Opinions de Enoteca Crescent City
Like many before me, I was traveling and was staying overnight in Crescent city and looking for a good place to watch a football game. The Best Western hotel where I was staying recommended this place. I’m glad they did. The timing was perfect. There had been an electrical problem with all the televisions dark, however, that was cleared up just minutes before the beginning of the game I had hoped to watch. The bar, tender, Charles was the best! Friendly personable, and right on the money for all of the customers and myself. With 35 beers on tap, you’re sure to find what your looking for as well as a wide variety of bottle and canned beers. The establishment was in the final process of getting their liquor license, so they’ll be spirits available later. Perhaps by New Year’s Eve! There’s a big party going on there on New Year’s Eve 2025/26. I went on a Thursday night and it was trivia night when I arrived at 5pm, they were serving a small crowd of customers, but by 6:30 PM the place was packed. It was trivia night and it was fun. There were cash prices, Hey! And I found out that there is live music on Friday and Saturday night. And if you come on Monday night, they have motorcycle Monday, which gives you discounts on beer if you come in on your motorcycle. Like I said Charles was the best and the manager was super friendly and I was able to snag some swag in the most unusual manner. Thanks Charles! I would highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a nice place to hang out on your travels. Local and lively! Thanks guys
Was passing through town on a trip to the Redwoods in November 2025. Stopped by a big brewery by the water but it was unpleasantly cavernous, only about ⅓ full of patrons, and we were given a 25-30 minute wait for a table for 2. We decided to check out other options and are so glad with how things worked out! Enoteca is full of personality, neighborhood vibes, music and art. Their tap list is broad, offering something for everyone, and we heard they received their liquor license and will be adding a full bar before long. The menu is full of hearty comfort food options. We were pleased with everything we ordered and positively delighted by the attentive and friendly service.
One of if not the best themes for a local tavern in this area. The coastal pirate atmosphere in this place is right on time. The staff are very friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and the selection of beverages that are on tap is amazing. I love going there on motorcycle Mondays where if you show up on a motorcycle you get a discount. I highly recommend this place for not just the food and drink but the all around experience. They also have some great local talent that comes in for live music as well.
Killer bar with pretty good food, great decor for what it had for theme, amazing trivia night, great selection of beer. Staff was friendly and ready to greet us. They were busy and handled it expertly.
Wow! Amazing bar. Taps as far as the eye can see! There aren't enough stars for the atmosphere. From pirates to mermaids to lotr, this place is next level. The food was great. I'm coming back for the shrimp, and I'll never be able to come here again without getting the cheesecake. It's just a really fun place!
Not sure if I'll ever make it back to Crescent City, but if I do, I'm getting food here. Everything my family ordered, we loved. My chicken Caesar wrap was amazing. The beer was great and service was fast and timely. Definitely recommend.
We were staying in town for just a few days on trip up the CA coast. We came here our first night for dinner and it was delicious! The place has fun vibes, a dance floor and stage. The bar tender was great and the food was AMAZING.
Want to get in touch with your inner childhood pirate? This is a fun, delicious place to give it a try. Pirate decor, friendly service and surprisingly good cuisine. Plus, there's every type of beer and wine a buccaneer could want. I took my girlfriend here for a change of pace for lunch and now she wants to go again.
The food was amazing. The poppers were awesome. The staff was really friendly and funny. And the decor you'll lose yourself into.
Hidden Gem!!! that is how I can describe this restaurant. One of the tastiest Steaks I tried, they had a game night going on, place it was packed but the found a great table for us to sit and enjoy food as well the game. Strong dark Beer.
What an amazing bar! Can't thank our front desk personnel enough for recommending this place. Super cool employees and the food was phenomenal. Also if you love dogs...theres a local that brings their dog Griffie...I got to meet him so that was a def plus!
This place was incredible. If you want an absolutely delicious hot sandwich or burger and a side this is your stop! We had a shrimp sandwich, pasta salad, Philly cheesesteak, and mouth watering artichoke hot dip appetizer. Everything was amazing. Fun place. Nice and friendly waitress. When we’re rolling through town we will stop here again.
Pirates ☠️ can be found here. Looking for a place that has lots of beer choices, check out Enoteca 🍺 we enjoyed a few beers and pastrami sandwiches at the bar. People were friendly, and it seemed locals and travelers alike come through to quench their thirst. 👍

