I've always enjoyed it, over several visits over 10 years. We had a good dinner tonight. The steak frites isn't ample in terms of steak, but that's not uncommon with beef prices right now. Nice atmosphere.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to O’s and the menu has been revamped for offerings. O’s is pricey, but rarely have we been disappointed, if ever. Meal was perfection. Service on point and friendly. The Crème Brûlée is our favorite here. This visit, I opted for the carrot cake, delicious and very sweet.

I read through the reviews and I see a lot of great reviews and some that are very bad. I grew up in the South, we talk to people and treat people differently than people up North. I wonder how many of the negative reviews are simply because they didn't understand the personalities of the people in the area. I'm not saying all people in the North are rude, but many of the people I have interacted with just had a different approach to talking with others. My waiter was a bit dry, but not so much that it bothered me. I could see how some might have found his personality off putting. I ordered the 20oz ribeye and lobster mac and cheese. The steak was cooked to the perfect temp and tasted wonderful. It wasn't over seasoned or under seasoned, it truly was just right. The lobster mac and cheese was the best lobster mac I have ever eaten. I ordered cake and didn't love it but it wasn't bad. Its expensive, there is no getting around it. I wouldn't make this trip every week but would absolutely make it once a month. Its a great place to take someone for an evening of drinks and food as it is also a great location to take someone for a business lunch.

A great place to enjoy a great meal. Wide menu and everything we had was prepared to perfection. I enjoyed way to many steak tips cooked exactly as ordered with thier cheddar mashed potatoes. My dinner partner had a salad with grilled salmon. We did have the oriental appetizer with a cocktail which was hard decide on with a full bar. Don't leave this restaurant off tour evening plans.

While traveling for work I came across O Steaks & Seafood. The service is great. This place is really clean. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. I sat at the bar but the dining area was equally impressive as well as the outside seating. I wish I would have found this place on first night here instead of my last. Hoping I have to come back this way soon just so I can come back again! If you are wondering if you should go here.... please DO!!!

Beautiful outdoor patio, appetizers were great, but hands down the best prime ribeye I've ever tasted, cooked to perfection! A little fancier than we are used to, and a little pricy, but the flavor is worth every penny!

We were staying at the Hotel Concord making this restaurant a convenient place for us. All the staff was nice and polite. We sat in the lounge area. I wasn’t sure what type of wine I wanted so the bartender let me sample it beforehand, which was nice. We weren’t extremely hungry so we ordered a few appetizers and they were great. The orange chicken was so tender! I had a greenless Greek salad, and if we weren’t leaving the next day, I would’ve taken it home. My husband ordered the wedge salad that I of course sampled and I liked that too. If I’m ever in the area I’d go there again

Had dinner here while staying overnight in Concord for our honeymoon. The bartender was great & the food was really good! Highly recommend!

Great location in Concord before seeing a show . Shared the large cut NY sirloin . Plenty for two good eaters. Wedge and Caesar salads cheaper than most steakhouses and substantial portions. The potsticker appetizers were sublime . Definitely leave room for dessert. The house special chocolate mousse was a real standout.

Never disappoints. We had a large group of 7 people, food was served fast, compared to other places. The atmosphere is very nice, a little loud due to Friday night, but still very pleasant. The server was excellent. I ordered a protein style burger, no bun, which was good.

Os in Concord is our absolute “go-to” restaurant! The food is always amazing and if by some slim chance something isn’t perfect the staff will not hesitate to get you another dish to make it right. But our favorite reason for going there is they have the BEST bartender! He makes the most delicious martinis. If you go, make sure you say “Hi” to Robert and have him make you your ‘soon to be favorite’ drink!

