Fast friendly service. Used the drive through so have no idea how clean the inside was.
My fiancé and I eat here more often than we should, and every time we go it’s a pleasant experience. Tonight, however, was exceptional. I had $25 cash on me for dinner and our total rang up as $27 and some change. Naturally, I requested to cancel part of my order, but the manager said don’t worry about it. So I paid my $25 and she called it even!
Quick and easy to get my food! Very nice to me! And I enjoyed my meal!
Since when did Sonic start serving cold cheeseburgers with the cheese un melted and the meat cold? 🤮 A complete waste of money! Absolutely disgusting do better Sonic!

I usually have great experiences here, but not tonight. I ordered a sonic burger and chili cheese tots. The sonic burger was cold and my tater tots didn’t have chili. Pictures included of what I received. Maybe it’s because I went 45 minutes before close idk but I won’t be back. People work too hard for their money today to waste it on orders that aren’t fresh and incorrect.
The blonde with tattoos who was working today was so very unfriendly. Never smiled or even spoke one word. Second time going with different people working window and both were very unfriendly. Will not be going back.
This Sonic has gone waaaaay downhill. Zero customer service, except for the nice lady that works in the morning. Rarely actually get the sauces that I order. Very disappointing.
Every time that I purchase a blast from this specific location, they fill my cup with all vanilla ice cream and add a small amount of toppings at the top. Very frustrating because it looks nothing like what is shown on line. Not cool sonic!!! This will be my last time 09/29/25 @6:11pm 😫😫😡😡
My gosh. I don't think I ever get my orders right. Last night I got home, super excited to try the smash burger for it to be these pale thick pieces of meat. Far from anything smash about it. And I asked without cheese on both my orders which I repeated three times and still got cheese. That was without a doubt the last time we go to sonic, ESPECIALLY in Crandall. (EDIT 1 yr later) We did return and have been generally happy. Today though I want to make sure I mention that Ana/Anna who works there is the sunshine in the rain you didn't know you needed. What a wonderful person. G-D bless her always. 5 stars to her! 😉
I ordered a meal from sonic which consisted of a burger, tots and a drink when I got my meal I asked for a ranch and the lady told me I would have to pay for it because the meals don’t come with free condiments.
Ordered in the app. The service was quick, but most importantly $40 of cold food. The tater tots and chicken bites were not fresh. The smash burger tasted like a school lunch burger. Would love my money back, but I’ll just take the L.
On July 27, 2025, around 8 AM, I visited this location and was assisted by an older, heavy-set Hispanic woman working the morning shift. She was rude during the interaction and got my order wrong. I remained polite the entire time. After leaving the parking lot for the second time, I realized my order was still incorrect. I returned and, feeling very frustrated, explained to her that the order was still wrong. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded in a very rude manner.
Got 2 corn dogs and they were so soggy and tasted old. Like they had been sitting there for a while. So disappointing.
Just went to get a blue coconut cream slush I thought I was tripping and was wondering why it tasted off I found bits of chocolate candy in my slush , what if I was allergic to chocolate , gotta be more careful when making different drinks. Than I tried to call to let them know and the number does not work. I’m sure it’s more chocolate in here smh
Can't get my lemon drink right even though we explained it and has been done correctly before. Inconsistent outcomes. Manager argues with customers instead of looking for resolution.
I don’t think this location has ever gotten my order right. If your customers are sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes, at least make sure the order is right damn. And then the fact that if THEY forget something, you have to go back and sit in the drive thru line again is ridiculous.
I am at the Crandall location and it was HORRIBLE! Drink was out of syrup..had to return it and wrap didnt have ANY sauce..Mary sd since I ordered on the app that she can't refund and tried to offer me a replacement..told her that I am not interested in eating here..first and last time coming here..my carhop was SUPER nice..didn't get her name
Alright, sonic is sonic right; I generally know what to expect? I know this place has just opened, but that's not an excuse for such poor tasting food. Ordered an Oreo cheesecake master shake: not sure if the cheesecake bits were left out in the heat or what but my whole shake tasted like AWFUL watery cream cheese (flavor not consistency), cheesy bacon burger patty and bacon strips tasted terrible (unclean griddle maybe) and southwest wrap was mediocre (almost fully melted cheese, but sadly the best of the 3 items I got). Call it growing pains, but when McDonald's across the street opened, I got nothing but the best quality of food; I need some QC up in this spot :/
AVIOD this place. My whole order was wrong. Ordered #1 no tomorrow of course there was tomatoes, orders a mini Oreo sonic blast was givin a LG cup with ice cream half way, there respond was we ran out of ice cream but yet I order a mini not a LG. 2 cheese coneys My order was cold. The manager looked like she just woke up and the cook came to the front with a floss pick in his mouth. That was gross. Throw my food away was discussed. Do waist your money like I did.
