This place is amazing and well ran, but I have had a recent bad experience that I hope will change here soon. I come in often in the mornings to get me a hot drink, and I had a question for the barista named Tiffany. I asked "what is that butterscotch drink" that they have advertised on their menu inside, kindly of course. I was given a sarcastic "umm, its a hot butterscotch drink" as if I was stupid and incapable of reading the menu. I detoured myself from getting the drink because she made me feel like an idiot. I then got what I usually get which is a White Chocolate Mocha and left, both of us leaving glares at each other. I really didn't want to come back in the mornings or even at all, but then I met Anna. She is amazing with customer service and extremely friendly. She found me a new drink that I love and now I come back more often. I come in at nights also and get the same welcoming experience with Chasity and Garrett. Chasity knows how to run a good store and Garrett is also excellent with customer service as well.

Wow! This SB's has it going on. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. They happily great every customer that comes thru the door & most of them by name. I've never been in a SB's where the employees were genuinely friendly and outgoing! Keep up Team Crowley!

I go to this Starbucks quite often on my lunch break from work, and just like most other Starbucks they are quick at the drive through, making sure your order is correct by repeating it back to you and making your drink just the way you ordered it, staff is always friendly cheerful when I visit and give good drink advice if you don't know what you're in the mood for. They also have a video display for those use sign language, I don't know if they have someone on staff who can but I'm sure since they have it that someone might be able to.

For such a small town, this Starbucks sure knows how to make great drinks. We've been here three times now in the past week and each drink has been wonderful. Much better than the ones farther north into fort Worth that we have been used to. The only thing I'd ask for (and it's nothing Starbucks can do to help) is having the ability to turn back into Crowley instead of driving East a few miles to turn around. I do believe I saw construction in that area. Hopefully they're installing a turn around that's closer to our new favorite Starbucks :)

Purchased a Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino with Oat Milk caramel drizzled inside cup with light whip. My issue was the wait in drive thru was extremely long but the barista made up for it with a great attitude and smile. 😊

Great group of people working this store who may occasionally mess up but they are only himan and they will do anything to correct the issue. Im glad to go in to this store and see the amazing people that work there. I wish some of the customers would act like adults and treat the baristas like humans and not coffee robots but other than that the staff is amazing. Keep doing a great job guys.

Good location, always friendly, not super fast but also not in a hurry. Visited inside to buy gift cards. Unfortunately no regular gift cards only Christmas ones. Kids love getting coco.

This place runs better than any chik fil a I have ever been too. Perfect number of staff, always busy, always FAST. The best part of moving to crowley is how fast and efficient this location is. Anahi and Rose and all the girls are always so kind and welcoming. We have become regulars here and we will never stop coming. 10/10 for everything, truly an amazing staff

We stop here two-three times a week after dropping the kids to daycare. The employees are so nice!! We get greeted and have a whole conversation that you forget about the wait! Amazing staff and drinks! They usually have a pretty long line but from all the Starbucks I visit, this one moves so fast compared to them!!!!

When I first visited this Starbucks, soon after it first opened, I felt like the place was too busy to create a place with good customer service. Now, this place is like a well oiled machine oozing kindness. They are always nice and friendly when I visit now. How refreshing. My order is always received in a timely manner and is always correct. Employees seemed so happy, greeting several customers by name. Lots of smiles to greet you. One employee brought the customer's order around the counter and gave her a good morning hug! Great Christmas music and great customer service! Started my morning out on a happy note!

I don't give places five stars very quickly, but I can tell that Starbucks has new management. Their staff is so amiable, their drinks are on point every time, and my waiting time in the drive-thru has decreased exponentially. They truly start my day off on a positive note. Keep up the great work, and thank you for making us smile.

They occasionally make my coffee not how I expect it but it’s a vague order so unless you’re generous with the liquid sweetener, it won’t turn out the same every time. I’m giving them 5 stars because they are always fast and really friendly and this is the only drink I order that always comes out differently. Every other time, they have been perfect. I will continue to go to this Starbucks simply because it’s the better location in Burleson/Crowley.

