If you're hungry for some of the best Tex-Mex food in South Texas, then Los Jarritos in Comfort is your next stop. The cheese enchiladas were amazing, and the flour tortillas almost floated off the plate. The staff was super friendly and so attentive. Excellent!!!

Los Jarros has the best chicken taco salad for miles around. I'll go out of my way to stop in. Their chips are thicker than most, and super-crunchy! Great salsa, too! Good prices, especially on daily specials.

Great breakfast tacos before golf at Buckhorn GC. Quickly seated at 9am, quickly served. Flour tortillas on point and Eggs ala Mexicana were good, slightly dry but still tasty 😋. I'll be back. Please give them a try 🙏

Los Jarros as it says on the sign (although Google has it as Los Jarritos) is a plain little Mexican Cafe with nice people and good food. We showed up at 11 prior to golf at Buckhorn and had brunch. I had the huevos rancheros which were delicious with fresh flour tortillas.

We had lunch here on a weekday. The food is authentic TexMex and very delicious. We especially enjoyed the puffy tacos. There is a small gift shop with unique items in the restaurant as well.

Would give 0 stars but I can't. So I must say for a small town you would think you would want to make the best food for the community that you are wanting to serve. Burned stale chips is not ok. The salsa is not even close to salsa I dont know what they think but that is not it. Lose the plastic spoons. Now for the food. The steak meat was cooked ok but would have like the onions cooked with it. To just grow raw onions in is plain lazy. And why are your cook afraid of flavor? This meal was poorly done you have the time to cook here its not busy. Looks busy just because the parking lot is so small. Don't waste your money here. There are other places to eat and I-10 is real close so you have options.