When reading reviews for anything, it is important to remember that people who have bad experiences tend to want to share those reviews, while people who have good experiences are not quite as vocal. I am glad we did not let the negative reviews outweigh the positive, because we had an absolutely wonderful night at O's! From how we were greeted, to our server, to the atmosphere, and most importantly, to the quality of the food, we were completely satisfied. We ordered two appetizers...the famous "chips" (photo below) and the calamari, and both were stellar. The portions were huge, and we will know to only order one appetizer in the future! They came out within minutes of ordering, and both were delicious. The server checked in on us to see when we were ready to have our main course ordered and prepared, and we did not feel rushed, nor did we have to wait too long for the main event. I had the kobe steak, and it was perfectly prepared. I asked for medium rare, and it was exactly what I would expect. The seasoning and tenderness were a cut above some of the better steaks I have had, and the beef flavor came through clearly (I opted not to get any sauces for that reason. I wanted to judge the beef on the beef!) I had the side of lobster mac and cheese, and yes, it was decadent, and I wouldn't do this very often, but it was so worth it! There was a tender claw on top, and bits of lobster throughout, and it was piping hot and flavorful with a blend of cheeses. My companion had the seafood carbonara, which was also delicious...big scallops, shrimp, and a lobster tail nestled in spinach fettuccine. Sometimes in seafood pasta, the seafood seems like an afterthought, but all elements were good on their own, and perfect together. Needless to say, we did not have room for dessert! We will most definitely be returning! Thanks O's for a great night out!

I dined here last night with my husband and 6 other people. The food here was phenomenal. I ordered the salmon, brussel sprouts and spinach and oh my good, it was sooo good. I have eaten salmon at a lot of places and this was hands down, the best I've ever had! Our whole party raved about the food. The drinks were strong too. It is a little pricey but so well worth it. We will for sure be back!

So let me start by saying "WOW!! AMAZING!!!" This place has some of the best food around!! A but more expensive than most places but the extra money spent is well worth it!!! This place will not disappoint all the way from the decor to dessert. Great service! Amazing food!! A place you will love and will always want to come back for more! Enjoy!!

This restaurant is more than five stars! Everyone was so up beat and knowledgeable! Our waitperson was Anna and she was remarkable…her recommendations were spot on!! Our dinner made our palettes ‘dance’!!! Oyster Rockefeller were delightful, Greens salad was sweet and light and the salmon sooo fresh, so yummy!! For dessert, the Crème Brûlée was the BEST I have ever eaten…so creamy!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of dining here last month and I cannot wait to go back. The service was excellent. We enjoyed Kate's attention to detail and knowledge of the menu, she was friendly, and checked us continuously for any needs. The kitchen was incredible and I would be remiss if I didn't give acknowledgement to Kevin the cook. I chose the Day Boat scallops for my entree and I can honestly say, I have never had more perfectly flavored, and flawlessly cooked scallops in my life. I'm often hesitant to order scallops because they're my favorite and too often, they are incorrectly cooked. I was astounded by these. They were delicate, moist, flavorful and, I cannot stress this enough, literally felt like they melted in my mouth. I'm from the Boston area, I spent countless summers on Cape Cod, but, I will now only order scallops from my new favorite NH restaurant. Thank you O's and Kevin!

This is a great place to eat at the bar...they have a full menu available including wonderful sides ( highly recommend Brussel sprouts with bacon...outstanding⭐. ) The crispy orange chicken Appetizer was also fantastic, and was very large... enough for 2 or 3 people! (great value at only $16.00) Nice selection of New England craft beers, friendly servers and hosts...bright and spacious. Look forward to returning!

O is a good place for a formal dinner in Concord, but it's a bit on the pricy side. It is usually consistent, but there is the rare night where it is off. The service is above average. The atmosphere is very nice and is a draw with the Rid River Theatre right below it. O is right next to the parking garage, so finding a spot shouldn't be too tough. Lunch is much cheaper than dinner, and it's hardly ever busy then.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Had the rib-eye cooked medium rare, was a bit burnt but it added a different flavor. Steak was tender however. Expect to pay a bit more. A bit on the pricey side, 20 oz ribeye and one side (Mac and cheese) $48.

