Love this spot, excellent variety of food, from salads, soups, pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and more. Well prepared coffee drinks, a nice selection of craft beer and wine, and tasty desserts. Tons of seating options, great wifi, soccer on the TV in one corner, (but not with volume to keep the noise down), and excellent service. This is a place that's great to just hang out, enjoy lunch, meet a friend, and they will match your pace whether it's a quick lunch or if you're hanging out for a while. Highly recommended family business that is doing things right!

Best pizza in Marin. Hands down. Other options as well— but why? It’s so good! Nice seating inside. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. Great beer selection.

Absolutely excellent service, family owned and operated by the finest people you could hope to meet. Open far later and offering better coffee than other establishments, I had a wonderful conversation with Tony while we waited our order. You owe it to yourself to try Cafe Verde.

The gluten free crust was amazing! The pepperoni pizza (on the regular crust) was the best (compared to other pizza restaurants, said my kiddo)!! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was chill and happy.

I have the pleasure of ordering takeout through a second party twice from this restaurant. as we know sometimes ordering food to be delivered can be subpar. I think some restaurants just don't care because you're not in front of them. This was not the case here, the food I got was exceptional! Fresh flavorful and made with care. I ordered the vegetarian panini and ask for a substitution that was graciously honored. It was exceptional! The flavor combination of the eggplant peppers and garlic what's delicious. I also ordered the Caprese salad. Large slabs of heirloom tomatoes, whole leaves of Basil, as well as burrata that was like silk! I look forward to the day I can actually go in the restaurant and sit down and enjoy more!

If you're on a diet and want to get a lovely salad and even give it your own special touches, go ahead and get it here. Everything is very fresh! However... If you want to spoil yourself with Comfort foods like risotto with chicken and some truly Italian authentic desserts and maybe even a glass of wine, this is the place! Sit outdoors in your newly decorated patio area and enjoy the scene at this Corte Madera Park.

Love this place! I eat here at least once a week and they never disappoint. Cute italian style cafe, and a perfect place to do computer work and they have GOOD coffee. I recommend the Mixed Greens salad. Actually all their salads are good... have the best dressings!

Cafe Verde is a great place for a casual meal. Our go-to is the Calzone Bolognese, a salad, if we’re hungry, and drinks. Always great! Very friendly management. Not sure why this gem isn’t more popular! Check it out!

Tried the mushroom stuffed sweet potato for a starter and it was delicious. We shared a beet salad and eggplant parmesan dish. Great! Finished the dinner with a slice of grandmother’s cake, a light crusted lemon custard dessert. Very tasty! The restaurant also had a good selection of beer and wine if you are interested is a beverage with dinner. We enjoyed our conversation with the waiter, everyone was happy to serve. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

We were enjoying lunch and I couldn't help but wonder why we ever eat anywhere else. The café has a small indoor space and beautiful, outdoor seating. The host/waiter was very kind and patient as we debated what to order. Everything looks so good! As it turns out, I was debating between the salad and the calzone, and the calzone comes with something like a salad on top of it.👍👍

The pizza had a nice crisp to the dough and the sauce had a nice zest flavor. We really enjoyed it. To end the meal we enjoyed a cappuccino and order of tiramisu. All was very good. Parking is either on the street up front or in the back.

The staff is absolutely lovely, they make amazing food (the pizza is to die for), and the ambiance makes you feel as though you are at a little cafe somewhere in Europe. During the summer, the outdoor seating is heavenly, with a view of Mt. Tam! You will not be disappointed!!! It's one of a kind.

We stopped in for lunch after being new to the neighborhood. The fig pizza with prosciutto was cooked to perfection and the draft selection is top notch for both local and European favorites. We will be coming back often! A great neighborhood spot. Very family friendly!

The pizza is really good and service is fast. My wife, our two young daughters and I were in the other evening. The girls were hungry and a little fussy. The folks there rolled with it nicely. Even brought the girls a muffin to snack on while we waited for the pizza. Really great experience. We will definitely be coming in more frequently!

No one rushed us & they checked to see if we needed anything along our stay. Everything was delicious and we’d go there again! The restaurant was not filled when We arrived at 1:00 on a weekday and several seated and take out patrons came and went. It was quiet and peaceful. Nice waitstaff too! Highly recommend & we will return in the future! Plus, reasonably priced, which is a perk as well!

I’m from Petaluma and I was working a short term job assignment in Corte Madera and this pizzeria was down the street so I gave it a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was EXCELLENT!! The sauce tastes so fresh and delicious and their crust is light, crunchy and chewy at the same time. Cooked perfectly. Definitely give them a try!

Great atmosphere with spacious outdoor seating. The coffees are great and snacky foods also good. Have not tried the bar yet, but enjoy the overall feel of the place very much.

They manage to have a slim pizza with soft bread. We order the salami, sausage and pepperoni, it was a little greasy for out taste but expected because of the ingredients. The flavor was good but I prefere more intense flavors.

Lives up to it's name as a "cafe" so expect cafe level food and service but that's fine. It has a great location and on a nice day, the large patio area is the place to sit and eat. This is where it really lives up to the cafe name - a place to eat, hang out, have a coffee, and relax. It's a nice place and I visit often for all of the reasons one would.

The food is good but the service has a lot of room for improvement. Last weekend I had been waiting for twenty minutes for my order. It was around 3 pm and was not very busy. The management saw me sitting by the register for a long time....did not check in with me. I own my own business, I would have asked the customer "can I help you?". Finally I asked the manager about my order. He could not have been more unfriendly or unhelpful. No apology..no concern. Very cold. I will not go here again.

I ordered bacon and scrambled eggs with rye toast. I got scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and white toast and bigger bill. Atmosphere was cold and service just so so.Didn’t send back as I was so hungry but I will never go back again !

The service was terrible. It took at least 20 minutes and asking multiple times to get soup that was already made. The eggs in the breakfast sandwich were insta eggs that looked gross and tasted grosser (according to my buddy). He also couldn't eat the bacon bc it was so undercooked. Totally surprising is that the pizza was excellent, but not good enough for us to ever go back.

Food sucked last time. Breakfast sandwich tasted horrible, and the salad that came with it was wilty like it had been sitting out all night. I have been going there for a couple years, but frankly I have grown quite tired of the guy who works the register in the morning. He's rude, arrogant, and grumpy and acts like he doesn't know me every time I come in, even though I've been coming there for years. So I will not give my business to this place anymore.

I called to make a reservation because it shows online that Café Verde was still taking reservations to sit outside. The guy I spoke to on the phone was extremely condescending and asked me if I was calling from California because California is on a shut down and they are not doing dine in. Definitely never going to a place with such rude staff members. Just a tip for you, you should really update your information online if you do not want people calling to try and reserve a table. Good luck getting business with attitudes like that.

My husband and I went for lunch, we ordered the arugula salad which was good. (tell them to put the dressing on the side it’s heavy) and the Portobello mushroom Panini . The panini bread tasted rancid, it tastes as though they haven’t cleaned there panini iron in a long time! My husband had a beer that was delicious but the wine I ordered have not what they served me. Guess they thought I wouldn’t know the difference between a Pinot Noir and a Zinfandel. They didn’t have the staff up to date that they changed there wine out. They were nice enough to credit us back for the wine we didn’t want, but I wouldn’t go back. Food was not that great! Tell them to clean the panini machine!
