This is an amazing place to stop by if you want to get connected, try your favorite beverage and experience the awesome hospitality. The baristas are very friendly and are thoughtful with the drink suggestions. On a warm but foggy afternoon, we ended up ordering some hot chai. I was however intrigued by one of their summer Kiwi refreshers and asked the baristas, Grace and Caleb about it. Grace gave me a sample of the drink to try very quickly. I appreciate the quick thinking from Grace to ensure a wonderful customer experience. With the construction on Highway 101, parking yourself in this place is well worth it as you wait for the road to reopen after four hours. We were there as a group of 8 people and there was ample space for us even with 50% occupancy. Parking is very adequate. This location has a drive thru that stays busy given lot of folks pass through and want to grab a quick drink without getting inside the store. Store was very clean and so was the restroom. If you need additional places to visit, you can try the lighthouse which is by the coast and just a mile away from this place.

Starbucks is consistent in their beverages and food case items including fresh fruit and vegetables. I rarely run into a problem and when I do the customer service is awesome.

We stopped at Starbucks in Crescent City, California during our Summer road trip from Tigard, OR through Northern California. We stayed in Crescent City a couple of days to hike the amazing Redwoods trails that are nearby. This is as an exceptional a Starbucks as they come! Phenomenal friendly service and excellent drinks. They even gave our Vizsla a Puppuccino which of course he devoured! If your in town and looking for great coffee, give them a try!

We got the drive through for a pick me up while on the road. My husband got a latte and I got the new mocha salted caramel strato frappoccino. Mine was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll try with half the syrups.

very nice and friendly staff, The drinks were spot on, and the store was clean. My breakfast sandwich was sad... There was a little cheese residue, but not much. I wish it looked at least a little like the pictures... there were some pretty sketchy looking people at the smoke shop that is attached. I would not leave my car unattended..

Nice, and clean Starbucks, although I waited for a drink for about 10 minutes and two orders after me got their drinks before me. Also, they didn't have the gluten sandwich option open, leaving one person of our party hungry! All other drink and food items were prepared quickly.

Nice baristas but they don’t know how to make drinks. They put lemonade in my drink when I asked for coconut milk and didn’t add the cold foam I paid for.

*Still Garbage 8/24/2025 It's quite possible that this Starbucks location is the worst in Northern California. This location misses the mark each time you go there. They've got the worst drinks, the worst employees, and the dirtiest location. It's not been the same since Sapphire left. Management needs a serious overhaul.

I go to Starbucks twice a day and when I say I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any service business in my life, I truly mean it. I came there to grab a coffee at 7 am, which they are normally open at 4:30AM, they were open but noone was inside. I went through the drive through because I had a mobile order and noone answered the intercom for 10 minutes. I drove to the window and unfortunately, I dont know the employees by name but one that I see nearly every day and have for years, opens the window and tells me I need to come back at 7:30. Granted I had a busy morning and had somewhere to be so when I told her I already paid and needed a refund she had literally slammed the window in my face and shrugged her shoulders behind the window. Then i went to the lobby to wait for someone because I wanted to get my order refunded and It took them another 10 minutes to even come talk to me they were all sitting inside giggling. By that time I was done so I continued on getting my refund and left. Im never coming here again.

I did not eat or drink at this Starbucks, but I did stay in the motel next to them. I had a rough night sleeping because of various reasons. It was stuffy in our room so I opened up a window. I FINALLY got to sleep at around 5:30 AM. Then, at around 6:00, I hear this pop music blasting from the outdoor speakers of this Starbucks. Maybe I'm ole fashion but at 6:00 in the freaking morning!! Really!?? I am a music fan. Play music inside all you want. But keep it quiet outside so that the people in the motel next door can get some much needed rest!!! Thank you.

Starbucks lover here but this place is a disaster! Bad management? They were out of so many things then our simple Ice coffees all had an orange chemical taste, could not drink them. Very disappointed. Called SB corporate, explained the situation, they refunded our purchase and then some and said they would notify the appropriate parties. If you experience a disaster here, take the time to respectfully and professionally file a complaint, get your money back and help them to improve so we all can have a better experience.
