My wife & I ate dinner at the chillies here in corpus Christi tx & the good was on point & their customer service wax excellent, we will be back next week for some ribs...

We had the pleasure of being seated in Lisa’s section. She was amazing inviting kind and attentive. We had a rambunctious 10 year old that she was so kind and patient with and made his day by being her genuine self. Most servers would have been frustrated or irritated but she laughed n played with him even giving his picachu stuffy a hug. The food was also great super fresh and cooked perfect. Tbh we had stopped coming here and haven’t been here for about 3 years due to bad food and crappy service. The family we were with wanted to go here so we decided to give it another shot since it had been so long and I’m glad we did . We will be returning and asking for Lisa for sure!!!!

Went in a couple days ago and everything was awesome the food the drinks the service was all fantastic our server Dylan was phenomenal he checked in with us making sure we were all doing great we will definitely be coming back!

The server we had last time we went was amazing. The service was fast and she was so attentive. She refilled our drinks constantly and just made sure we were good. Chilis is life.

On Sunday Oct 27, 2024. My sister and her friend surprised me by inviting me to dinner. I hadnt been out in awhile. Our waitress Danielle Triplett, helped us order and everything was Great. I never really post anything about dining out. Would like to say Danielle went above and beyond with her service and expertise. Kind, attentive, generous, Always smiling and above All So Respectable and Super Sweet. I would Highly recommend this Restaurant to All my friends and family; if they could Always get the type of Super Nice and Professional person that Danielle exemplifies. Thank you So Much for this Great Experience Danielle !!! Keep up the Great work that you do.

Very happy with my to go order tonight. Thank u to the kind man who took my order and chitchatted with me while I paid. As well as the cooks tonight, the food was spectacular especially my potatoe soup. 😋 Also, the man said there was no lemonade but still was able to get me a strawberry lemonade this evening. Much apprectiated. Also, the new to go packaging looks wonderful. :)

We had the Crispy Crisper plate and the Chicken Bacon Quesadias(spelling probably off) which were extremely scrumptious! Our server treated us so special! Thank you Crystal!

Very satisfied with my sirloin steak, they cooked it to the T’,(perfection) the way I wanted it. It was very big juicy, and tender piece of good ol’ sirloin steak. Can’t forget the buttery mashed potato sprinkled with the bacon tips. And of course the corn on the cob on the side. You can’t ask for more. Well recommended by me!

We stopped here on our way to Port A. And I had to leave a review to say this is the best Chili’s I’ve ever been to. The service was awesome and my steak was cooked to perfection! We’ll definitely be back next trip.

I went to Chili's yesterday. The waitress who served me was nice and professional. I ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger. It was very good and made just the way I ordered it. It was so big that I had it in half and even then it was a lot of burger with 2 patty and several slices of bacon. I needed a lot of napkins because of how messy it was. It is definitely worth trying.

This was taken at the Portland location. But I’ve been to multiple locations throughout the state. Never a bad experience.

Came in with my bestie, greeted immediately, and sat quickly. Browsed the menu while we waited for our server which didn't take long at all. Andrea, was a super sweet and on top of it kinda gal. We both got a 3 for Me deal, I got a steak, salad, and a coke, my friend got a Deluxe chicken sandwich, a soup, and a tea. Andrea made sure we had refills, upselled us on a deluxe sandwich instead of the regular also made sure we got dessert which was AMAZING, it was a lot bigger than what we thought it was going to be and it was only 6 dollars because of the meal deal. My husband and I ate here on Valentine’s Day, and we sat in the bar area. Our waitress, Susie, was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, attentive, and made sure our every need was met. She made us feel genuinely welcome—almost as if she had known us for years. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers. I would give her 5 stars without hesitation. She was kind, professional, and definitely deserves a raise.

so i went into the to-go entrance to order. Melissa was so amazing. From the get-go she was so nice and gentle-spoken. i think she mirrored my energy because the vibe was so gentle and soft. im writing a review today because the customer service she provided was extraordinary. i hope a manager sees this because melissa treated me with real warmth.