Came for dinner with my husband to celebrate and were not very impressed. Started with the pot stickers which weren't pot stickers. They were steamed dumplings covered in a sauce that was too spicy for me but, my husband enjoyed. He ordered the prime NY strip which came out blue instead of mid-rare. They brought it back to cook longer which didn't make a difference as the meat had already stalled. He did say the flavor of the steak he ate off the ends was very good and that the cauliflower au gratin side was delicious. I ordered the roast chicken which was cooked decently but, the corn au gratin was watery and gross and the carrots weren't cooked all the way. On top of mixed review of the food itself, the service was slow considering the restaurant wasn't that busy and our server was no where to be found most of the time.

I got the filet Mignon. Kind of tuff to cut, not much flavor. This restaurant is on the pricier side at about $75 to %100 per person for an entree, 1 mixed drink and a shared appetizer. Nothing exceptional about the place or the service except it was right across the street from the show we were going to.

Lets get the good out of the way- my steak was cooked properly. And the location is convenient for people from out of town. Service was like I was at Applebee’s, including a rude waitress (initial J) Demiglace reminded me of packet sauces from the grocery store. Dining room was bland and loud even though there were only about 20 people seated. Shrimp pesto was bitter, and bland. Brussel sprouts were mostly loose burnt outer leaves sitting in a puddle of grease. I love local businesses. I want this place to do better! Have some respect for customers spending >$200 for a dinner, and have some pride in what you provide.

O Steaks used to be our “go to” restaurant. We have been going there for years, and to both restaurants. While we have had many good experiences there, but in more recent years, we have been slowly priced out of this establishment. Every time a new menu comes out, the prices rise significantly. Not that long ago, I could get a gin Martini for $12. Now it’s $18. A wedge salad with chicken used to be $8 and the added chicken $7. Now it’s $12 for the salad, and $15 for a small piece of chicken!! I understand costs have risen, especially since the pandemic. But no other restaurant that we go to…and we go out often and to MANY places…has raised their prices more or faster than O’s.

Wonderful setting, great atmosphere and most importantly really good food. Unfortunately our server Leah was terrible. She didn't seem to know anything about the menu and had to ask or refer to written down notes she had for every. She also couldn't pronounce things on the menu and hadn't got a clue about the wine list. We also found her quite abrupt. Avoid her and you will be in for a fabulous dining experience.

We got calamari.like was drunk calamari.totallt socket on asian sweet and spicy sauce My martini wasn't the dirty martini.way to watery and the olives didn't even had the pit bit were stuffed eith gotgonza cheese which made me not taste my drink

Edited to Add: The manager reached out and we were able to go back and give it another try. We had a FANTASTIC evening. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and made good recommendations Pot stickers were still great :) My steak was *perfect* melt-in-your mouth good. I can't remember my husband's order, some kind of fish, but he said it was great. Shout out to the warm bread and butter (honey and cinnamon or something like that?). We got the carrot cake to go because we were too full for anything else. This is pretty much everything I had been hoping for when we went the first time :) --- We went there last night around six for our anniversary. I've lived in Concord for about eight years and have been dying to check it out but the timing was never right or they didn't have any open tables. Last night (possibly due to the labor day lull) we were able to sneak in. We ordered the pot stickers as an app and they were awesome. My husband ordered the ahi and said it was perfect. I ordered an 8oz filet medium well and was really disappointed. I know that's not the preferred temperature for steak, but it's how I like mine and I assumed a steak place would nail it. This was definitely just well done. For filet, I was very disappointed with the texture, dryness, and lack of flavor. I was also incredibly disappointed by the service. Our server was polite but seemed bored and uninterested. For a slow night, he didn't come by ONCE during our meal to ask us how the food was. I had planned to ask him about the steak, but after a while I just gave in and finished it. By the time he came by to take our plates, my wine had been empty for a while. I would have had a second glass had he come by to check. When he took out plates, he didn't offer us a dessert menu; I had to request one. All in all it was a pretty big let down after all the build up.

