Ramen Hakata in Lewisville was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I shared a warm, comforting meal filled with our favorite flavors!! Made it feel like the perfect outing. I'm usually loyal to the Addison location, but this was my first time at the Lewisville spot, and it absolutely hit the spot just as well! The broth was rich, the noodles cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh. On top of the amazing food, the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. Definitely worth the trip for any ramen lover!

Satisfaction when it comes to taste, authenticity, culinary art, and fullness of the belly. Restaurants these days lose because lack of quality and consistency in what they offer. But here you always get what is promised. Hope it stays that way for Hataka and its chain. Until next time!

A 5Star service all around. First visit to this location (normally I go to the Beltline/Marsh spot) and Hakata did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, amazingly clean interior, and organized. Wait staff was prompt and attentive; not overwhelming or asked if you need anything every 5mins. The food. . .well it's Hakata so it's gonna be good. Went with a newcomer to the ramen world and they loved it and now a fan. Went close to closing time and was seated and sever with no problem. Order drinks, appetizers, and main dishes for 3; served under 10mins for the time we ordered. Great location for this chain. The quality and friendly service is what I come to expect from Ramen Hakata. I'll be back for sure. Check them out.

Delicious Ramen can be found here. The atmosphere was quiet, and the place is clean. I enjoyed my visit. I do wish they would play more traditional Japanese music to give it an authentic atmosphere though.

One of the best place to get Ramen. Ambience - I love this ambience and quotations on the wall about the food. A tiny place with decent lighting and sanitized and clean tables. Food - vast varieties of food with different meat options like octopus fries , squid , shrimp , fish and chicken. As I’m allergic to shell and sea food , I preferred chicken which tastes delicious. Service - The service was great and very quick. Love to repeat the place.

Stopped by for dinner on Valentine's day. It wasn't so busy and we were seated very quickly. The staff were also prompt and checked in on us often. The ramen wasn't so bad but it also wasn't on our top list either. Spicy chicken had a nice kick to it. I think the secret sauce is gochujang based. There's plenty of parking available too

I love this place and the atmosphere. I went around 1pm on a Tuesday and I had the entire restaurant to myself for most of my visit. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Nagasaki seafood ramen, the broth is delicious. I only wish there were more shrimp in it. It's loaded with calamari and mussels though. I definitely recommend this place. Be careful of the broken off pieces of mussel shells in your broth too.

The restaurant is beautiful inside and the staff are so nice and helpful! Ramen was hot and tasty. I really need to practice my chopsticks. I would say this is a 4.5 star restaurant in Lewisville of all places. Why not 5 star, I lived in Japan for three years and I have had better. Now that said, if you're hungry for a great bowl of ramen, this spot is sure to satisfy.

Great food but service was lacking. Once we got our food our server disappeared so refilling drinks and putting in an other order took awhile. I had to wave down a line cook from the kitchen area to get someone else to help us out. We never did see our original waiter again. They were on the other side of the room busy with a table of ten people. We'll have to try this place again. 4-2-2023

Pretty disappointing ramen for me. It’s edible but definitely needs flavor development in the broth, for both the vegetarian and meat versions. When adding corn to ramen you need to boil it in broth before adding it in order to get rid of the canned taste.

Enliven You Aesthetics & Wellness

Ordered the N10 Chasu Miso Ramen and the Chasu was tough, perhaps overcooked and one piece was completely fat. For $18.50 you would expect delicious tender meat. I’m a bit disappointed as this place use to be super delicious.

This is my second time at this restaurant. The first time was okay, but this time was awful. The ramen was clumped together, the egg was overcooked, and the pork was burned , very hard .The overall quality was very disappointing. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management, but something definitely feels wrong compared to my first visit.

Dined there for lunch 12/31/2025 and have had the worst FOOD POISONING experience of my life. I threw up so violently last night that it came up out of my nose. I didn’t even know that was possible. I still feel like absolute crap and it ruined my New Year’s Eve celebrations. Dine at your own risk. Service also was mediocre. Waitress never came back to refill waters even though I had ordered a spicy dish, and I had to go chase her down for the check so that I wouldn’t miss an appointment. EDIT - I was incredibly sick from Wednesday afternoon (12/31/2025) until late Friday evening (1/2/2026). My digestive system has never been so messed up in my life. It still hasn’t fully rectified itself, but I can at least eat normal food again today (1/3/2026)…3 DAYS afterwards. I fear being too TMI, but liquid…LIQUID coming out of your anus is not normal. Don’t get me wrong, I have had horrendous diarrhea (still do) for DAYS, but I didn’t pee from Wed evening until Fri morning because liquid was coming out the wrong hole. You could send someone to the hospital. Imagine if I were a senior. I don’t know how their body could recover from such a violent attack on its system. I ordered the miso spicy ramen if anyone wants to know what to avoid. I’m pretty sure it was the eggs within the dish.