This is single handedly one of the best places to eat, and in the many times I've visited, I haven't met a worker who failed to make me feel welcome. This chain restaurant truly feels like a stand alone establishment compared to the local competition. The only reason for a 4-star atmosphere rating is that this location sometimes feels a bit small, though the service is fast so wait times are hardly ever bad. Continue the great job here; you can tell the local community really loves it.

I was previously told that this particular location wasn't great. I call BS!! My server Dustin was amazing! Very attentive without hovering. I walked in not knowing what I wanted. Dustin made a few suggestions without attempting to up sale or sway my decision. He was very polite and didn't rush. It's not often I come across a respectful server anymore. As an added bonus, he even saved me a little money!! I am more than pleased with my visit today.

My family and I recently gave this Chilli’s location another try and I am so glad we did! The entire experience could not have been better. Our server, Kendall was AMAZING!!!! From the moment we were seated, she was most attentive to our every want and need. Our drinks were never empty and our orders were perfect! She was kind, personable, thorough, and quite humorous. The General Manager, Paulo stopped by our table and asked us how everything is. We explained to him our past experience from the last time we were here a couple of months ago/ years ago and I am so glad that we came back. First time at location, Kendall was our server, we can say her professionalism and waitress skills are by far one of the best we have encountered lately and by that we mean in a long time! As a restaurant reviewer on the side, we recommend her for server of the month. The food was great but the service was what really caught our attention. We hope the owner and manager see this and give her something to recognize her dedication, absolutely outstanding, notes of attention on drinks not letting them be empty, taking care of extra plates, checking in more than once and her attention to each table in her section was spot on. First time going to Chilis and it was pretty good. It was quick busy due to the spring break traffic but we got helped right away. Waitress was very sweet and made sure we had everything. Food was hot and fresh when served and servings were great. Also had very good deals.

It's not like other locations, but it is a good place to have lunch, specially when you are deployed with work. Pretty clean, good food, affordable and nice people to take care of you. Plus I got to be the first to taste/test one of their new drinks added to the menu.

I just ate here with my daughter and chandler was our waitress. She was amazing and went above and beyond to help us and she was super friendly too! We ended up ordering the trio bc I am in love with the honey chipotle crispers and southwestern egg rolls they have. And my daughter ate the little kid cheeseburgers with corn and oranges. We also ordered the trio chips and dip. It was all great and cost around 50. Chandler again was the best waitress and has the best personality for a waitress. She made the experience totally worth it.

Great food and door dash picks up the food for you and deliver food to you too!! And the chicken crispers meal and the fajitas are excellent too !

I absolutely love the food at Chili's. Their white skillet queso is my favorite and the sliders. However, it is ridiculously cold here. It's really hard to enjoy your meal when you're literally shivering. This is how it is every single time. It's not because of the seasons as it's 57° outside right now.

I like this place. Service is generally good. Food is what you would expect. They have good beers in tap. Only problem I have with the booths, is that tables are extremely wobbly and the a/c is way to strong and hits you straight in the head.

It's always good when we go here with friends or someone you have variety of food options as well as nice atmosphere around drinks served are also great and I love the cajun chicken pasta up here it's best. If you like Chips and Salsa you can have it unlimited. Bear served is also great. You should visit here as it's not costly as well. But usually there will be crowd here if you are concerned about something. Prebooking was available before now it's not so it's downside nowadays. But I will recommend going here.

This chili! It’s nasty and dirty. The restrooms were bad have not been cleaned up. The service was horrible. The food was nasty. I’m sorry chilies but for the price that I paid was not worth my time being there I went out for lunch with my sisters came down from Houston and it was a horrible idea to come and have lunch here, y’all need to do better!!! I ordered the Ancho Salmon. The rice was hard and dry , and the salmon was overcooked. I wasn't pleased with it and expected it better for the cost 18.49 for this plate. My bar server was great, and the place seemed clean and well organized. Kitchen got it wrong!!!

Food Service is slow Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.7pm-10pm Trainee cooks not really knowing much. Manager in back making sure all is made up order. Brisket is very dry. It's more like beef jerky brisket. Yet has a good flavor. Babyback ribs were sort of juicy and tender, soft with good flavorings. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, food service is not what it is to be. But waitresses are freaking awesome. They make sure you get meals as soon as possible, drinks are always full and your order is exactly what you want. Restrooms are surprisingly clean. Facility also is clean and kept up very good.