We were running a little late for our reservation to celebrate our anniversary due to traffic, and the staff was very accommodating when we arrived, which we really appreciated. They even acknowledged our anniversary a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive part of the experience ended. I rarely ever call out a specific server, but service can truly make or break a dining experience, and in this case, it really did. Our server, John, was incredibly disengaged from start to finish. His first words were, “I’m John, what do you want to drink?”no greeting, no smile, no warmth, have you been here before, etc. Every interaction felt purely transactional. He never checked in, didn’t ask how anything was, and simply placed food and drinks down without saying a word. It made the evening feel cold and uncomfortable,, especially for a special occasion. He could really benefit from some training on hospitality and guest engagement. On top of that, drinks took a long time, we never received bread, our steaks arrived cold and not cooked to order (and had to be sent back), and the “truffle mashed potatoes” were just regular mashed potatoes with a cold truffle butter chip on top. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. For the price point and reputation, I expected much more attention to detail and warmth in both service and food.

O has a nice atmosphere and our server was very pleasant. I found the service to be on the slow side by it that was okay as my party has a lot of talking to do. The food was not of a quality that justified the prices. My steak, supposed to be medium rare we medium well. Another steak was supposed to be medium but was rare. Some items were warm, others annoyingly cold. Drinks were great as were the appetizers. Prices are super expensive and didn't live up to the price

First time eating here, got a gift card, not somewhere i l would go back to. The description on the menu n what you get are two different things.. not memorable, service was not very good, she didn't suggest anything, communicate anything about anything. The burrata was underwhelming underwhelming, no dressing just cheese with garnishe no dressing. My chicken was over done.. and had a fish taste. My bfs meal was just ok.. My "lava" cake was basically a dry choc chip cookie. The cheese cake didn't say anything about it being flavored, it was coconut, which we dont like coconut and would not have ordered. We got our drinks after dessert was served and done.. even though we really didn't eat it..

Steak was good. The caesar salad was a bit wilted. The baked potato could have been cooked a bit longer. It was only slightly warm when I got it. The biggest issue was the drink the serve knocked over on me. While serving us our dinner the server knocked over my drink and it went all over the front of my shirt and my pants. The waitress did apologize for the mishap. However didn't bring another drink until after we were done eating. Which i no longer wanted. When she brought over the bill the drink was still on it. We asked for it to be removed. I wasn't paying for a drink that I wore rather than drank. It was our 24th anniversary and wanted a nice dinner out. Other than the steak and the creamed spinach which was good.It wasn't a good dinner for us. I had to come home and wash my clothes before they stained. It would have been nice if the manager had come over to see if we needed anything or just to check in. Expected more from this place than average. Sorry to say not impressed.

Ordered salmon this evening and I got a frozen vegetable medley with it basically maple syrup not sure what the dressing was on the Caesar salad be nice if I could go out to eat and somebody could serve me the dinner that I serve at home All done with this place

As a neighbor to the hotel Concord I am definitely not impressed with the way the restaurant treats its neighbors with all the noise of carts in the alley and slamming of the kitchen door. People have bedroom walls and windows above the alley. It's inconsiderate and rude. Easy fix: get inflatable wheeled carts and dolleys. It's a brick paved alley. The solid wheels slamming down on every joint/seam.

Sadly disappointed with our meals. The food was so salty we had a difficult time eating it. (I love salt) The ribeye tasted 'brined'. The sauces on other entrees were also very salty. The sides - Brussels over seasoned and Cheddar mashed thick gluey - over salted. The asparagus was good! Such a pricey disappointment for a celebration meal.The server and atmosphere were pleasant. Unfortunately I don't recommend and have no plans to return.

