I recently visited my local Wendy's, and I have to say, their Dave's Doubles are amazing! The burgers are super juicy and have a lot of flavor. The buns are soft, and the toppings are always fresh. I really like the combination of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The fries are also crispy and taste great with some ketchup. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The place was clean, and I enjoyed eating there. If you love burgers, you should definitely try the Dave's Double at Wendy's. It's one of my favorites!

At 11:00 at night on 12/26 our basketball team of 17 people ordered soooo much food but luckily the workers (I know one of their names was Jonathan) absolutely killed it and was so helpful and happy. THANK YOU PROFUSELY!!! Everyone who was working deserves a raise!

This place was hopping when I went by. The food I ordered was served hot, and they have one of those fancy Coke machines that have like a million options. The restaurant was a little dirty, and I didn't notice if they had a bathroom inside or not.

Counter service by ??? perhaps the manager, or at least a shift leader. He was at the top of his game, and was multi tasking like a singles tennis player, playing against a doubles team. One of my selections was a cheese and bacon baked potato. At other Wendy's I usually have to ask if the have any potatoes ready, rather than being disappointed on ordering. He assured me that they indeed had potato menu items available. Unlike other Wendy's, he monitors his inventory constantly. Who would want to wait 30 minutes for more to be cooked. After all, it is "Fast" food. Thanks Dave Thomas!

The burgers were great. I had a difficult time figuring out the drink machine. The temperature inside was absolutely freezing, and I'm rarely cold. The food got cold right away. It would have been nice if there was somewhere outside to eat. We had to eat fast. We tried moving, but it was COLD everywhere.

The sandwich was not up to par. It was cold and lettuce was soggy and fries were cold. This location is usually very good however it wasn't like it normally is. I was dissappointed.

This Wendy's is the least polished major chain restaurant I have been to in decades. The food and service sre okay or a little better The biggest bright side of this location is the soda machine with many many flavors! Makes it worth the visit.

I got the 4 for $6. The burger was plain the nuggets were rather dry and the French fries so-so. I try not to eat at fast food restaurants just for this reason. Food rarely is fresh

After you finally manage to get your order in (it takes a few tries to get the order properly), make sure you check everything 4 times. This always manage to forget something, and you gotta show them a receipt 4 more times so they can figure it all out. Every. Time. Get better.

They should change the name to 'Junior's' because the portion sizes are just right if you eat like an 8yr. old. Don't order delivery from here if you're hungry because you'll be out driving around looking for something to eat as soon as you're done.

First off, the staff is really nice, nothing negative to say about their service but I was annoyed at how things went tonight. I was told if I wanted my baked potato, I'd have to wait 4 minutes, which I agreed to. 13 minutes later (I know because I checked the time on the receipt) they finally brought me my food. I get it - they were busy and it happens. But what made it worse was I got home and my order was incorrect. Food was missing which means I paid for items I didn't receive. I understand being busy but you have a responsibility to at least give people what they rightfully paid for. If it were the other way around - me taking items I didn't pay for - that would be called theft and I would be in trouble.

This Wendy's location has a bad habit of preparing your food wrong and not giving you everything you've paid for. Check every sandwich and make sure you got everything Everytime, they consistently mess up.

I went to the Wendy's drive thru around 10:30pm and there was like 4 cars in front of me. Tell me why I didnt get out till 11:17pm??? Like what??? The girl with dark hair who worked the drive thru tonight gave attitude, and I was being so nice and understanding because I used to work drive thru, but really I loved the customers that had easy orders and were nice even when waiting so long. But this female employee did not seem to GAF. Gross not coming to this Wendy's anymore

Tables needed cleaning. Loud obnoxious music was playing. I had to ask for a fork for my salad and was given a spoon. The worker didnt speak very good English. I had to use hand gestures to explain what I needed.

Can’t use survey coupon on back of receipt for buy 1 sandwich and get one free unless the manager is there. The survey gives you a 5 digit code but the cash register ask for a 6 digit code. Only the manager knows how to work around it. Manager not there you can’t use the survey coupon.