I went for an early lunch, and it was not busy , but yet we waited for 5 minutes before we were seated. There were plenty of tables but no hostess in sight. It was good, I ordered the bun on the side , glad I did , too much bread. The French fries were good , seasoned well , but they came to my table hot and got cool very fast. The AC was blasting , another patron had to go to her car and get a jacket!! I was just about to say something when it was turned down. My food was ok , maybe I would have been more excited if it had stayed hot. I did like the queso that was poured over the meat , onion , peppers, and jalapeños ( onion and jalapeños were grilled) So I might go back.

It started fine, but after waiting around thirty minutes we did not see our server, hadn't received one of our drinks or any appetizers. We had to physically look around the restaurant for our server. Another ten minutes later, she stopped by our table to inform us that our order did not go through to the kitchen. She offered to retake our order and they would comp our meal. We had three children who were very hungry at this point so we reordered. They brought out complimentary chips and salsa and a complementary enchilada soup. Which was nice, but then some of our food was served so quickly it was missing chicken and tortilla strips (chicken salad). They served me the wrong burger no fries, kids received their meals without fries, and one of the mashed potatoes had several foreign objects in them...... just not a good experience. Some of the food was great, it was just the service that made it a bad experience. For the record, we still tipped the server as she seemed to try to make up for the first blunder and finally said she apologized for the problems we had.

The wife and I got chips and salsa as our appetizer. The chips and salsa were delicious and tasted homemade! 5 stars! The wife ordered a Veggie Santa Fe Burger with loaded queso fries. The wife was OK with the burger. It had too much mint greens in it, and the burger came with black beans, burger was also a little hard. She still liked it. But wasn't too wild about it. Her queso fries had the queso too much on one side. She had to mix it all herself. 3 stars on the fries and 2 stars on the burger. I ordered a 6oz classic sirloin steak. Came with the loaded mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. I asked for my steak to be medium rare. The steak came out perfect! A little bit on the tough side, but still came out like a medium rare steak. Four stars. The mashed potatoes were delicious. Five stars. The corn on the cob could have been cooked a little longer and had too much pepper. Three stars. By the way, they charge 50¢ extra if you want any side sauces. Be wary of that, my server didn't say it would cost me extra. I got barbecue sauce for my steak. Overall, my visit was good. But it wasn't great or perfect. I would probably return, but order something else. All in all, three stars. Sorry, Chili's of Corpus Christi!

Typically, our visits to chili are rather great, however, this visit was quite bad. Not all of our visits go great, but this was too much. Our waiter was very attentive, Damian did a good job considering the circumstances. The glass that my water was served in was dirty, made my water appear yellow, and had food flakes floating around. The bottom bun to my burger was practically nonexistent. My upgraded cheese fries weren’t great, cheese was rubbery and fries didn’t taste fresh. My partner’s steak was queued under medium well, rather than medium rare. A simple mistake, however, when sent to be redone the steak came back bad. The steak was rush cooked, cold, and nearly raw.

The food was fine. The waiter was excellent. The time it took to be seated was ridiculous. Over an hour. Then, another hour and a half before we got our food. A group next to us, came in, ordered, got their food, ate and left before we ever got our food. Three hour dining experience. Nonsense! Bad management.

We sat right next to the restrooms. Appetizers took about 25 min , then immediately after main food came out. Waitress seemed incredibly overwhelmed which unfortunately affected service. Immediately had to run to the restroom when I got home.