Me and my boyfriend had reservations at night at Os on Valentine’s Day. A place we’ve been before and been very happy with but this time we were very disappointed. When I went to order the lobster Mac n Cheese they were out of lobster which makes no sense as it’s one of their highlighted menu options and the know how busy it was going to be due to the holiday. My second option of food I order was the Steak Frites and order medium well and half of my steak was medium rare. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and a place that we usually love I don’t think we’ll going back

My girlfriend and I arrived on a Monday evening and asked for a table. The hostess never said hello or welcome. He seemed bothered that we were there. He sat us and walked away. Wasn’t greeted by our waitress until 10 minutes later. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was ok. The appetizer came out before the bread was brought to the table. When the bread arrived it came in a paper bag. Personally I feel to be very tacky for a high end restaurant. My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and they had no gluten free bread to offer her. For dinner we shared the steak frites. The steak was cooked medium rare and was tasty except for the “Cowboy butter “ they served on top. It just tasted like butter. No flavor except butter. The waitress never came by to check on us. The whole time while we were sitting at the table we were swatting several fruit flies away from our food. We paid our bill and as we were leaving the hostess just looked at us and didn’t say anything. For an establishment that charges the prices they do they need to train their staff better and have some type of standard. I would not recommend this place

Went out for a birthday dinner for my boyfriend last night. We have always wanted to try this place and ended up very disappointed. Food and service wasn't great, my steak was almost raw when I asked for medium and prices were insane. $320 for 3 meals and 3 drinks for average food. We had went to Hells Kitchen the night before and paid half the price for food and service that was 100 times better. Then our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes while we waited for the check and 2 boxes. Won't be going back

We come here a decent amount. Tonight has to be by far the worst bar night ever. We start out with gentlemen who takes out order and makes out drinks... all of suddenly he is gone for night. Nothing from him saying shit is over, here is the new bartender to take over. Then when we arrive ar 545 it's somewhat busy but not crazy busy. The place gets super dead and we have 1 bartender who is a female who is out in LALA land.. half the bar was filled, so there is no reason service shouldn't be top notch. It was horrible. 20+ min to get drinks. The empty plates n glasses sat there. Food came out like warm. Had a wrong side, had to has a young man to get my correct dish.. if your going to have a bill cost 200$ then the service needs ro be top notch when ur dead and not busy.. won't be back for a very long time..

What happen to the food here? It’s no longer a great place to eat. Service great, atmosphere great, drinks great, food not great. Use to be our go to spot once a month. The last few visits the food hasn’t been great. What happen? Did someone new take over? They seem defensive about it as well. I’m sad to see this place go down hill. Use to be phenomenal. Talking to few other folks and they said the same thing.

The whole experience was poor. The host bordered on rude - never experienced that before. My steak was cold and undercooked. Nobody in our party thought their meal was that good. The atmosphere is staid. Never again.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing dining experience. Service was extremely inattentive — our server did not check in on us, and long stretches passed with no communication. We waited over an hour for our food, and when the steak finally arrived, it was not cooked as ordered. I clearly communicated that I needed to leave by a specific time, yet the delay continued. A replacement steak eventually came out, but by then I had only a few minutes to eat, which defeated the purpose of ordering it in the first place. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation from our server. Dessert was also underwhelming, as it tasted dry and not fresh. Given the pricing, the overall experience did not meet even basic expectations for service, food quality, or value. I would not recommend this restaurant based on this visit

It is a shame that a location that charges premium prices ($90 per person) cannot deliver on the menu. Went tonight with 6 others and I will low light my meal. Clam Chowder was good but no oyster crackers? When I asked the waitress and she said she asked and was also surprised. There was also an inedible twig in my soup that she asked the kitchen and then claimed it was part of the seasonings they use, so maybe I am being overly sensitive about that complaint. Ordered the Prime Rib for $54 and it was cold! And the quality of the 16oz version I ordered was too much fat and tendon when I cut into it. I had the waitress take it away and she removed it from the bill, and she confirmed back in the kitchen that it was indeed cold. A manager never came over to the table to apologize or hear my story! We go to Concord often for shows at the CCA but I don't think O's Streak and Seafood will be on our dinner options.

First time there. Got in quick and server was friendly. Way overpriced. 3 dinners 2 appetizers and 3 drinks came to $270! My daughter asked for medium rare steak and it was way undercooked. My son asked for medium cooked burger and that came out rare. We were visited by our server numerous times during the meal but for some reason she disappeared after we finished. Waited 20+ minutes before I asked another server where our server was. We will not be going back.