Never been to a fastfood place that has no internet.... and this is the one. The table was wet, not just one but the whole sections. They need new workers and owner.

I came to this location around 9:20am and try to open the door, after waiting at the door for over 10 minutes somebody inside pointed to the other door. Mind you the sign says open at 9:00am. I go to the other door to find it's locked. After finally deciding to leave and go to my car, an employee finally opens the door and asks if I'd like to come in. Why was there not an effort initially to let me in. The lobby at this location is never open on time. It's supposed to be 9am but it's always 9:15, 9:30+. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're not going to be open at the time posted, please change the times. Also don't keep redirecting customers then yell across the parking lot if you still want to come in after waiting at the doors for 10 minutes and nobody helps. 8/23/22 9am

Most of my fried were really small and they tasted old I aslo asked for no onion 3 times but yet it's still on my burger. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've been to!

i paid $22.00 and i order the baconator big combo and the service was terrible also the hamburger its not what the picture and value for my money is. i deserve a bigger hamburger they give me a 10oz burger and cup full of ice idid not order i ordered with soda what they give is a zip only. thats not fair. other places serve 8times this amount. ill never eat here again in my life, sorry wendys no stars for you zero.

Management at night needs to teach their employees to clean dinning area an especially the bathroom. Came in for breakfast and found 1 table that dint have food crumbs on it, and the bathroom was disgusting...I have video. Management needs to step up corporate was definitely notified.

I love the food at Wendy’s but there’s this manager (bald and wears glasses) who always looks at me like he doesn’t want us to be there. I’ve encountered him multiple times and all the times we’ve run into him he gives us the same attitude which causes us to kinda avoid to buy from there when we see him but the other people are friendly and the food is always good :)

I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only 1 car in front of me. I ordered an asiago chicken combo substitute fries for a baked potato, a small frosty, and paid close to $13. I thought it was a little steap. When I got home, I realized they instead gave me a regular chicken sandwhich, fries which I didnt want, a baked potato, and a frosty. I was overcharged, they didnt get my order right, and didn't give me a receipt. Not happy but I wasnt going to drive back and spend additional money on gas.

Very hit and miss, everytime i go to this or the other wendys by home depo, the food makes me sick. Yeah its fast food but half the time the fried foods arnt freshly fired..which is the whole point of ordering fast food for me. Cheap meat= stomach cramps. Dirty potatoes too.

Just walked into an empty Wendy's with maybe one car in the drive thru & a couple of workers looked at me & completely ignored me. Said absolutely nothing to me, I waited a couple of minutes and just left. Horrible workers. Guess all the good hard workers had the day off.

got served this old burger at 8:30 on a saturday night. i called and asked for a refund (totally possible to be done electronically) and they refused unless i came back. so i went the next day and the district manager was there who then argued with me in front of customers and refused a full refund. he also lied and said refunds by card are not possible, which makes no sense at all. not sure how the district manager can be that uneducated on basic food safety and POS systems.

A single and a double medium combo for $30 is kind of ridiculous but I can deal with if tastes as good as Wendy's normally does. The meat tasted like it was reheated and over well done. Fries were overly salty, soft drink was lacking syrup and no offer of condiments or even a receipt which I had to request for it. I love Wendy's but this location is utter garbage.

That was the worst restaurant ever but the good news is one of the workers we're nice to me but the manager was rude extra rude they only allow one sauce for the chicken nuggets what a bad restaurant 😭😡 but the food was good and delicious

Online stats: closes at 12am, benefit of the doubt I got there at 1158pm, but there was another car in-front who was able order but I got told no. Bad revenue loss for the operation.

The staff is unbelievably rude. The food always takes forever to be made no matter how small today I witnessed them putting their hands on a minor for messing around when trying to get water, but not making any form of a scene just joking with friends the man put his hands on the on the girls wrist. and then redirected her hands to pick another option and then he sat down like normal to have his interview. This is unbelievable and so unnatural. I don’t know how people can just be like this to kids, especially when they make a no annoyance I would not go. It took over 45 minutes to get chicken nuggets besides the food overpriced for something I could get better somewhere.
