TL;DR: Beautiful French-inspired pink café in Corpus Christi with flower walls, crystal-look chairs, and a warm festive vibe. Cream beignets, Paris-level croissants, amazing coffee, and fresh fruit/yogurt made for a perfect family stop. Under $50 for three — worth every penny and highly recommended. ⸻ Full Review: My wife, daughter, and I visited this wonderful spot in Corpus Christi the day after Labor Day weekend, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The neighborhood feels like it’s in the middle of renewal, but stepping inside, everything changes: pastel pink walls, flower-covered accents, round mirrors, string lights, and clear chairs that look like crystal from a distance. The whole atmosphere feels like a French patisserie with a festive, welcoming charm. The food was excellent. Our two-year-old devoured the cream beignets — powdered sugar, flaky layers, and cream filling made them perfect. I had a ham and cheese croissant that was as good as any I’ve had in Paris, and my wife ordered the German chocolate drink. She and our daughter also shared a Greek yogurt parfait with granola, Texas honey, and fresh fruit that was amazingly flavorful. The coffee was also outstanding; mine came with a little heart in the foam, and even though I usually drown my coffee in sugar and cream, this French vanilla was so good I drank it straight. For everything we ordered — beignets, croissant, coffee, German chocolate, apple juice, and yogurt with fruit — the total was under $50, which felt like a great value for the quality and presentation. Our server, Ben, took great care of us, and at the end of our meal we enjoyed some family photos against the flower-covered walls. This place is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere makes it feel special. Highly recommended if you’re in Corpus Christi.

I had a delightful brunch date with my mom at this charming restaurant. Our server, Zee, was exceptionally kind, well-versed in the menu, and incredibly attentive. The service was simply fantastic! The coffee, food, and desserts were all delectable and left us craving more. I highly recommend trying their German chocolate iced coffee—it’s a perfect blend of flavors that perfectly balances the sweetness.

Bien Mérité Is an experience! This is definitely a place you come to treat yourself!Aniya Was professional, friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcome. All the staff were friendly as you walk in and they hold themselves with such class and professionalism. The French mocha and the eggs Benedict were full of flavor and perfect! You can tell the chef takes pride and cares about what he/ she presents on the plate. There are not a lot of places like this in corpus and I will definitely be back.

Been wanting to come over to check this place out because we so miss our pastry shop in Arlington so decided to drive over on a Saturday morning to check it and the new bridge out. Walked in thinking about buying pastries for home and ended up having a great breakfast instead. Didn’t even know they did brunch! Hubs had the breakfast bowl and I had the egg breakfast. Both of our eggs were cooked to perfection and everything was great. Had a specialty iced coffee drink as well and it was not bitter and tasted great. Ended up so full we left without pastries! OH NO! That means we have to go back! Hahaha. And we will def be back. Ask for Zee as your waitress, she was the sweetest and cutest little thing ever. 10 out of 10 for both food and service.

I read the reviews before I decided to come here. All positive reviews, so I thought why not give it a try! I’m really glad I did. I ordered a steak and eggs for breakfast and it was delicious ! Our waitresses name was Trinity and she was amazing ! Highly recommend the place. It’s also very pink , very bright. The atmosphere is soothing.

So so so good!!!! This was our first visit and we WILL be back. Everything we ordered was amazing! Shout out to William for great service! The food is fresh and very well priced. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Corpus Christi.

First time here and will for sure be back! As soon as we walked in the hostess greeted us and was very kind. We had Alexus as our server, she was attentive and answered all the questions we had. Cute place in Corpus. I may have gone on a an “off” Sunday morning. We waited 40 minutes for our avocado toast to arrive. The coffee was tasty but not hot. We were the only ones there when we ordered. The waiter indicated there was only one chef. Brought us a few macaroons for our wait. I will give it another try in the future. This time, I was unimpressed.

They have had 3 chances before I decided to review. Each time was a 1 star ⭐️ although I gave them grace because I thought maybe the employees were new or having a bad day. I ordered a 13$ pear pastry and they boxed it up and smashed it. They did this all 3 times. This isn’t a cheap pastry. All the presentation for nothing. Every single time the person who assists is rude and unpleasant. They are officially an establishment that just isn’t worth my dollars anymore. The pear dessert is good but the other desserts I have tried are mediocre at best. I spent 28.00 and walked out with 1 smashed expensive dessert and the other was tiny so it was okay and did not get smashed. 28.00 for two desserts. Their prices are a bit much to seal it up with bad customer service and poor packaging of pricey desserts. Oh well. 3 strikes and you’re out. I spent over 100 on those three visits alone. I never even ate a meal, it was all desserts. A total of about 7-9 pastries total between all visits.
