First visit to this restaurant, the interior was elegant, pristine. The staff was attentive , especially our waiter (Ray) the food was delicious! loved and enjoyed every bite of my dessert with coffee. Will return to try other dishes. Would recommend to family and friends.

Staff is engaging and very professional. The food is exquisite. Always a wonderful experience! The filet mignon Pho is amazing as well as the black pepper shrimp (Ramg Muoi).

Amazing fried broccoli, very light and flavorful. I ordered the Fuji fried rice and it was delicious. Lunch was great. Will be returning!

Lovely place, lunch crowd was mostly office professionals so I’m the lone pickleball player in skort n t. Ordered the mushroom in garlic sauce with steamed broccoli for dine in, and tofu/vermicelli to go. Love the mushroom with thin slices of garlic, the sauce was on point and good though the dish would have been excellent with fresh shiitake instead of stewed dry mushrooms. The vermicelli was disappointing; consisting of boiled vermicelli, fried strips of tofu with chopped iceberg lettuce on the side. It was very plain without any sauce or peanut topping. The spring roll that came with the it roll was good.

Restaurant offers a really nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly and courteous. I ordered the Napoleon dish with scallops. It was well prepared and tasty unfortunately 2 or 3 scallops tasted a little off. Dessert was awesome!! We shared a slice of carrot….so good. The beverage looked better than it tasted. I would definitely go back and try something else.

Challenge accepted

So the only reason I gave this place three stars is because the crème brûlée was nine 9 of 10! Service was not very good, the peanut dipping sauce for the spring rolls was very bland, The half roasted chicken I had was super dry and they had deep fried it rather than roasting it like they said, but the Moscow Mule‘s were also good. Would not recommend except for for dessert.

The food was ok. The flavor does not match the price. Pho Life has way better soup. The atmosphere and drinks were great. Wouldn’t put this as a regular stop, but more of a once in a long while for apps and drinks. The fried broccoli and lychee martini were delicious.

Want to know what a $17 bowl of pho tastes like? Not as good as a $7 bowl. Vietnam Restaurant bills itself as a upscale eatery, but all it does is overcharge for basic Vietnamese fare. Maybe that's a rush to judgment because I didn't eat more than pho, but it wasn't that great. The service was very nice, so there's a plus.

Food and drinks are very expensive! The steak (i know not a steak place) was very poor cut for a ribeye. There was no fat, while prepared well, just no good and very expensive. Basic drinks were 17.00, and nothing special. 2 adults and an 8yo, over 200.00 I will not go back, much better places in Corpus for way less.

Tried this place after hearing decent things, will NEVER go back. First off, very expensive. And…They have items on menu that are totally misleading. We ordered one and it was a sweet and sour sauce, which was horrible. Didn’t say one thing about sweet and sour on menu. We ordered a different item, but were charged fully for the dish that was not what we expected. Very average to below average on other dishes we ordered. I think the locals in Corpus are naive to what really good Vietnamese food really tastes like. Not surprised.

Went to lunch today. Calamari is chewy and from freezer. I ordered the Special House Medley - scallops were inedible. They taste like kitchen cleaner? And deep freezer. Shrimp was mid and overcooked. I get better beef at my local Chinese take-out. The RICE was also not that good. Cheap ingredient, cheap tasting. Beautiful atmosphere and service, just horrible food....
