and the burgers were pink. The manager said they would refund us and never did. I had talked to two manager for my refund and never got it. Every thing was a lie that they told me. My family will not support a crooked business.

We visited on Saturday, May 3rd, around 7pm. The service was horrible! We got greeted by a (not being racial) african american waitress with a very rude " Someone's helped you yet?". It was at that moment that I knew the service wasn't going to be good. She set us down and left. She then came back about 5 min. later (which was not long at all) and gave us the menu and, in a very short and rude manner, asked us, "What would you like to drink?". Since we didn't really had time to look at the menues yet, she noticed that we didn't really know what we wanted so she then told us " ok, I'm going to give yall a few minutes and I'll come back to take yalls order". Which was totally fine, but it was just the bad attitude that ruined the whole visit. I do have to say thank you because she brought us a giant pancake as an apology for the long wait. That kind of lifted our spirits, but it still didn’t make up for the short and rude attitude. I myself have never worked in the food industry so I can imagine that it can be very frustrating sometimes but it's your job and no matter what, you have to do it well with a good attitude no matter how bad is going for you. If you're going to have a bad attitude, you might as well just talk to your manager and ask for the rest of the day off. It was not a good experience!
