This is consistently the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, which really sucks, because it's the only Taco Bell in Concord. I've gone there many times over the last 4 years or so (because again, it's the only TB) - and I've had a good experience ONE time. Every other time I've been there, they are backed up 45 mins to an hour (I get they are busy, but this isn't how fast food is supposed to be run, other fast food restaurants aren't struggling like this every day. They are doing something wrong), and once I do get the food, either something is wrong, or they have managed to have all the items falling apart with food spilled and spread all over the outside of all the wrappers. It's disgusting. I moved here from out of state and have never had so many issues with any other Taco Bell. I think this is probably a culture and salary issue. People don't work well when they are unhappy. TB probably needs to raise their wages, so their workers will put in a little more effort.

Dont waste your money. This taco bell is not up to resturant or dining out status. It was better 6 months ago. Its taco bell so. No high expectations but they cant even make a good nacho belgrade. In sort good luck.

So I thought I would get some Taco Bell today for the first time in 2 years. Just a couple tacos, nothing major found out. There's an a I bought.I told it I wanted a human being.So she took my order, got to the window.And she said, next time, use the a I bought.That's the only way you can put in your order.I said, okay, then I won't be back. She said that was fine with her. Is that really what this is coming to for real. Also, the quesadilla that I ordered looks like someone hacked it up instead of being cut evenly into 3 or 4 pieces. They just took a knife and barren Lee. Cut it and hacked it. It looked like it had been butchered. One side had all the meat and cheese, and one side of the Tortilla had nothing on it. Bad Taco Bell don't go to this one, go to Manchester. It's so much better or even the one in Tilton, the one in Tilton, they're so nice.

The meat in the taco was nonexistent! The advertisements show full tacos and burritos 🌯 and yet you get maybe a table spoon of meat. Taco Bell has gone down hill and prices are high food quality is low. And drive thru wasn't fast had to pull over for food then 4 cars after us got all their food while we still waited.

Always the slowest fast food restaurant in the area. Just tonight I ordered on the app through drive through and the worker at the window told me to come inside and wait for it. I couldn’t care less about their drive through times, if you can’t make the food in a timely manner, management needs to know this. Extremely disappointed as always.

Ordered two of the pizza meals to go, we tried the tacos and they were the hard shells instead of soft shells, next was the pizza...one bite and that was it, tasted like melted plastic. The soda was good

If I could rate a zero I would. Awful experience. Zero customer service skills. Don't waste your time going to this location. Didn't rate the food because I didnt end up keeping my meal. I went throught the drive thru, intentionally for ease, convenience, and time saving. The drive thru was quick... however, they messed up my order. Normally I'd just drive away and deal with it being wrong, even though I paid for something different. But this was a simple 3 black bean taco order with extra veggies on top, that was an absolute joke of a mess-up instead. What I received was 3 empty taco shells with the equivalent to a thumbs worth of refried beans smeared inside. Not black beans like I ordered, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. Would you happily pay over $9 for 3 empty taco shells with a sneeze of the wrong beans? I went inside to show them and ask for it to be remade/rectified. There were 6 employees working and not a single one wanted to come to the counter to help a single customer. After a solid wait, eventually one came over, she didnt seem to see a problem with the tacos which makes me concerned with what other poorly made lack of substance items they are giving other guests. She seemed annoyed that I was unhappy, but said they would remake it. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for no re-make to ever appear. During that time they accumulated 7 other customers at the counter waiting to be helped: either with door dash pickups or paying with cash, both of which needed employee assistance. Multiple employees made eye contact with me + other guests, and proceeded to ignore us all. When one employee finally came over she helped 2 of the couples then went back to ignoring the rest. When she finally came back out to the counter she didnt seem to remember what I was even standing there waiting for. At that point I had waited over 20 minutes for 3 simple tacos, it wasn't worth it at that point, so I asked for a refund. She radioed about the refund and again seemed annoyed that I was asking for that. The tone was that somehow I was the inconvenience, even though I did nothing wrong. Frustrated, disappointed, and a bit shocked at the major decline in not just customer service skills, but just plain people skills of this team. 10/10 will not be going back to this location, unfortunately. 10/10 also suggest saving your time, money, + the headache by doing the same.

Spent thirty dollars on two cantina chicken quesadillas, a Mexican pizza, and a beefy five layer burrito. The chicken tastes and appears rotten, nevermind there is hardly anything on this so called quesadilla. The tortillas are old and everything smells rancid. Can't even be bothered to heat it up guys? Honestly what the hell is going on? I can't even get edible hot food for my hard earned money. The beefy five layer is cold, and the Mexican pizza is tragic. Cherry on top is the filthy bag for me. Will never come back, I feel bad for all unsuspecting victims of this location. Just don't waste your money or time here. I have tried this location more than once over the last four years and it's never great but this is by far the most severely disappointing. Serving rotten food can and will get you shut down. If you don't care about what you are feeding people, you shouldn't be open. Fellow customers, see for yourself with attached images!

Every single time i come to this location they give me a sob story about how they are understaffed and it’s going to be a 30 minute wait for tacos. I came through tonight and they told me that even though I placed a mobile order I would be waiting 30 minutes for my order. This is BS. Staff your store properly or don’t open your store.

Order sweet chipotle bbq topped fries,it doesn’t have ranch and barely noticeable bbq sauce. Employee who prepared food was too rude and he throw my food at the drive thru counter

I would say at least 9 out of 10 times I order here, they mess up my order. I hate sour cream. How hard is it to follow a simple instruction of "NO SOUR CREAM"? Apparently pretty hard because it's gotten to the point where I don't even order items with it as an ingredient anymore because it seems they are literally incapable of reading an order slip. Tell me how they STILL managed to MESS UP my order and add sour cream to something that it's not even supposed to be on?!? Absolutely terrible. I didn't even bother getting refunded, just threw $5 in the trash. Chances are they wouldn't remake it properly anyway. Bang up job Taco Bell!

Kitchen is visibly dirty from the register. Floors are absolutely filthy and slippery as can be. Despite there being wet four signs out there seems to be no effort made to clean the floor or put fans out to help keep it dry. Waited at the register for five minutes or so with multiple employees seeing my son and I are here waiting to order. Very frustrating.