Man oh man! What do I have to say about the Crowley Starbucks?! It’s flippin’ fantastic! The coffee is hot and the baristas are hotter!!! I love the management and the baristas alike. They have A LOT of regulars who give the place a lot of hype! My favorite is the strawberry creme Frappuccino with vanilla bean powder...that drink just slaps! This place is bussin’. Gotta love the fast service and the drinks. Even with the COVID pandemic and short staffing, these baristas are always comin’ in clutch to serve me my favorite dirty water! I love it when the baristas ask me how dirty I want my chais cuz’ boy do I like them DIRTY! Keep up the great work, y’all!

My first ever visit to this location near my house. I had a terrible day at work yesterday and had to take my husband to the airport before sunrise this morning, so I was both mentally and physically exhausted this morning. Stopped here on my way home from airport. Didn't notice the cute note on my cup until I sat down at my desk to start work, and boy was that a lovely surprise!! Genuinely made my morning a bit better, you truly never know how much impact a simple gesture can have🥹 also my drink is spot on and they were super fast!! thank you guys!!!!

Love this Starbucks. Great staff.... One complaint - I'm usually not worried about the temperature in a restaurant but this place is always consistently freezing cold... I'm talking about the A/C is like on 50... It feels nice when you just walk in but you can't stay long... I come here all the time and hear people complain but it never changes. Today it's 100 degrees outside and I'm wearing a coat in this Starbucks and I'm still freezing... Funny... While I'm posting this a man just looked at me and said "woo it's freezing in here!" ... Hahahaha

Drinks are well made and friendly staff. However if your in a rush order ahead. The lines are long sometimes so don't visit if your in a rush. Clean location with a variety of food. On weekends get there earlier to make sure your favorite don't run out.

Always seem to be out of stuff, which is annoying when I have to change my drink order like 4 times. But I understand supply and demand. And the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. See you guy again soon!

Ehhh! I like Starbucks because they have strong coffee and sometimes you need a little extra boost. But they are always changing staff & menu options, no fault of their own I'm sure. But with the constant change, no one knows how to make the last drink you ordered and loved. I love the salted caramel machiato (spelling ?) But either they don't have the supplies or the new people don't know how to make it. And of course it's always over priced. But overall good.

This is a nice Starbucks from the outside. The inside has been closed for sitting inside for some time. The drive thru folks are great. The only thing I would mention is that they are very,very busy all the time. Not just in the morning rush or evening. They are quick but maybe it would be a good time to build out this Starbucks for a bigger inside

This is a very clean, new, and overall nice Starbucks. Nice people working there. The Carmel Macchiato with a double pump was excellent. My lady enjoyed the new Pistachio Latte.

I placed an order for the 4 for $20 promotion. Out of the 4 drink, I ordered my usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch w/ extra crunch. I placed the order through the app, so I could pick up during my lunch hour. My app notified me that my order was ready, but I still had to wait about 7 min for my order to be prepared. Once leaving, I noticed that my drink had no crunch topping whatsoever. I then called and spoke with Tamara who advised me to come back when I could to replace the order. She even added a breakfast sandwich for me. I will return to this location since it convenient on my way to work. However, I know that I will have to set aside time to stop in the mornings because there is always a wait. Thanks for your great customer service Tamara :)

My drinks are always made right. But the wait is ridiculous about a 30 minute wait for a cup of coffee. I have avoided going to Starbucks in crowley due to the long wait. I would really recommend hiring more baristas at this location. From the drive through window I could tell their was only 1 barista making indoor and drive through orders at the same time.

I have had some bad experiences at this location over the years they have gotten better which is why I continue to visit this location but I’ve noticed recently that they are always out of the same things when I come. I’m not sure if this is a Starbucks company issue or just these locations. Also I know this isn’t their locations fault but I’m tired of Starbucks discontinuing iced drinks. I used to drink cool lime, then green tea with peach but now peach is gone.

