Great food and a perfect place for families. Especially those looking for gluten free (GF) options. Nearly every thing in the restaurant is gluten free (buns, chicken nuggets, fries, fried pickles and more). Burgers are solid. Love the sauces and the salads are good too.

I consider this place better than hopdoddy! The fries are only slightly more elevated than In-&-Outs (wobbly & lacking golden crisp) and the side sauces are merely flavored mayonaise - BUT the milkshakes are DIVINE. The best we've had yet.

This place was a great choice for a birthday lunch with our kids. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. The food was delicious and the service was STELLAR. I cant say enough about Sean, and the service he provided for myself (being our first time) and my children, was unmatched for a small dining establishment. We will absolutely be coming again! GREAT JOB!!

Came for my lunch hour. Employees were friendly, fried chicken sandwich came out piping hot which is awesome. Also the fried chicken sandwich blows CFA out the water.

We drove up from Oak Cliff to eat here during a Grapevine Mills trip. Absolutely worth it. Delish burgers, peach cream shake was incredible. Above all, the kids played in an actual play place. Haven't seen something like this since the 90s. Well done.

The burgers here are really good and the tots are worth the up charge. The service was fast and friendly albeit it was very hard for them to hear me despite shouting my order. The atmosphere here is incredibly loud and chaotic. It has a play place so that keeps the kids entertained. If you aren’t in the mood for high volume you should get the food to go. It’s worth a try. The hat sauce is the best and I like to use it on the burger and the tots so get extra! Parking is tight when it’s busy but there is a dedicated parking lot for the restaurant. All in all this place is worth a try if your looking for a burger in Coppell just use caution on whether to eat there or take it to go.

Great place to grab a gourmet burger. I had their most popular burger- the Bacon Royale. Double meat patty freshly grilled. Fresh crisp lettuce and tomatoes. Soft flavorful bread and a burger sauce that puts the Big Mac sauce to shame. Great place for kids as they have an outdoor playground right beside the outdoor dining area. I look forward to my next visit.

Nice people, food was good and kids had fun. Will be returning for sure. There is a seating area were you can eat and watch your kids play because they open the outdoor gates.

The burger meat doesn't have much flavor but everything else tasted very good. There is a nice playground for the kids which is outdoors.

It's basically a fast food burger place that also sells beer while your kid claims around in the outdoor playground. I had the pizza burger which did not wow me at all. Wife had lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger which was mid. Not worth a revisit.

Food was ok. Order ahead but it wasn’t ready when I arrived, however they worked to get it ready quickly. Grilled chicken sandwich was extremely dry and the fries were stale. Atmosphere was nice and service was good,

Really, I would give them 2.5 stars. This was a very disappointing burger experience. We ordered online for pick up and the food took an extra 12 minutes past the pick up time. We ate ours at home (as it is a work day) but still went inside. Our drive home is only 5 minutes away from this location. The overall taste of the burgers was okay, nothing extraordinary. The fries were bland and not great. The burgers were made wrong and not only were they wrong but one of them was very soggy. The staff wasn't welcoming but not rude. The restaurant was okay with cleanliness. Also, we went at 2:05 and it wasn't busy at all. If you're going to take extra time at least make sure the food is correct and fresh. I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience plus they are overpriced for what you get. The burgers are a good size but it's like going to any other fast food (McDonalds, Wendy's, Whataburger). I would recommend Twisted Root, Mooyah, Kincaid's, or even Shack Shake over Hat Creek if you're looking for the "sit down burger joint"

I have been on a mission to find a great burger here in North Texas and this place had some good reviews. I came in at lunch at around 11:45 before the rush there was one other person in the dining area. The place was clean and I saw a cool play area in the back but I didnt bring my kids so no need for that. The lady that took my order was nice. She told me the fries were cooked in beef tallow and I was pumped! I ordered the Pretzel Jack because I love Pretzel buns and added jalapeños! Also got well done fries and a drink. Came out to around 16 bucks. I was super excited to try all these sauces but honestly nothing to special. I unwrapped the burger to see grease dripping all over my tray. I dont mind a little grease but my bun was drenched in it. Topping were good and fresh but I couldn't get passed the grease! As well the burger was a bit overcooked.The well done fries tasted like they were fries from a previous batch thrown back in the fryer and seasoned again! The level of salt was an 11. I love salt but this was inedible. Had to wipe them off in order to eat some. Im still on my mission to find a standout burger because this one shouldn't be on anyones list for contender.
