This team needs to get its act together. They said couldn’t cook my burger first, then they got the order wrong. Walked off bc it took too long. Bathrooms are dirty and out of soap. 30min drive thru time. Yikes!

They shorted me a burger. It’s really frustrating when you go through drive thru and don’t have all your food when you get home. I called but no one answered the phone. So rude!!!

Paid $25.00 + for 2 Whoppers, no cheese or bacon & 2 medium sodas. Sodas were $4.00 each. You have to be kidding me!

I didn’t expect a lot from a fast food place in Crescent City but this was the worst hamburger I have ever had. Everything was cold even though I saw them cook it and bag it immediately. The bun was cold and untoasted, the meat was thin and dry, the lettuce and pickles limp, the cheese completely unmelted. Way too much bun for the amount of meat and it was expensive for how bad it was. The fries were okay. Bathroom was dirty.

Burger King used to be excellent and a great value but now it is way over priced for the product you get now. You can totally tell that the owner of this place doesn't care about quality or even care if they run out of hamburger meat snd other products, which is often. I have officially decided to never eat at Burger King again. Another Iconic fast food chain going down hill fast.

Very unclean tons of flys everywhere almost left after ordering we had to clean our own tables they were gross id honestly go somewhere else food might be ok but uncertain if its not contaminated lol

(a) We had to wait about 15 minutes to get the food, (b) they had run out of ketchup, (c) they had run out of coke. How can you run a business like this? I have been to 70+ countries but never been in a fast food restaurant in the middle of the day where they have run out of ketchup and coke. This reflects very poorly on Burger King. We will never stop at Burger King again. We will do McDonalds or In-and-out.

So let's start, kitchen unsanitary, no soda, no ketchup, workers don't know how to operate the kiosk, dirty from outside, some workers don't wear gloves, the kitchen is filled with oil, no solt in food, they forget the orders.

Got there after we saw CiCi s was closed . Ordered the brisket wopper Jr so small looked like a slider. Smaller than a McDonald’s cheeseburger. No brisket it was a hamberger with a tiny bit of shavings on the cheese. When I questioned the mgr he said yes that was their brisket… have you seen Arby’s brisket?? Now that’s a sandwich. they had no straws no lettuce. $20+ for two wopper Jrs and a med drink and 7 onion rings that were terrible. Won’t be back any time soon🥵

They were out of most food, drinks, and sauce. Their bathrooms are out of service. There are spider webs on the windows and ants all over the floor. Their burger meat tasted old. And it was hard to get the employees attention.

Ordered 2 whopper hrs and 2 cheesy tots. Was told to drive around front and they would bring out. They never did. Had to go inside and it was sitting under heat lamp. Lousy service.

The grossest bathroom I've ever been in. Single-stall with a lock that doesn't work. Smells horrible with water or pee everywhere. I didn't even think about ordering food, just left.

Gross…Not clean at all. One worker was Throwing food around on the floor. To put meals on the warmer he threw a customers bag and it fell over and he just left it. The dining room was dirty even though they didn’t have customers eating inside. Said they’re understaffed but they had people standing around in the back..When we asked for a refund we weren’t rude about it but we got a lot of attitude in return…mainly from one of the employees friends that had no business being back where the food/office is and she admitted she didn’t work there she just “can’t stand people like us” that want a clean place to eat so she was rude! I understand places are understaffed with covid and people not wanting to work so I get things are a little slower. but the way this business is, it’s terrible and disgusting!

It Sucked. Took 49 minutes to get a Salad & 2 Bac/ Dbl CB & 8 piece Poppers. 12 workers , only 1/2 actually working & not standing around talking. After hearing 48, 49,50, 51 called I asked where my order was #47. Somehow lost. Felt sorry for the 3 cooks !! One customer is walking around with a 3 foot sword. He should have been asked to leave it outside. Floor was dirty & the 4 tables available were also dirty & needed to be cleaned. Drive thru seemed perferred by workers.