Typical tasty Starbucks drinks. The staff need to work harder on getting orders correct. When they don't get them correct, the young woman working the register should NOT get snippy with the customer for expecting her to prepare what we ordered, especially since it was HER error!

Conflicted, this location is so hit or miss. Always great on the weekends, great staff, great drinks, no issues, great experience. But on the weekdays, somehow they end up giving us the wrong drink(s) 50% of the time. Either made wrong, or just not what I/we ordered at all. And we are always on the go, so we don't have the time to go back and get it fixed. I say, go on the weekends, avoid on the weekdays!

Today I just went to order a drink because of my birthday today, we went around 7 in the afternoon and I told the cashier I wanted to use the birthday rewards twice and then I asked why she only said it wasnt on the system and she ask me for my ID which I gave to her and she was oh ok and just gave me my drink but she was so mean she didnt even say happy birthday to me like any othe places that you go and they do , ill never forgot that! They ask for my ID lol

Some of the staff are friendly and helpful but a couple of them are curt, disinterested and impatient. There's a guy who works the drive thru at night that is just... unpleasant to interact with, but the women who work mornings and afternoons have always been amazing. While they tend to get the order right, they'll forget little important things; straws, napkins/utensils or to scan the loyalty app (which is... kinda the entire point of a loyalty based system where you accrue points.) It's usually a decent place, but it can be a little frustrating.

Last time I'll be going to this one. I went through the drive thru and ordered a caramel latte and got a regular latte. Went back and asked them to add the syrup and they acted put out as if it wasn't their error. Not even an apology just an eye roll.

I ordered a caramel macchiato quad with extra Caramel. The representative stated they were out of the Caramel drizzle. I stated ok and when I received the order it was a cold drink not hot so had to wait. Then when I received my order there was no Caramel Syrup in it and it was not a quad. This is the second time this Starbucks has given me the wrong order.

This Starbucks is one of the slowest in the area. I ordered a buttered croissant, egg protein box, and a tall mocha frappe. The frappuccino was semi melted and spilling out of cup and the croissant had no butter and was ice cold. This was on top of forgetting what I had ordered by the time I had reached the window. Very disappointing.

While the food/coffee hasn’t been an issue at this location, I definitely don’t recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry. You’re looking at an average 10-15 min wait time during and in between rush hours. They take for-ev-er. Staff seem unenthusiastic but are mostly polite. Polite snails.

Jason could learn some customer service. He was rude and sighed when I asked a questions about menu items. He then blamed it on “not feeling well,” as he used the back of his hand to wipe his nose. If he is snotty then he should not be at work handling food and beverages. I watched to make sure he did not handle my order.

I frequent This Starbucks quite often, this morning I went Thru the drivethru to get my usual and the gentleman that took my order I always Compliment him on his voice, when I pulled Up to pay we chatted, he asked was I headed in to work blah blah blah, as I began to drive off I ask his name and if his manager was on duty, he looked at me with this blank stare so I assumed He didn’t hear me so I said Your name, he then ask why I was Inquiring, so then I gave A blank stare, I ask his name because I wanted To contact the store to compliment the young man’s great customer service! Starbucks is not cheap an I would Think asking someone their name would not be an issue, as I proceeded To drive off he states it’s not you, advice if your having a bad day then maybe you shouldn’t be working the window!

Last two times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the wrong drink. The drive thru guy, Michael seems very annoyed to be at work. He rolled his eyes at me today when I politely pointed out that I that drink he gave me was not correct. This location needs some customer service training. It was also closed for weeks with a huge banner that said “open” outside. Several folks tried to go through the drive thru. The location used to be great, I will take my business to the 35 and Everman location. Always friendly and correct orders consistently.

This is not the most efficient Starbucks. My order almost always comes out correct and the staff is mostly friendly, but the line every- single- morning is atrocious! I've kept a few records and on average there are 12 cars in line and it takes me 23 minutes to get through it. Just the other day I was in line for THIRTY MINUTES!

Been to this location several times. A few minutes ago I went through the drive-thru in a hurry. My venti caramel macchiato is more of a grande in a venti cup with way too much foam filling the cup. If this is going to be the new standard I won't be back.

