Gave us a free pretzel coupon. I already had a yummy burrito waiting so almost declined. Glad I didn’t that was the best pretzel I’ve ever head no cheese or anything needed. Fluffy, crunchy, salty, buttery all deliciously balanced! 🥨 Also Orange Dream is hard to beat! I have posted a pretzel picture but we devoured it too quickly… Stopped by kind of by chance. Wife just had a baby and saw our pediatrician for the first time, on her way home wanted some Starbucks, saw a Jamba Juice and decided to do that instead (tastier and healthier).
The woman was very kind but there was only one person working and so it seemed no one had time to clean the lobby. She served me relatively quick but i felt very bad for her. Get someone else on the floor! Lol
Went by for a smoothie and ran into the owner who was a super nice gentleman. Great service and friendly atmosphere...and of course the smoothies are the best 👌
First time here and I will definitely be back!! Jeanette was extremely welcoming with a great attitude as well as the other workers. My drink was definitely delicious and made with heart!! Great job to the Jamba/auntie Anne’s staff!!

Okay. Used to be a lot better. Seems like they changed ingredients over the years. Bathroom was disgusting! Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Odd combo (Jamba and Pretzels) of healthy and unhealthy.
I've been coming to Jamba for a long time. I worried with the merger the drink wouldn't be as good and it's still delicious as always. I had the pleasure of having the store gm take my order today and make my drink. However was rude. I asked about the app will there be a joint app coming or what is going on with that. And she told me the app works fine. The auntie Annie's app doesn't have Jamba drinks on it and the Jamba app says it's closed. She told me the app works just fine for everyone else. And said well what's your phone number so I can see. I gave her my number and she said well look you have points. Still want to be able to order ahead but since no clarification was given on the app. I guess not. Neno however was just as pleasant and amazing as always.
The Strawberry Wild smoothie was great and the Belgian Waffle was amazing! However upon entry, we noticed that there was nowhere to sit as if this is a carry-out only place. The lady who checked us out was really nice. However we felt really bad for the lady since she was the only one taking care of the store. I'd hope that they'd hire more people to help her out! If we come back and see more people, we will raise our review up a star. But right now, it's unfortunately three stars. But me and the wife would recommend this place for a nice and healthy pick-me-up!
I just give them a three stars because the taste is good. However, I didn't like the service. They told me a size price, then, they gave me another smaller size than I ask for. Then I ask for an explanation, and instead of giving me good explanation, they started an allegation with me. I just had to stop them with a thank you. I am not sure if I am coming back, I like to have good service, and more if I am paying a lot for a little juice.
I remember when it used to be Jamaba Juice. There is no longer tables to sit, fresh juice/ shots, or the sandwiches they had. Auntie anne's is now included, but its mediocre at best. Although, some of the staff is friendly and welcoming, others, not so much. Depending on who's working, you can get an amazing smoothie or a watery mess. Paying $8 to $11 for a smoothie, you would think that i would get it made right. I would more than likely start going to smoothie king now. Unfortunate how far jamab has gone down hill.

Came here today at 4:45pm. Doors locked and I’m just assuming they weren’t open today? Really need updated hours before hyping up my kid that we were getting smoothies.

It took 25 minutes to get my smoothy when only one person was in front of me. Took them 15 minutes to just take my order which was ridiculous. The other worker at auntie Ann’s didn’t bother to help the worker who was very obviously struggling and had a line of people. The smoothy wasn’t mixed properly and I had to get a spoon to enjoy my “smoothy” because it was so icy it wouldn’t go through the straw. They took away the chairs too so you have to stand the whole time which is very ridiculous for the amount of time they take to make a smoothy. Never wasting my time here again.
The lady who took my order was extremely rude. And made my drink wrong. I guess it was an inconvenience for me to go bother her at work to get a drink. Which she's paid to make.
My son ordered a small Strawberries Wild, and they did NOT fill up his cup all the way. I ordered a medium Green Ginger, and once they brought my order up, someone else took my order, and once they gave me my actual order, it was filled to the brim. Walked out, cup lid was not secure, and popped off splashing smoothie all over my shirt. The service has gone downhill since combining with Auntie Anns. Will never come again.
I usually love Jamba Juice but this location gets poor rating from me because everytime I come here there’s always something they don’t have or isn’t freshly made. The boards aren’t even updated. You ask for something that you see on the menu and they tell you it’s seasonal and they no longer have it. The prices aren’t accurate and updated either. Theres never any pretzels when I come. Why is it sponsored if you’re never going to have any made or ready. I asked for a waffle bowl and again she tells me no fresh fruit. Like just close the store until your inventory is stocked at this point. It’s just frustrating as a customer to want or crave something and everything I ask for you don’t have and it’s literally everytime I have stopped by. 1 star for me.
Horrible experience, mood is so depressing as you walk in no greeting and poor service. False advertisement today is Wednesday and bowls are buy one get one 50% off and they don’t honor what they display. Then they were out of an item for the bowl and instead of asking for substitutions failed to mention even the fact that they were out and was trying to just give it to me like that. Will never go back.
Went at 5pm on a Thursday. Was told there was no milk and no fruit. They were unable to make any of the bowls and most of the smoothies. I ended up getting a pretzel bite to go, which was fine. There was no signage to indicate limited menu. Also, I had tried to call prior to arrival with no answer.
Came here to try out the aunt Annie's addition to Jamba juice...ended up staying for half an hour. All I wanted was a pretzel dog. Making these pretzels to order is a bad idea. I had to wait for two other people in front of me to have their orders made. I didn't get any warning except that mine would be out shortly when I was paying then I found out from the person working of how many people were ahead of me. Also, my pretzel dough was still raw. 👍 The previous time it was burnt black. Why isn't this location doing their aunt Annie's like the other locations I've been to in the past with their display filled and ready to go? It's not the first time this has happened to me, I'm posting this now for others to understand what to expect when coming here.
There's a male worker there wears glasses very rude and unprofessional. He gave my husband attitude but when a female walked in he was very friendly with her.
Multiple times, I have shown up during business hours (get there are 10am and they are suppose to open at 7am) and they are closed. No signs, no warnings just locked doors.... that's a really poor way to run a business especially a franchise chain store......
I used to love this place and come here often finally get time to go and order a smoothie bowl and the “smoothie” in the smoothie bowl was freezer burn not only that the strawberries were stale. When I came back to let them know the worker in the front with glasses had the audacity to be would to be while giving me a refund. Don’t goto this place unless you want horrible service with freezer burn smoothie bowls. Just horrible

Came here Saturday at 10am. Doors locked, no note. Came back 3pm still locked. Lights were on but looks like it never opened. Very disappointing as I don’t get to come here often
