Highly recommended. From the attentive and professional service to the beautifully executed vegetarian menu featuring quality ingredients. The wines were excellent, and the price matched what we ate and drank. Congratulations!
Everything was perfect. The menu was varied and very unique. The ability to order even just half a portion was fantastic, so I was able to try multiple dishes! The staff was attentive and professional. The place was welcoming. Very convenient private parking.
Enjoyable, satisfying, refined, creative, and high-quality cuisine, specializing in vegetarian and vegan options, with an excellent wine selection complemented by an interesting display in the showroom cellar. A friendly and professional atmosphere, with a welcoming, efficient, friendly, and courteous organization. The tempting and welcome option of choosing half portions allows for greater creativity in satisfying cravings without overdoing it.
A great discovery, our first time at a vegetarian restaurant, but given the excellent experience, we'll definitely be back. The menu offers the option of choosing a half portion for each course, allowing you to sample multiple dishes. The ingredients are excellent, mostly local. The wine list is extensive, and the recommended wines are very good. The service is excellent, thanks to the kindness of the staff. The prices are medium-high, but in line with all this quality. Recommended!
We really enjoyed the 5-course + dessert discovery menu. It's Piedmontese, and we had traditional and revisited dishes, but always with refined tastes and textures. We highly recommend it!
Delicious vegetarian cuisine with intense flavors thanks to local products. Excellent service thanks to the kindness of the staff. Outdoor spaces in the middle of the woods with views of the Sacra di San Michele. Fairly priced for the quality of the cuisine and products. I love the wine list, both Italian and French. Highly recommended.
One of my all-time favorite restaurants, ideal for convincing anyone that vegetarianism is not only sustainable but also delicious, if you know how. And at Phoenix, they really know how to do it. If I could, I'd go much more often, since the menu changes seasonally, rightly so. The menu is never predictable. The last time I was there, I tried the gazpacho with wasabi ice cream (and a hint of mint leaf): exceptional, a flavor that literally exploded in your mouth. The half portions are a great way to sample multiple courses; the choice of appetizers, first courses, and second courses caters to all tastes, the ingredients are excellent, and the wine pairings are always spot-on. The dessert selection is also varied and very enjoyable. Highly recommended!
A wonderful place, featuring unique vegetarian cuisine with extraordinary flavors. Everyone was very friendly, and the prices were very fair for the dishes they served. An unforgettable lunch, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
Surrounded by mountains, this restaurant overlooks the area's jewel: the Sacra di San Michele. The dishes are truly top-notch: fried porcini mushrooms and eggs with truffles are simply breathtaking. Above all, the wine list is incredibly refined and high-quality. Friendly service, and prices are in line with all this quality.
I'll start by saying I can't compare it to other vegetarian restaurants, as it was my first experience. I really enjoyed it. Everything was delicious, the dishes were explained with passion and clarity by the owner, always ready to offer advice. The wine cellar was excellent, to say the least. The menu includes the option of choosing a half portion for each dish, which I really liked as it allowed me to try more dishes. The restaurant uses mostly local products. The location isn't bad, but the transparent plastic chairs... frankly, not so much. I'll definitely be back, I highly recommend it.
For me, this is the best restaurant in the Susa Valley. Quality, creative dishes, attention to local produce, excellent value, and the opportunity to sample a wide range of dishes thanks to the clever half-portion concept. The wines are also excellent, the service is attentive, and the terrace is stunning for outdoor dining in the summer. Last visit last Sunday, exceptional egg Milanese with pumpkin cream, delicious Mocchie potato gnocchi with Blu di Termignon, excellent fried porcini mushrooms, and as always, the desserts are superb, including Sacher torte, and especially the surprising wasabi gelato with mango puree. Definitely worth the trip, definitely worth a try.
Beautiful venue, easy to get to. Ample parking. Finely furnished, it's elegant yet playful (read the designs on the bathroom doors). The fresco on the back wall of the hall is beautiful. The covered summer terrace is beautiful, with the option of being enclosed at the sides. The wooded garden is perfect for photos. Very good food, beautifully plated, and served with expertise and kindness. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. The owner is very kind and helpful. Update: We chose it for our wedding and were very satisfied! Vegan lunch, at our request, with delicious and refined dishes and excellent wines!
Vegetarian restaurant, refined and well-presented dishes, no shortage of animal proteins. Refined venue, attentive and friendly service. Contained but varied menu, good wine list. The idea of offering half portions is a good one.
I'm a carnivore, but I really appreciated the variety, flavors, and creativity of the menu. Super friendly staff.
Unique and well-prepared dishes, with appropriate portions. The "half-plate" idea, which allows you to sample several courses, is a good one. Prices are medium-high, but you'll leave satisfied. Good wines. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Without warning, having learned I was celebrating my birthday, they garnished the dessert plate on the spot. It's a shame about the interior, which could use a bit of a makeover. It's not very attractive. The outdoor area, however, is very beautiful and well-kept. Recommended.
After several years, I'm returning to this restaurant. The owner and chef, "Sandro," is a friend from many years ago. After more than 10 years, I reaffirm his skill and that of his kitchen assistants. I find the vegetarian cuisine as refined and delicate as I remembered it long ago. The idea of the half portions, which allow you to sample several dishes, is great. I expected, given the decision to focus exclusively on vegetarian options, that the prices on the main courses would decrease, but we didn't notice. So, imagine, if you don't drink wine (and we're talking about one of the best wineries in our valley... and beyond...), paying €35-45 per person. It's definitely a welcoming place, with knowledgeable and helpful staff... worth a try. Excellent restaurant.
The dishes appear to be prepared with top-quality ingredients. I didn't appreciate the fact that I found an aperitif on the bill that was offered as a free gift without knowing the cost. I also found the prices high compared to what was actually served. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the quality and kindness of the staff.