Not gonna lie this the lamest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Most of the other locations are super friendly and ready to take my order. The people here look at one another first and I always have to wait to place an order in the inside. I Either wait or place it online. It’s giving lazy and dgaf. I’ve met some of the most happiest people at Starbucks. This is an unhappy low vibrational place. Every single time I come and go on the inside like they are lacking in personality and common decency frfr. It’s early in the morning it’s simple to spread joy and smile.

Staff is wonderful here at this location, id give 5 stars if the drinks lived up to the amazing interactions with the staff. The espresso tastes burnt, typically caused by the verismo machine not being properly calibrated, and they never stir the espresso with the syrup making me get a stir stick to make sure its properly mixed together. Hopefully management can fix these small issues and this will literally be a top tier starbucks!

Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences here this morning. The drive through order screen was broken when I pulled up and when I stopped at the order screen no one came on over the speaker. There is no sign or anything to let customers know what is going on, so using my context clues I pulled forward to order at the window after a minute of waiting. When I get to the window there is a woman in glasses and a red shirt along with a sweet girl with dark hair working the window. I politely say that the screen was off and I didn’t hear anything over the speaker when I waited so I just pulled forward to the window. The woman in the red shirt very rudely told me that the screen was down and that I should have waited at the screen to order. I apologized and said I didn’t know and she rolled her eyes at me and continued to be very rude the rest of the interaction. I have been a waitress for years and currently work as a receptionist so I understand having a bad day but this goes way beyond being a little stressed. So disappointed, I will be not be going back. I wish I would have asked for her name or been able to see her name tag because I would have absolutely been calling the store to talk to someone.

My drinks and pastry item were pretty good. The male who was working the drive thru was extremely rude! Not a single "hello, thank you" or matter of fact anything remotely customer service friendly from his mouth. Lol, I do believe I ruined his day when I asked for a cup of ice water, such an inconvenience.....If I may suggest, maybe a brush up on customer service skills would be a grand idea!

The service here is so slow every single time and the coffees are never made right. I've come to expect disappointment here. I pre-order at least 15 minutes ahead for pickup on my lunch break and still have to wait so long. My order has never been ready. Horrible customer service! If it weren't so close to my job, I would never stop by this location.

I ordered through mobile app and the lady through drive thru window was very rude she sat and talked with a different customer in front of me for at least 5 minutes, when it was my turn she told me to drive back around and gave me a cold Gouda sandwich and it wasn’t great this is by far the worst Starbucks I been too .

I would give no stars if I could. This location is definitely not the best when it comes to efficiency and customer service. I'm VERY specific about my drink and the guy working the drive thru this morning seemed bothered that he had to remake after I placed my VERY specific order. I've ordered from them through uber eats twice this week and both times they've messed up. The 1st time I ordered a venti s'mores frapp recieved a grade. This time I ordered a venti caramel frapp and recieved a venti vancrm cold brew. I order from Starbucks all the time and this is the ONLY store I constantly have problems with. Unfortunately they are the only 1 near me. At first I chopped it up to being a mistake. After the 2nd time ( within 5 days) it's clear the employees dont really care, or pay attention. This will be the last time I go to this location. I'll make the drive another 10-15 min to a location that CAN get my order correct.

Coffee was lukewarm/room-temp when they handed it to me. When I got home and opened the lid to warm it up I also discovered that they failed to add the whip cream that I asked for. This was the second time I've been here and they either got my order wrong or that my "hot" coffee was cold.

