I thought the food was very good. I got the blackened fish tacos and the corn salsa that comes with it was very good. They also have frozen adult drinks you can get that. There are three flavors and you can get different combinations of the three flavors. The outdoor seating was nice as well. Our waiter was great and very nice. I enjoyed my time.

Willie’s Ice House is one of my go-to takeout spots. I’ve ordered from here several times and the food is always fresh and delicious. The salads, chicken strips, and onion rings are to die for.

We came here today and I can't remember our waitresses name but she had the cutest purple sparkly lipstick on. She was so so sweet and funny from the moment she started waiting on us and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time! The food was so good and was out very quickly! At one point I had been trying to get me and my sister a half refill before we left and she came out of no where while I was pouring the drinks and brought to go cups for my whole table which I just thought was really sweet cause I would've been too nervous to ask so it was much appreciated! 100/10 Experiance thank you guys so much!

Visiting from Austin. Nice clean stop near the hospital. We stopped by before heading home. We had the bacon cheeseburger (could of used more bacon. Its like it had one strip.), cheesesteak, and mac and cheese brisket balls. The brisket balls were good. Not sure if they are temporary but I would try them ASAP. Wish i had marinara sauce with it. I would visit again.

We are new to the area and were running errands in the area, got hungry and stopped here for lunch.  We had seen good reviews and are looking for new local favorites.  The exterior was inviting with a large covered patio, plenty of seating, and lots of décor.  We thought this was a full sit down restaurant, however, you order at the counter before seating yourself.  It was a bit confusing when and how to pay, but it seems you order with one person and then pay with the next person and then sit down.  I was really wanting something light and fresh, which was hard to find on the menu, so I sucked it up and we ordered the sampler, I had the patty melt with street corn and my husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries.  So, the sampler was intriguing because it would allow us to try a bit of many of the appetizers, but omg, this thing is huge!!  Maybe we should’ve known at around $16, but goodness, lol if we would’ve ordered this for our meal and nothing else, we still wouldn’t have been able to finish it!  However, the sampler was delicious!  Everything was fried, but the mushrooms, jalapenos, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and pickles were mouthwateringly good.  The breading was light, nothing was overcooked, the onion rings were huge, and there were 4 cups of dippers (2 ranch, marinara, cheese sauce). So good.  We’ll bring 11 of our closest friends to share it next time, but will definitely have it again.  We took 3 boxes of leftovers just from the appetizer lol.  The burger and patty melt were cooked as ordered and tasty.  Our drinks were refilled regularly and the serving staff was very friendly.  Not the place to visit if you’re looking to eat healthy, but definitely good comfort food, fun atmosphere, and good service.

Gerry’s service is excellent — he’s always helpful, proactive, and makes sure everything is taken care of before we even have to ask. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, but Gerry does it every time. Great atmosphere, great food, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

It's not often I get a great all around experience at a restaurant since the pandemic shut down stuff but I have to say... this one in particular at college park was amazing. Crystal was our waitress and she was great! The greater was awesome and knowledgeable about the menu. Although i didnt get her name she deserves praise too. The food was amazing, the dessert was better. I recommend this place to eat! Additionally, the margaritas and slushy drinks... were great to say the least! Btw we ordered a lot of food so our bill was about 100 so its decent pricing.

I really don't throw star ratings around loosely, but I really enjoyed my stop at Willie's 🥰 I first stopped at the Black Bear Diner. I was greeted and seated and left waiting...I left. My stop at Willie's was with a friendly smile and great service. And then the food oh the food was really good!! It made for great ride on a full stomach back to Dallas.

I came into Willies today and had the pleasure of Crystal serving me. Everyone was friendly at the counter as well. You can tell they are all about teamwork here. I had the Mac and cheese brisket balls and they were and always are delicious. The barbecue ranch they come with is to die for I always ask for one to take home with me as well. For dessert I had their peach cobbler. You can tell it’s made fresh and has lots of yummy peaches in it. I will definitely be back and can’t wait. Thanks Willies!

We always enjoy the hamburgers and substitute onion rings for fries. We always ask for Savannah - she is an excellent server and has been at Willie’s for a long time. She definitely takes care of her customers. Everything we have had at Willie’s is good.

We had such a great experience at Willie’s Ice House, and a huge part of that was Gerry. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel taken care of without ever hovering. He checked in at all the right times and had great recommendations, which made the whole visit even better. The food was really good, but the service honestly stole the show. Gerry’s positive attitude and attention to detail made our meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to get both great food and even better service, but Willie’s — and especially Gerry — absolutely delivered.

