Opinions de Lumpia House 2 Corpus Christi
Update: they moved . Same place, but are at the corner now, so just two shops down i believe. Just love their food. Always very hot and delicious. Customer service is amazing. Our go to is their veggie, pork, and beef Lumpia. Also their sweet and sour chicken. 😋
The food was AMAZING!! The hostess was very attentive and so very friendly!! I can’t wait to go back!
I recently had the opportunity to try Lumpia House #2 in Corpus Christi, Texas, and I was very impressed. I ordered the Shanghai Lumpia, and it was absolutely delicious. The filling was perfectly seasoned, and the wrappers were crispy and flaky. I also enjoyed the generous portion size. The service at Lumpia House #2 was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that my order was correct. I ordered my food to go but the place was very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Lumpia House #2 to anyone looking for authentic Filipino cuisine.
First time trying this restaurant. It was recommended by my cousin, who lives in CC. Everything was very tasty. The service was great.
First time trying out the #2 location on Staples, we definitely were not disappointed. We tried the Tinola Soup, Beef Chop Suey, and the lumpia. The flavors were wonderfully delicious. The soup was a little greasy but I would order this again. Happy they opened in the neighborhood.
Incredible food with very generous portions! Lumpia was crispy, flavorful and fresh. Beef and Bell Peppers was seasoned very well and one of the best dishes I have ever had. The lady at the front made great, friendly conversation as I waited for my to go order! Highly recommend to everyone!!
Food is so good couldn’t be more satisfied I would eat here every day if I could, and the price is not bad either I would recommend too friends and family and anybody wanting to try something unique and different for dinner. (Ps. If you ask for your food spicy they will make it spicy spicy)
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. They are located in the encantada village area off yorktown, and their food DOES NOT MISS!! FROM PRESENTATION on the boats to the service, everything was exquisite. We reccomend and do intend to return to try everything on the menu at least once. They're also BYOB so I had to bring my lil dressed smirnoff along. Great job.
Not only was the food delicious but the atmosphere was great. The cozy setup is inviting to everyone. The food is fresh and has all the great flavors you would expect from traditional Filipino food. The lumpia was hot and very tasty. The best part was the service. If you want great food and great service make sure to come visit.
Tried for the first time, and was very different and amazing!! The lumpias are very delicious and big, the Pampano was the best fish I've ever had! The sauce on it was very good and gave it a different delicious taste!! Service was great!
The food was wonderful! Better than the dishes my Filipino friends have made me (and theirs are delicious as well). I was a bit overzealous with how much I ordered, but it was worth it. The folks at the counter were super nice. We will be back, often.
The lumpia house number two has moved a few doors down from their original location. They are now on the corner where the coffee shop used to be and they now have a drive-through. This is our first time to this location. The space is very roomy, the staff very courteous and helpful and the food was amazing. I got the chicken adobo lunch special and the chicken was tender, fall off the bone excellence. It also came with a single lumpia and a large portion of panzit and a helping of rice. The adobo gravy is excellent and I love it over the rice. I finished off my meal with the halo-halo which is a combination of traditional preserved fruits, ice, and sweet milk. It comes in a good size bowl and is easy to share. Stir this mixture all up and dive in. It makes for a great sweet treat.

Salamat for the amazing catering for our girls birthdays ❤️

I loved it!!! So tasty so rich in flavor . I had the chicken fried rice and chicken pancit uuff on another level . Affordable and lots of food and also freashly prepared. So definitely going back.
The food here was so good I literally couldn’t stop eating! This was my first time here and I was really surprised that I hadn’t been eating here since living in Corpus Christi and living so close by! It is a little difficult to find if you don’t have it in the GPS, because it’s behind the Quick Quack car wash. Worth every single penny!! My kiddos loved everything as well!!!
The portions of food are huge and it's delicious! The service is friendly and the space is pretty large. My family loved everything about it, we'll be back!

I ordered vegetarian Pancit , it was so good , I did not really miss the meat. I also got the pork Shanghai Lumpia. It is my favorite. My husband ordered fried fish, and it had no bones that he found. He said it was very good. The server was very busy , but my water did eventually get refilled. There is really no atmosphere here , it is about the food , as it should be. Prepare to split , or have take home.
I arrived during quiet evening yesterday to pick up some dinner. They were very kind and made me feel welcomed as they prepared my food for me. I couldn’t believe the picture displayed because of how generous their portions were. That including their big box of vegetable egg rolls (not pictured). Thoroughly pleased with Lumpia and looking forward to it again! Thank y’all for a delicious dinner that was plenty to share for others to enjoy 😊🍱🥟

Called to place an order and was put on hold for over 5 mins. So I went into the restaurant ordered at counter and waited 20 mins for my food. Figured out why I was put in hold, one person taking orders and serving tables, one cook, & one guy sitting behind the counter drinking a beer while being a bus boy. I learned this all from the one taking my order. Poor guy was a one man show. Go my order and all of the food was very salty! My husband couldn't even eat his beef and bell peppers cause it was so salty. So disappointed because the original Lumpia House in the Bluff is amazing!!

So usually I don’t leave reviews but I just had to. Very disappointing as I wanted to try the food really bad. So starting off as soon as I walked in no one greeted me except one of the female workers. With my baby in my hand no one offered me a high chair (had to get one for myself). I go ahead and order two things on the menu for myself to try. When I received my food the waiter made a rude comment “that’s a lot of food” which I replied with “I’m going to pack it to go” of course if I’m eating by myself I’m not going to finish all my food. Just found that a little rude and unnecessary to say. I will say portions are big which is worth the money. Then my waiter spent all his time with an other table didn’t even ask me if I needed anything. The food was watery and had no flavor. The sinigang was not sour enough and tasted just watery. The chicken adobo was also very flavorless. This is really sad coming from someone that is Filipino and just wanted some good service and authentic Filipino food. Please spend your money somewhere else!
I will increase the stars on this review if you stop watering down the chili garlic sauce. Lumpia is good, pancit Bihon is good, the chili garlic sauce is disgusting and basically water. If you’re watering down basic sauces to save money, what other shortcuts are you taking with your food?
