I get that it was New Year's Day, but there wasn't a smile from any staff, nor a single bit of enthusiasm for their guests. The food was really good, but the experience was sub par.

This DD said their Midnight coffee machine was broken. They offered me regular with an expresso shot. I agreed but didn't want to pay extra for the work around so the young man only charged me for the coffee. I think he made an excellent decision. I would visit this location again.

I wish I could go at least one month without getting a cup of coffee with coffee grounds in it. Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too long without a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.

Been getting that brown sugar foam iced coffee for several days, from several different D& D locations. This one was by far the worst of the bunch. Supposed to be black with the brown sugar foam on it. Which I like because I Cant handle all the dairy and sugar in the other iced coffee drinks. Unfortunately ,they added cream to my beverage and it seemed alot sweeter than the others I enjoyed at other locations. Seems like a pretty simple process black coffee with foam that comes in a can. Training employees Is an essential process. Freindly staff or I'd give it 1 star because I threw the beverage in the garbage.

Was waiting for 30 minutes for my drink, got the wrong order, the people working there are completely different and unprofessional

Just simply asked for two new croissants because they were dripping disgustingly in grease from being overheated and the guy just kept giving me an attitude and repeating the obvious that the croissant is buttered. So thanks very helpful. Its for my two yr old otherwise I wouldn’t gaf

The staff has noticeably changed within the last year. The older woman working there are nasty as can be. Talking in Spanish about the customers thinking they can’t understand what’s being said.

When I went there the place look good until I saw spilled coffee that no worker decided to clean up and stirred it. I did tell them and they were like oh yeah the janitors coming over no need to worry and then when I got up to order was took forever because the workers the workers like tablet broke, I ordered munchkins and they said they didn’t have any so I ordered donuts and the only donuts they had were glaze. I decided to order coffee and supposedly their coffee machine was broken like come on McDonald’s is better.

I tripped over the sidewalk when I came in. There's a 2-in lip right in front of the front door and if my husband had a cotton being I would have planned face first right into a glass door because the owner hasn't fixed the sidewalk because it's unlevel and I tripped over it. It's very dangerous. Be very careful if you walk through there

My bacon egg and cheese came with wax paper that is now in my stomach. When I confronted the staff I didn’t even get a apology I got a we are busy. Totally unacceptable. Dunkin’ Donuts in Cornwall, do better!!