As a daily customer I will say that this location is usually great. Today I order two Trenta iced teas not diluted. When we got the teas they were over an inch from being full I asked Nicole if she could top them off, if they are that low I could have ordered a Venti. With an attitude she takes both and fills them with water.(defeats the point of me ordering NOT DILUTED) with the cups dripping with foam and tea while walking to the window the girl who initially made the drinks says something to her and she responds with "SHE SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE ORDERED A VENTI" she gives a minimal attempt at wiping the cups off and tries to hand them to me I asked her to wipe them and I get even more of an attitude from Nicole. I ask the managers name she very sarcastically tells me Travis! At this point I realize she never gave me a receipt so I inconvience her greatly by asking for my receipt. She holds it out and says in her ever so unpleasant tone have a great day. As if she dismissing me. I call ask for the managers name, I was told Travis again, I ask when he will be in and get oh hes not here till after next week. Super disappointed in the lack of customer service today and my tea that tastes like nothing.

Customer service leaves much to be desired! First, the lady refused to make my order of an iced coffee saying, "I don't want to do that. It will water the coffee down." I wasn't able to get what I wanted because she refused to make it. We eventually agreed on her making me an iced coffee with another blend instead, which was frustrating since I didn't get what I went there for. Secondly, after they made my order, it sat on their counter for 15 minutes while they corrected their mistake in the order for the customer's that were ahead of me. After asking twice to just simply hand me my drink so I could leave (since I had paid already) they finally did so, but with an attitude. I would NOT go back to this location if you paid me to.

This Starbucks is extremely slow. You are definitely waiting. During the COVID, you can not even pick up inside when you place a mobile pick up. That is SO STUPID! DON'T DO MOBILE PICK UP RIGHT NOW. Some people like to pick up and get to work on time. This wait here will NEVER get you on time. DO NOT DO MOBILE PICK UP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LATE TO YOUR DESTINATION!

I am currently working from home as a 1st responder. I have taken lunch to come order here. I have sent my kids and friends to come order here for me and it is still the same, very rude, very rushed and very impatient vibes. LORD, 🙏🏿 Please close during the pandemic if you can not be productive, positive and a great-full participant during the pandemic. Slow your roll and serve the people or go home. We have options. I placed an order on the Starbucks app from this location at 11:52 this morning, I was only down the street when I ordered so I arrived early around 11:56. When I entered there were several people working one guest sitting, and two guests waiting for orders inside. I went to the pickup area to wait for my order, should have been out around 12:04. The guests waiting left just a couple of minutes after I arrived, I waited until 12:14 and walked out it was like everyone was actively avoiding making eye contact with me even after stepping right up to the counter. I’ve been to busier Starbucks locations and had significantly better experiences. I ended up going through the drive through and finally got my drink around 12:24. I spent more time at Starbucks today than I did at the Apple store and I think that’s saying something. There are two on I-35, one north and one south, both are better options and worth the drive considering you’d be stuck waiting around at this one anyway.

Two unkind employees there today 4/4 at 1:10pm. Long time and very loyal customer, here. Entered to pick up my mobile order, waiting where I have waited many times before, only to have an employee comment (loud enough for all to hear)on how funny it was to have customers (apparently me) walk up and stare while waiting for their order (in apparently the wrong location) at the end of the counter. I could see my order over their shoulder ready to go. All they needed to do was direct me to the register to ask for my order. No one ever did. I was ignored for some time. I finally walked over to an employee closer to the register and asked for my order, in which I was kindly given my order. It was like magic! I was now in the right spot. A bit childish, I would say. No one ever addressed me other than to mock me. Also, I ordered and paid for a Trenta, but was handed a Venti. It was not worth addressing at that point, with unkind people anyway. It would seem some forget how they are able to be employed...because the customer is purchasing their product and service. With the poor reviews I see here, maybe management needs to retrain a bit.

Don't get me started on how the staff treat each other here. Not only to current partners, but past ones as well. The current staff looks miserable! They are not paid enough for the stuff they are put through, but also there should be people who lose their job entirely. Let me tell yall about Stephanie: this lady has verbally assaulted both customers and employees in the past. Why the hell is she still there? She is part of the problem. Not only that, she pushed a 38 week old pregnant woman! She has been reported many times and nothing has gotten resolved. Get better shift leaders who actually know how to do their jobs as well. Better plan: get better upper management. Yalls store is a joke

For the first month I went to this location, my experience was terrible. The employee's weren't friendly and never could get my order right. I started going at a different time of day and received better service. However, today I go and receive a half empty cup. My cup has never been this "empty." I told the lady at the window and she offered to add more Heavy Cream to fill my cup. If that's what I wanted I would have simple stayed home and placed a straw in my bottle of heavy cream in my fridge. This location is terrible.