My brother found this place. It did not disappoint. Kim took care of us, then we dwaddled, a bit. Her replacement just as nice. Friendly customers. Even though we were definitely the old folks. Thank you. Pasta salad , veggie wrap and pastramie/pepper jack sandwich very, very good.
The burger & sweet potato fries were awesome. Seems like a cool bar with a lively music scene-they were setting up for a battle of the bands while we were finishing our meal.
Didn’t have the food but stopped in for drinks with my fiancé. Bartender didn’t catch his name but had a Mohawk was awesome and truly himself at work. That’s what I like to see in a bartender . Owners were there also making it a very personal vibe and a true cool experience . An industry worker myself tho I felt for the bartender when the owner camped at the dishwasher and the other workers had to dance around him lol. Very cool bar with a good local experience . Can be pretty loud but this night there was football and trivia ! Best of both worlds . Beer and wine only but saw they had just purchased a liquor license so more in the works. Highly recommend
I have to say that, with very few exceptions, my past restaurant experiences have been at best, disappointing. That all ended when our anniversary dinner ended up at Enoteca in Cresent City, CA a few days ago. WOW, is what I kept saying to myself. Finally, an extremely positive dinner with excellent food, service and ambience. The complimentary beer that our server, Sage, gave me was a much appreciated pleasure. I had the rockfish which was awesome. My wife's rib eye steak was cooked to perfection and so tender, yum. Best restaurant experience ever.
OMG this place was so fun! Do not let the bar pictures on line scare you away, it was so friendly and the services was quick. The portions are huge and the beer selection is fun and huge. If we were in town longer we would have gone again.

The service was great here. We were sitting at our table trying to figure out what beer to order. The bartender invited us up to try them out. We had several samples and he even suggested some mixtures. It was a great experience. The waitress provided great service as well, and the food was good. I had the prawns and my wife had the steak. I would suggest both. The fried pickles are chips, so you need to start with those. Come and enjoy a cool atmosphere with a great staff.

This place has a fun little hometown beer bar feel. People or super nice not just the workers there but the patrons who were just hanging out. The people that worked at the bar we're very nice even though we received our food a little cold. And the food was decent but I was in the mood for a good fish and their fish was not great. It was okay but ideally when you're in a seaboard town right next to the ocean you kind of expect more. Anyways if I was in this city again I would go there again it was fairly pleasant and the onion rings were delicious. And the salads were very good also.

The actual food was good. The service was frustrating and the prices were too high for what we got. The artichoke dip was very small for a $12 appetizer. And I told them I was Gluten intolerant so they gave us some chips instead. But when I ordered my burger with all the toppings but no bun, they still brought it out on a bun and there were no toppings at all except the cheese and meat. I brought it up with our server and she said she'd put it in wrong, but said I might as well have the bun. I can't, as again, I'm gluten intolerant so I was confused about that "solution" when my order was just wrong. We paid more here than we did at frankly better restaurants and we were disappointed. It's ok for the bar atmosphere, but I wouldn't suggest it as an eatery.

We went because not much was open for dinner and this had a 4.7 rating. The only aspect worth the rating is the atmosphere: live music. Because it was before 5 the dinner menu wasn't available. They advertise air frying but the tempera shrimp we got wasn't. And not much offered - it's an upgrade to get fries. Not very generous with dips - pick one so can't have ketchup for fries and tartar sauce. There were 2 menu items for the shrimp: one by itself and the other with pasta or salad which is more. The waitress put mine down as with pasta or salad which I did not order and the upgrade price of fries. When I pointed this out she couldn't understand the error. Kept insisting the price of the pasta version I was the price of the included upgrade. But the total was $3 more than it should be. Then she wouldn't take care of it because there was no manager. I had to get a salad to go which was small. I should have given no tip. Certainly won't go back.