I haven’t been to chilis in ten years. I had gotten food poisoning and didn’t want to risk it again…..My husband wanted to try again and guess what? We both got food poisoning from their southwestern rolls and vegan burger. The food tasted great. Luckily our toddlers just got their chicken and broccoli so they’re good. The service was great. It just really wish you guys would re-evaluate your appetizers cause they’re making me sick

I love Chili's food, don't get me wrong. Service is what causes a problem sometimes. I placed my order through the app for pick up because I ordered during rush hour. My food was supposed to be ready at 3:50. That gave them at least 20 minutes to prepare my food. I was told to go to the bar where I was to wait until every other guest sitting there was given refills and checked on before I was spoken to. The cashier continued to take orders of other guests and I was not given any expectation until my food came out at 4:20 for me to take. I used some cards given to me by the company to pay for my meal so when the cashier asked me to put the $5 balance on the $10 card, I agreed. When I asked for the card with the balance back, she then explained how the cards were a one time use type of card and the cards would later be thrown away. My food was an alright temperature but was poorly put together. And I was not offered a receipt nor utensils.

We always go out to eat,but with football being on, I had a order to go. Arrived early,when inside at 6pm,when I was told it would be ready 6-6:05. My order was in the back against the wall,food was cold,. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla and the ol timer burger. I should of gone to the Mexican restaurant for the quesadilla,. Chili's is smaller and more expensive. The ambiance and customer service has gone down hill at the corpus Christi Texas location.

Ordered To Go. Disappointed on how heavily all the food was salted. The chips and salsa was a fail- we ordered X2. We mostly got broken chips and crumbs. The first bag of chips had several undercooked pieces, while the second bag was mostly broken pieces /crumbs. Both bags were heavily salted to the point of being inedible. The buns on the burger were soggy both top and bottom bun. The veggies were mush. As for the atmosphere, there was a girl sitting behind the register, I'm assuming waiting to clock in as she didn't offer to help me pick up my order. She just ignored me as I waited for someone to assist me. Sigh ..I'm saddened because our order was not cheap. It was a huge waste of money. We will not be ordering from here again. I hope Chili's will try and get it together. Or at the very least, quality check your food.

Our waitress was extremely rude when I went. I ordered the triple dipper and when I received it the burger bites meat was still pink. I don’t know if it was intentional but it caused me to have food poisoning.

The server only came to the table once i ask es for a burger with mayo and mustard and it didn’t have any i had to get help from another server the Meat was dry no flavor at all

Every time i order chilis something is always wrong .. they always over cook the food my Entire order was burnt .. when calling chilis they stated i had to go thru door dash and door dash said i had to go thru chilis

The order I placed took more than 40 minutes to arrive, but the food was cold inside, like it was frozen, and it tasted funny and dry.I understand that the restaurant is busy, but if I have to wait that long, shouldn’t the food at least be properly cooked? No one wants to wait a long time and pay a high price just to eat frozen food. My first takeout order it was the worst experience.

Whatever hostess working July 7th 10:02pm needs clear retraining on customer service given how they treat chilis customers trying to call. No explanation, no care for others, just hanging up on customers trying to ask the simple question of if it is even possible to place a to go order. I would have even understood an explanation of it being too late if that were the case, but she didn't even have the common decency to do that much. Whoever is in charge neeeds to look in to the employee costing them money, because that definitely isnt going to encourage any repeat customers.

Stopped in for lunch at 12:36 pm. on December 6th. We were told it would be a five minute wait for my wife and I. We waited eight minutes for a table. We were seated, and a woman came by two minutes later and said our server would be right with us. We waited eight more minutes and still no server, no water, no nothing. We got up and left. I understand it was during lunch, but that type of "non" service is unacceptable.

We came in to have a desert and were told it would be 45 minutes to be sat, so i put our name down and then sat at the bar top to have a few drinks while we waited. When i sat the bartender looked at me rude so i told him my party was walking in and we were gonna sit to have some drinks. He asked are u waiting for a table ? I told him yes and he exchanged a look with his fellow co worker like we were causing a problem . He made us feel unwelcome , gave us our one drink order and not once asked us if we were okay the whole 45 min we sat there. He was a bald guy piercings , girl co worker was dark hair pony tail lots of makeup . I use to be a server, so I know how it feels to be busy, they weren’t busy since he had time to scroll on his phone .