I waited almost 30 minutes for 1 drink. Originally I was in the drive thru but with about 6 cars in front of me I opted to park and go in thinking it would be faster. Boy was I wrong. Their priority was the drive thru line that kept getting longer & longer. In the mean time there ended up being about 15 people waiting in the store.

The drinks always taste horrible at this location. No amount of cream and sweetener can mask the bitter taste of burnt espresso. It's so bad. I hate that this location is the closest to home. I've given them numerous attempts at different times of day. I'm not sure why the drinks are so bad but it's extremely disappointing. The staff is friendly and quick but it doesn't make up for the horrible tasting coffee. The location off i35-rendon crowley is so much better. Every drink I get there tastes like heaven. The location on Wilshire next to Burleson Gold and Silver is great too. This location really needs to learn how to make coffee properly, if I order a vanilla coffee why can't I taste any vanilla? If I order the same drink at any other Starbucks it tastes so much better and I can actually taste the vanilla.

I visited on a typical Thursday morning. The store was very busy. The staff was stressed as the drive thru and front counter were very busy. There was some sort of confusion in the drive thru and the baristas became confused about a lost order. I watched two different employees go sorting through the garbage looking for a lost ticket. Neither one of them washed their hands before returning to work. Furthermore, one of the associates stood by frantically picking at her face and fidgeting with her hair while the other two looked for the lost ticket. ITS COLD AND FLU SEASON AND THE BARISTAS HAVE NO SENSE OF HYGENE. Management seemed indifferent to my concerns when I brought it to her attention. Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.

The 8-8:30 a.m shift was awful. I felt rushed while ordering. Upon getting to the window, the cashier gave us sticky drinks. The driver thru cashier had the order wrong and when it was brought to her attention, she scrapped the topping off and gave me back the same drink. Also, she left off food items and continued to rush.

The lady that went to back Anna I think is her name was very rude and thinks she is above everyone else. What kind of management team here ? For being a 4 star place you would think the managers here would be showing there faces and staying with there team the whole time. she yelled at her team member that us as customers heard and seen the look of the members face which is very sad and I hope that’s member does get an apology by the end of their shift. The time that I was there were only three people on the floor and I don’t think it’s fair. As someone who previously worked for Starbucks there should always be at least 4 people on the floor no less the work load gets stressful and overwhelming at times.

3rd time they've got my order wrong. Wife's latte tasted like they burnt the milk. Was good for awhile, has went downhill rapidly, too concerned with being quick and not enough on quality.

Very disappointed in the service my granddaughter received today. I watched 6 cars be serviced through the drive they, 4 people that came after her be served inside? I called to complain and conveniently the shift supervisor hangs up in my face, called back and she rudely gives me the area supervisor Mr. Melvin Brown’s phone number, I called him and he was somewhat apologetic. My granddaughter looks forward to getting Starbucks on Friday mornings, how disappointed she was today. Ms. Shift Supervisor all was needed was a simple I’m sorry for the wait! That’s what customer service is all about! $9.84 may not be much to Starbucks but it was her allowance!

I went to buy 3 venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos. They were all horribly made; they were all milk and froth, and they all tasted like they had no coffee in them at all. I also asked for extra crunch, but there was hardly any at all. Since I was driving, I didn't realize until I got home. What's worse is it was my teenage son's birthday, and he was really looking forward to the treat.

Usually this is a great location, but lately I feel like the customer service has lacked the friendliness it once valued. I ordered ahead this morning 4 drinks, was quoted about a 5 minute wait time in the app, I live further away than that so I thought for sure my order would be ready by the time I arrived. They hadn't even started my order when I arrived, finally got my order and 2 of the drinks were wrong. They fixed those two drinks (yay I get to wait some more). My salted caramel tasted like caramel flavored water and pretty sure it had whole milk instead of the coconut milk I requested because now I am in quite a bit of pain, miserable and sick like I would be from drinking cows milk. I'm disappointed in this starucks and will be finding a different location.

