Surprisingly delicious! I was looking for Ramen and found this hidden gem of a place for food within the mall. There was quite the variety for food choices and also for beverages. The staff was very friendly and cordial, I definitely would eat food from this restaurant again!

Absolutely delicious! I purchased the grilled chicken ramen bowl with the miso (bean paste) soup. My beverage of choice was the passion fruit milk tea with pearls. Their special is the boba tea for $3.95 with the purchase of your entree. $16.90 + $1.35 (8.00% tax) totalling $18.25. The customer service is great and this food court restaurant is bright and inviting. Well done!

This was the best ramen I’ve had in a while! I love how I was able to build my own ramen with the help of the amazing staff. It’s also super affordable. I 10/10 recommend. Best food court option at Colonie Center!!

The waiter was extremely kind and helpful even though I'm sure he worked a long day ...the food was really good and really good quality as well. They even offered my mom extra shrimp to replace the avocado they didn't have for her bowl. The prices are really good 😊 3 dollars ( about) for a large bubble tea 🧋. And two fifty for seaweed salad that's usually 6 where I live. Great place 10/10

Did I just discover my new favorite spot for delicious Ramen?! Oh, yessss! Yes I did. My prayers have been answered. Killer, authentic ramen, right here in East Greenbush! Ordered the Karakuchi Ramen for take out and I’m happy to report it’s soooo delicious! I won’t bore you with my Ramen credentials, including the places around the world I have enjoyed Ramen. Trust me… I love Ramen and I know when it’s good. Can’t wait to return with my family to try their Poke. Plus a milk tea and some appetizers. If the chicken karaage is legit too, this might be my new favorite restaurant! Do yourself a favor, try Hawaii Poke and Ramen in EG, today!

Am in love. 3 onigiri for $11.95 is a great deal. Have been three times in one week, I am obsessed. Clean and fresh food with staff who are clearly happy to share their love for food. Will continue to try the menu!

The brown sugar milk tea was really good! The Boba comes separate so the flavor is not engrained into the Boba but still delicious and very affordable. The ramen was a 10/10. They have combo deals with both so it comes to around 18ish dollars w/tax. They don't have those tip things on the card readers which is a plus. The service is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Always love their Poké bowls! You can customize each bowl to your liking by adding or deleting ingredients, and specifying level of spiciness. LOVE their various fruit iced teas & smoothies! Fresh and healthy! You can see the ingredients right there and they make them right in front of you!

We love this place. Whenever we go to Colonie center my youngest son jumps for joy when he sees this restaurant! They are so sweet friendly and inviting. We love how we can watch them create all different kinds of unique culinary delicacies. We go often enough that they recognize us and are so patient while my boys take time to decide what to get this time as there are so many options. The cashier even points out deal to save this single mom of 2 some extra funds! So clean and always smells appetizing. Thanks again you guys, til next time. 谢谢

I tried their ramen and OMG let me tell you, this ramen is a best. I love their seafood, the soft boiled egg have the best texture. Especially the mussels were delicious! Would dine here again 😃

The mango flavor was perfectly present—sweet but never cloying, striking a beautiful balance. To hit a perfect 10, though, I’d need a slightly more unique flavor profile. 7/10 Moving on to the food, I ordered the Kani Salad, which featured imitation crab, spicy mayonnaise, and chives (or green onions). This one was just okay for me. I’m not a big fan of the imitation crab texture, and frankly, the dish needed significantly more sauce to elevate it. 5/10 For my entree, I wanted to try something outside the box and went for the Sushi Teriyaki Chicken Burrito. It was genuinely good, with each component tasting fresh individually, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The seaweed wrap, serving as the "tortilla," wasn’t my favorite element. 6.5/10 Overall, this is definitely a solid spot I recommend checking out. The first time eating there I fell in love with this place. The food is DELICIOUS, very fresh and healthy. I had ramen with 2 eggs, tofu, and chives. The food took a little while to be made as expected since it's very fresh. Me and my family sat inside and the entire place was very clean, nice, and well decorated.

I don't understand why they put all this ocean stuff in if I ordered chicken. Also there was so much liquid it went over all the stuff in the bowl and it all had a fishy taste to it. Let's just say I went home and puked my brains out. I am not a fish eater I don't like anything that tastes like fish. I guess next time I'm going to have to ask questions and make sure there's no fish products in my food. My son got the honey boba tea and he really liked it and that's why I gave it a Star instead of none