We always come to Willie’s out of convenience of where we live in relation to the things we have to get done. We enjoy the food and variety they offer. Today we had Gerry as our waiter. He was super friendly and checked on us many times. We’ve had him a few times and he’s always been great but we like just about everyone we come across at this location.

Been to this place a number of times now and it is very consistent. Atmosphere is great. Lots of TVs for games and all of that. The food I feel is reasonably priced and good portions and for a sports bar type place tastes above average. Service has always been good. Definitely recommend.

Came here after church for lunch with our family. Ordering was super quick and easy. Savanah our waitress was awesome. We had a couple smaller kids in the large group and she handled their needs spectacularly. I didn't see anyone run out of a drink because she kept checking and ensuring we were taken care of. Ate here for lunch Thursday and my experience was phenomenal! I can talk forever about how wonderful their food is. The mac & cheese brisket balls for our appetizer was delicious and I got the seafood combo and my husband got the burger and it was all fantastic but the food isn’t what keeps us coming back. It’s the wonderful service! Every time we come here all the staff is smiling and happy and we always hear a “Welcome to Willie‘s” right when we walk through the front door. Everyone seems happy to work here which is a sign of great management. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They’ve got any sports game on the TV, great music to listen to while you’re eating and the most friendly staff! We’ll definitely be back soon!

I didn’t know about Willie’s until this year, and I quickly became a fan! They have a wide variety of foods with offerings of burgers, tacos, wings, and seafood choices. They have a great selection of beer and mixed drinks that pair well with their appetizers. Their portions are substantial, the first time we came to a Willie’s we ordered too much food. Their appetizers can be a casual food to share among friends since they are generously portioned. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable with choices of booths, tables with chairs, patio seating and a communal bar. There are plenty of tvs playing sports for people who like to keep tabs on their game while they dine. It is expected for you to order, make your drink at the fountains, then take your tab with you to wherever you would prefer to sit. A waiter or waitress will come by to read off your tab to confirm your order and ask if you want anything extra added. They bring your food to you, and provide your refills and drink orders for beer and mixed drinks. Gerry was our waiter today and made sure we felt welcome by bringing us a swing for our infant car seat when he saw us struggling. He was very comfortable to talk to and had a great attitude. Our food was delicious and exactly what we were craving. If you love buffalo sauce, this place has the best buffalo bites with the perfect tang. Their fries are my favorite, salty and crisp but also soft on the inside. I got the chipotle ribeye tacos, which have grilled cheese on the tortilla giving it an extra level of flavor. Never had something from here that I didn’t like, and I’ve always had great service. They also free offer drinks to go so with big portions and plenty of drinks you can’t go wrong having a group of friends or family meet up at a Willie’s.

Okay I like this place good food no really long waits your order at the counter and go to your table get your drink server comes out takes care of you but unfortunately the last few times I've come here the service hasn't been that great one server forgot about us the last time we came in here our server looked like it was a choreographer I took very well on good service this young lady had an attitude I left this place angry and upset this is not how you should feel after spending 60 bucks to eat somewhere I don't know if we will return

Willie’s Grill and Icehouse We went to lunch here on a Friday around noon. The restaurant was busy, but we still had plenty of tables to choose from. After placing our order at the entrance line, we made our way to a nearby table. Our server was quick to greet us and confirm our orders. My order of fried catfish with french fries arrived piping hot. The fish was cooked just right and the fries were very tasty. Service was excellent and atmosphere was friendly and inviting.

We have come a few times and The Willie burgers were exceptional, their chicken pecan salad was big and wonderful and their seafood platter was large and very tasty. Last visit our French fries and sweet potato fries were barely warm. The bread pudding was dry and the sauce tasted like pure alcohol.

Pretty good place. Grilled chicken Cobb salad was great and so were the onion rings. The chicken fried steak was above average. My parents eat here once a week and love the place so they took us when we were visiting. Great location in woodlands area next to our hotel too. This would be a great lunch place for a burger. Good atmosphere. Service is quick since it's a combo self serve wait staff style.

This place was OK. My daughter got the crawfish and crab legs with Cajun seasoning and had to return the first set because it tasted more like Italian seasonings. No spice at all and we only went there because of the reviews. Lemon pepper chicken wings were still almost white when served, no crisp to them at all and my mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken fried chicken was overcooked we had to sit for long amount of times without getting refills on drinks and the place wasn’t even that busy but we have been here multiple times just our last visit was notas good as previous times

We stopped here for a late lunch early dinner and we were not disappointed in the food. Good American food and the portions are generous! You order your food at the counter then seat yourself. You are given a # and your waitress then picks it up off your table (the #) and then takes care of you. Becca, our waitress, was friendly, and attentive. Did I mention good portions and delicious?!

