Food was delicious but we had never been there before and the servers explanation left us very confused. However, be warned, they give you about 5 slices of each meat when you order. I expected way less and we wound up with wasted food. I hate that. There is a great selection of veggies, and if you like mushrooms, this is the place to go. We went for lunch, and it was quiet. Otherwise good service. Very friendly staff. Lunch price is 21.00 which is great for what you get.

I celebrate my daughter college graduation at Jpot. They have a very beautiful room for private events. It is a place to be proud of, beautiful decorated and an experience worth sharing with loved ones. Wow the appetizer buffet is like no other: fancy sushi, chicken wings, snow crab lend, wantons, egg rolls, salad, sauces I mean amazing. The experience of cooking your main dish at the table already seasoned lead to conversation and sharing the dish with your table. Management is welcoming and the staff very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant for family dinner, events and first dates.

Lunch with the family at Jpot in Corpus Christi was such a great experience. It’s all you can eat, but honestly you fill up fast because there are so many great options. The meat and sauce selection is endless, and the amount of vegetables is impressive. They even have an entire wall of mushrooms, which I loved. What stood out the most was how accommodating they were. I do not eat pork or shellfish, and two of my kids avoid pork as well. Most of their broth bases are pork-based, so we mentioned it to our waitress. She let us know they could make any of the soups with a water base and no pork. They prepared exactly what we needed without hesitation. For a buffet-style setup, that level of customization is not something you expect, and I really appreciated it. I went with the Tom Yum broth, sliced lamb, and ramen noodles, plus a fun mix of things from the buffet. Everything was delicious. Excellent food, excellent service, and thoughtful accommodations. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the food and experience. Our server, Bri, was amazing, attentive, & very courteous. She did well with anticipating our needs, checking in, and giving great direction and suggestions. She even brought out the S’more platter for the kiddos. Definitely a great time and great service.

We had an amazing experience at Jpot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot! From the moment we walked up, the outside of the building was so inviting and the inside atmosphere was warm and inciting. Our waitress, Heavyn, was absolutely fantastic—she took care of us from start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed, including miso soup, which I was really craving. What really impressed us was how Heavyn’s recommendations matched exactly what we were already thinking about ordering. It felt like she could read our minds—every dish she suggested was spot-on and delicious! On top of the great food and service, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our 15 month old daughter feel welcome. They played with her, kept her smiling, and even brought her graham crackers and juice boxes, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the whole dining experience even more special for our family. Highly recommend Jpot—not just for the food, but for the heartwarming service and family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second time visiting in a week and it was again delicious!! Would definitely recommend! All the meat and seafood options to BBQ are amazing. All the options on the buffet that is included in the price also makes it a great value. Great service both times. We will be back!

Corpus, consider yourselves lucky. This is a great place. We left stuffed and that was at lunch. You definitely get the food for the price. It is an experience. You’re gonna cook your own meat, seafood, and poultry on the grill right in your table. We didn’t get soup, but what’s better than hot soup the entire time you’re at the table with hot plate imbedded in the table. Service was great. We had no wait time. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Thank you Mathew! I had an amazing experience at Jpot in Corpus Christi. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Our server Mathew was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Honestly, one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere. The highlight of the meal was definitely the short ribs. They were perfectly tender, full of flavor, and cooked just right. If you’re a fan of hot pot or Korean BBQ, this place is a must-visit. Great food, great service, and overall a fantastic time. I can’t wait to go back.

Jpot delivered an extraordinary hot pot experience that left my taste buds singing! The tonkatsu broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tender ramen noodles. I loved the sauce bar, which let me customize my bowl into one of the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The buffet’s impressive selection of mushrooms and sushi elevated the entire meal, and the warm, friendly staff made me eager to return soon!

They're in their soft opening stage, but Rhianna welcomed us with a smile and explained they were having a soft opening. We were sat immediately (table for 2) on a Sunday afternoon. We did the BBQ Grill and the food options were vast! Well seasoned meats came quickly to our table, the veggie and food buffet were plentiful. Kat was a wonderful server! She kept us informed and was efficientwith service. Jaelyn (forgive if I spelled wrong) came around and thanked us for our patronage, stopped and chatted with us for awhile. Busboys were quick to come around clear the table. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely be back! Overall, excellent service and food!

Had a great time. Our server Celeste C. Helped us with the menu, made some great suggestions and was very attentive. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly but a bit loud. We ordered the BBQ grill and it was fantastic. Will definitely come again. Next time I want to try the hot pot .

Don’t let the last weird people give a bad review. It was a great place to eat!! Our waitress was Brianna, and she was awesome.. the only negative thing I can say is.. they use instant rice. That’s it, everything else was five stars. The atmosphere was good except a screaming kid whose parents were not doing their job.

Great experience! And worth the money! Super fast service, excellent food, a large variety in the buffet area. It's really nicely they're decorated there is plenty of seating. Most definitely worth the money if you're really hungry. Great atmosphere, a great place for family, friends, or a date. The menu is huge, with lots to choose from. I consider this one of the best restaurants in Corpus.. The only small issue was we went for lunch right when they opened and was being told by the waitress that we needed to choose items from the lunch side. After choosing our items the waitress comes back to us and tells us that the fee will be for dinner which is a huge jump in price. I am not sure why they were charging dinner prices during lunch.

The rib eye was so hard to chew and I cooked it rare. Passed on that. The thin steak was the best one but they only bring out one at a time sliced to feed two. Shrimp was 6 at a time for two ppl. The rice was not fresh. It was over priced for the small buffet and meat served. I won’t be going back. The sushi and spam with rice was good. Green beans were cold. Wings were seasoned well.

Tried out JPot recently… honestly, not impressed. If you’re deciding between this and the other Korean BBQ place in town (starts with Bo), the other place still holds the win by a long shot. We waited over 30 minutes, only to watch similar-sized groups get seated ahead of us despite us booking online as required. When we were finally taken to a table, it wasn’t even cleaned properly. Service was slow—drinks took about 10–15 minutes, and the meat took nearly 20. Portions were small, and our server only checked on us three times the entire meal. Surprisingly, the side dishes were better than the meat itself, but together they made zero sense. It felt like someone put together an Asian buffet restaurant and threw in some meat as an afterthought. The overall flow of how you collect the food items and experience just felt off - we had to special order steamed rice from the server!! Like seriously? 😂 There is NO ventilation over the grill/burner to draw away the smoke or fumes so it was very smoky inside the building - and there was almost no airflow where we were seated. Proper ventilation is something I used to take for granted at the other Korean BBQ place on Airline - not anymore! For us, JPot was a 2 out of 5. Not worth the drive or the price, unfortunately. I had high hopes 😣

Unacceptable costumer service, we wait for 1 hour 30 min and they always came to tell us that the table will be ready in 10 then 15 min but they never sit us. If you have a party of 10 ppl or more this is not the place to eat or celebrate a special occasion. I always support restaurants by giving them a good review and a chance but honestly this place doesn’t deserved it. Also I have to mention how duty their restrooms. If you have a baby please bring Clorox wipes because you will need a bunch