I picked up a Togo order. I was supposed to get a buffalo chicken sandwich but what I got wasnt even close to that (pictured). I called immediately and they mentioned corporate would contact me within 24 hours. Have had to call back several times to ask about the status of a refund/complaint. It's been over a week since. Horrible service

I used to love Chili’s and now not so much. This is not the first time I’ve had a issue but this was the last straw. I ordered food through DoorDash. First I ordered the triple dipper and had “crispy cheddar bites” as one of my choices and instead I received buffalo wings… I dont eat those. Annoying but not the end of the world. I am a restaurant manager and I understand mistakes happen. HOWEVER I go to pick up my big mouth bites and there is a very long black hair in between the bun and the meat of my little sliders. That is disgusting and how the hell did they not notice that? It was long and looping out of the burger. This used to be my favorite restaurant and now I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stomach going back. And on top of it also took them 50 mins to prepare my food. Very disappointing.

Bad customer service, waited 25 minutes without anyone greeting me. My pickup time was for 7:54. No one conversed with me and someone else who was waiting 40 minutes.

From the moment we stepped in, we had problems. We walked up to the host stand, said that it was just two of us. She got the headcount of the group behind us too (also 2 people). She decided to sit the group behind us first and tell us to wait on another table. So we sat down, a group of 4 came in and she sat them after like 2 minutes of waiting. Meanwhile, we are still waiting for someplace for two. We didn’t say we needed a booth or a table or a high top so I don’t understand why we were first to arrive and sat last. We should’ve just walked out then and there, but we decided to stay. I ordered a margarita that came 20 minutes later and melted. I waited another 10 minutes to get our servers attention to explain that I don’t want a melted drink. She said she’d have the bartender remake it, but it came back emptier. I think they just poured out the liquid and added more slush. After that, I received my chicken bacon ranch quesadillas at the same time my boyfriend received his salad. The server came and asked if everything was okay (5-10 minutes later) so I just asked for my soup and his food. Which she got. And we discovered mushrooms, lettuce and onions under his fries, and it was just chicken crispers and fries supposed to be on the plate. So I definitely don’t recommend if your allergic or don’t want your food mixed with other peoples orders. Then they tried to say that our free chips (that we get every time we visit by using my phone number) was gonna increase our bill since the server put it in wrong. And she also charged more money to upgrade the salad even though my boyfriend just asked for a house salad. Chilis is my go-to place but I don’t plan to ever go here again. At least not to this locations

I am writing to share a concerning experience my family and I had at your Corpus Christi this past weekend on February 14, 2026. We were there to celebrate Valentine’s Day & sat in the bar area. Our server, Susie, provided service that was far below the standard we expected. Throughout our visit, she was inattentive and rude. The situation escalated when another waitress, noticing our long wait, kindly brought us a refill of chips and salsa. Well rather than appreciating the teamwork, Susie became visibly & audibly upset. She said, " I guess I am not giving you enough attention when I asked what you needed so the other team member had to cater to you". Mind you she just walked quickly by us without giving us a chance to even talk and went straight to another table. She also asked my boyfriend, " So have y'all been drinking before you got here". When we got the check I asked for military discount, & she questioned how many years my dad served to his face. I was like wow this is actually ridiculous. The rudeness on the day we went to celebrate which was supposed to be very special. I just hope this doesn't happen again because it was the worst service EVER.

I ordered wings and fries, and had them delivered. The delivery was timely. However, the wings were tough with a freezer burned taste. The sauce seemed fresh, and the lemon pepper had flavor. Yet the chicken was so off putting in texture. It was dense and tastes horrible. I am not sure how else to convey the disappointment this meal was. The price was honest and a deal. It's just a shame the chicken is instant junk. So order here with caution.

Horrible experience!! Server seemed too have most of her customer far from where we were located. So she would take a while too check us out. In addition too that the utensils she provided us were dirty the fork had food in between. Plus the drinks we ordered weren't that great not even when we ordered a fountain drink. Now as for the food it looked like it had been left out sitting and they just warmed it up in the microwave. It was dry and cheese was horrible. Plus normally we get the chips and salsa and the salsa always seems too be warm but it was cold. Too top it off when we arrived we had gotten in line through the app but they didn't even use that. There wasn't anyone at the entrance greeting us. I'm literally disappointed since chillies was both my husband's and I to go spot too have drinks and have great food but now. Off to trying another location before we give up on it since chillies is amazing when you have amazing crew.