Very disappointed by the boiled shrimp. Doesn't seem like they are using deveined gulf shrimp. These were overcooked and impossible to peal. Crawfish were much better. Never had boiled shrimp this large and hard to eat. Look almost like tiger prawns. Wouldn't recommend.

Not a full service restaurant, you order at the door and they assign a runner to ur table who brings your food. Had the fried shrimp and a side Ceasar salad both were ok. Always been clean when I've dined there, employees are always pleasant. The 1 thing that always disappoints me is that every time I've eaten here the silverware is so nasty that I request plastic. Other than that decent food at a fair price, with hard working employees.

I used to visit this location frequently but had not been in awhile. Things have changed...and not for the good. Ordered 1/2 lb of shrimp with garlic butter and was served the the spicy Cajun shrimp. Waiter had to check with his manager what to do. Then the waiter told me that that's what most people order now because it's crawfish season and all the seasoning has the base spice to it. Please don't assume that's what I want, it was not! My husband's chicken tenders were bland and mushy. Lunch was $50 and not worth the price. We won't be back anytime soon.

Used to be, you go to a Willie's Ice house for cold drinks and hot food. Not the case today at Willie's in the Woodlands. 45 S and 242. Drinks were cold for sure, but , so was the fried pickles and French fries. The wings came out hot, but the celery and carrots were wilted and dry. Service even changed. The place used to be crawling with waiters and waitresses. Not now, I counted 6 total on the dinning floor and behind the counters taking orders. Not impressed. So sad. Used to be a favorite hang out.

Ordered at the counter yet you pay at the table which is odd. Get your own drinks so really the waitress just brings out the food to the table but they expect 15% up tips per the receipt. Had to get own refills etc so doesn't seem like a very organized process. The food was ok but asked for fresh jalapenos and got pickled but couldn't find the waitress before I was half done with salad so that was waste of money as didn't eat them.

They forgot about our table, our orders, took forever to bring my daughters Mac and cheese even after everyone had their food already. They forgot our desserts, we were about to leave. Manager had to come to apologize and even after that, they took forever. Food was good, not sure if that good to make me want to come back...

Early lunch at 11:15 on 1/16/25. Chicken fried steak fingers, mashed potatoes, gravy and water. Savannah was a great server. The potatoes and gravy were excellent. The coating/seasoning used on the steak was great. THE STEAK WAS TOUGH. I expected to eat the steak fingers by picking them up and biting on them. Nope. All four fingers were tough and had to be cut with a knife and fork on the plate provided. I will never order this dish again. I like this restaurant but I will order other dishes from the menu. It was a disappointing experience. I expected better.

The good is fine but a bit greasy. The location however is terrible. Extremely loud, noisy, the layout is silly and the seats are uncomfortable. The roof is literally rusted and the areas that don't expose you to the roof have rotted wood.

It for one was very cold inside with no heater on and the crawfish along with the shrimp where very small and best thing on the seafood platter was the catfish which was flavorless until I personally added some seasoning I gotten up for and asked. Not once was asked on a refill, which I always refill my self, but took forever to get waiter to come get the money for tab which I understand being shorthanded, but which yall in this situation were catering local first responders with all your staff and they deserve best service they do, but dont neglect your other customers and leave them on wait list wondering is all. Usually, great place but not this time around for me and my wife and will debate in possibly returning anytime soon ..

Normal I love this place but I was disappointed today with them. I ordered through DoorDash last night and when I received my order it was undercooked. I called the next morning to asked them to remake it and told them the problem. The manager agreed to remake it but told me she didn't have a driver and I had to pickup. No Problem, but there was nothing offered, not a sorry or nothing. Very disappointed on a Sunday morning for me.

As good as the food was, we won't be coming back. Can't get past the lady feeding her dog ON THE TABLE. Inside the restaurant and not on the patio. So the next evening we go back and sit on the other side of the restaurant. THEN someone sits at the next table with a large dog and drops 2 dog bowls on the floor a starts feeding the dog. THEN someone walking their dog to the actual outside patio where dogs are permitted, the dog next to us goes crazy, jumping and barking loudly. Scared the crap out of us. We moved to another table. Talked to the manager and his job was to explain the dog couple was in the open patio because the door was open. So if you close the door they would be sitting inside? There is a separate outdoor patio. Quit making excuses and don't allow dogs INSIDE your restaurant. This dog was obviously not a support or service animal because of the way it was acting. ( we have eaten here 4 times in 7 days, so this must happen often with customers not speaking up.) Don't like arguing with managent.
