Bush's Chicken

Why doesn't this place ever give you your condiments? Every is that every time I go there, they never give the ketchup or ranch or the serendipity seasoning. We pay for it because you charge for ranch, but you still don't put it in the bag. Just put the condiments in the bag. I asked for 4 ranch condiments and not a single one was in the bag.

The chicken really had no flavor, and you don't get sauce for it unless you order a meal. Otherwise, you have to pay for it! That's absurd to me. I won't be eating there again. Am not a fan of it. The server was great, however.

Do not come here there are tiny bugs everywhere and it is very loud this is your last warning!

Came by to today and ordered a Two piece meal, I askedy server of he could please let me know how long the chicken had been sitting there, he proceeded to go inside to ask, when he re approached me he let me know that it had just came up. When we got home pir meals were not fresh at all the chicken was dry and old the fries were semi warm and old as well. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, let them know what was wrong withy order. So when I got to the establishment I asked to speak with the manager, the manager comes out and doesn't even aske so I told him and all he said was do you have a receipt so I handed him the receipt. This particular manager just turned and walked away he didn't apologize or mentioned anything else to me. This is not the first time that he has done this. He is a very unprofessional manager and needs to redirect himself to know how to approach his paid customers. He needs to be promoted to just customer service.

If I could do no stars I would... Horrible service. Went in today on a time crunch and the guy behind the counter seemed to be deliberately taking his sweet Lil time... Not very good customer service period! I couldn't even get lunch and I'm starving

I have been to this location several times over the last few weeks, every time I come I order UNSWEETENED ICE TEA … I have been given SWEET TEA. I have called the manager to advise him to train his staff to listen to the order, because I am a Diabetic and don’t need all that sugar. Never asked for refund or comp tea for next visit! This time I come and ask for dark meat, they are out of dark meat. I ask them again that I prefer dark meat it is not as dry, I have to wait 25 minutes or they can issue a refund. These young kids do not know what Customer Service means. We used to have two Bush’s in Cove, and now I wish we still did because I would have drove off and went there. This will be the last time I come here!!!!

Tired of spending $35 on bland chicken. Absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. If you’re not going to season it, can you at least put some seasoning in the bag?

We have never received a meal from a Bush's chicken this bad did not receive our full order no rolls with family meal and asked for season packs did not get them in bag with our order. The chicken was so old and hard we couldn't even chew it. I paid 50 plus dollars for a terrible meal and I tipped. Never again I hope they close down.

Usually it tastes great but we bought 4dinners on 14 of April 2025 and it tasted like burnt with slight taste of a metallic. Spent the night and next day on Tolet!! Pissed.

I got a 3 piece dark meat with a side and a drink with buffalo fries and was told my total was 25 and some change. When I got home I wasn’t given the right meat and when calling to double check the total since I was in a rush home to fed and change my baby they told me it would be 21 and and some change. The dude who took my order waited for my money before even giving me the total and when I gave the right amount came back and told me it was more. When I asked for the receipt I wasn’t given one and while staying polite and smiling to them the dude was snappy and rude to me. I get having a bad day cause I work open to closing hours in food service myself but always keep polite and do as the costumer asks to put them at ease and make an actual tip and not just steal money from them and lie about the total and keep them from getting what they wanted without telling them we don’t have it and communicate. I don’t know what’s up with bushes now but honesty and common decency would be nice to be given when ordering food. If it was given I would’ve given an actual tip and the dude not have to lie and take money from me to pocket.

Just spent 45 minutes waiting for two 4 piece tender meals. While watching over 6 people that arrived after me get serviced first. Great way to spend a Friday afternoon.

Was given a receipt and pen with a space to include a tip. At a fast food joint? What? Did not include a tip. When the food was ready and brought to me, maybe why they want the tip, gravy was not included as shown on the receipt. When asked about the gravy I was charged for it. Will never go to Busch Chicken ever again.

Stopped here for dinner when I placed my order for thighs, all they had was strips. So they asked me to come back and they will have it ready. Went back and they still didn't drop any new chicken. Third time I go back still they have no chicken thighs only strips. Instead of accommodating me or apologizing, they gave me some excuses that I had to order it first n such. Manager was very nasty and couldn't care. Made me spend $15 on a 4 piece chkn strip meal that looked like it went through the washer. And there was like no food. Absolutely horrible. Always a wait and no service!

Hey Bush's I see you guys raised your priced AND IM OK WITH THAT I get it. But raised prices comes raised expectations. If I wanted to defeather a chicken if go to a farm.