Emma, this comment is for your service as a shift lead. From a former Starbucks store manager, just awful service from a shift lead. I ordered a Venti pink drink. I pay “Additional” for the sweet cream cold foam. I dont Like how they skim the ice with the sweet cream foam. I asked For it in a Trent’s cup. Was told it’s not allowed per standard policy. Weird… the refreshers come in trenta sizes. You can get any drink in any size cup per the customers preference and experience. I was told no by Emma. All you have to do on the POS system is type (TRENTA). They refused. I didnt Ask for more product i asked For more ice due to the sweet cream taking room. Will be calling corporate and requesting a higher person to speak with.

I’m a vivid coffee drinker and get the same thing just about every day of the week. This store is the closest one to me and I frequent it the most. No matter what I do I cannot get a consistent drink. I’ve talked to the manager several times regarding it and I’m always told it’s a training issue but that I could get my coffee remade if it’s not right. Yet when I tell the baristas it’s not right I’m treated as if they’re right and I’m just being difficult. If I’m paying $6 for coffee I expect it to be made the same way every time. Today topped it off, I ordered a drink for myself and my wife and her foam had a lot of chocolate chunks in it. To add to it they didn’t close the lid correctly and it spilled on her as she went to drink it.

I’ve been to many Starbucks across north Texas. I always order coffee with some cream and sugar. Nothing fancy. I always get my coffee in a timely manner except for this Starbucks. It’s now the closest one on my way to work. I can expect to wait 10+ minutes. I usually place a mobile order and then still have to wait inside. They are no busier than any other Starbucks. If there was another Starbucks on my route, I would go there instead. Coffee is good. Staff is fine. But this is definitely the weakest link in the area. Update: I’ve been waiting 15+ minutes this morning for my cup of coffee. Order placed at 0716. Order received at 0734.

i arrived 5:57 pm and they already had doors locked , this has been happening for the past 2/3 weeks , schedule on door and here says they close at 10:00 pm , as seen in the photo 2 male looking employees laughing when i asked about the store hours , they just kept shaking their heads and laughing from a distance. never returning to this location

Gotta go with a one star here. Came through the drive-thru and ordered a venti Pike's with splendah and cream. The color is off and there is a film of grease or something on it. Not hot either. Photos added. The pics are of the same cup before/after a stir.

Staff including the manager Alicia Marquez is extremely rude and disrespectful. No one is willing to listen, thinking someone is trying to steal a drink that they screwed up on. Better training and coaching is needed to know how to deal with the public especially people of color. A waste of my time😤.

This Starbucks location gives starbucks a horrible reputation!! I had gone with my mother who was in the drivers seat, however, my mother has a strong accent when she speaks and did not feel comfortable ordering, so l ordered our drinks for us. I asked for two VENTI drinks and when we pulled up to the drive-thru window the lady handed us two grande drinks. I told my mother and she corrected the lady in a kind manner and told her they were supposed to be VENTIS, the lady on the register then called over a BLONDE lady who came over and took one look at my clearly hispanic mother and said "JuSt Btw GranDe Is VenTi!!!" This behavior was absolutely disgusting as it seemed to me like the lady was trying to insinuate that my mother did not have the brain level capability to distinguish cup sizes! Let me remind you IT WAS ME who placed the order and l INDEED stated that I WANTED two VENTI DRINKS not grandes. Yet the lady still decided to act as if it was OUR faults even tho it was THEIR MISTAKE. In conclusion, a simple "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, let me fix that for you" would have sufficed, no need for that "smart" remark.

I try to avoid this location because they always make my frap super watery. If you go anytime after 5 it's 10x worse no matter what you order. The staff can also be rude at times. This is by far the worst Starbucks location within a 10 mile radius.

This is the last time I will return to this Starbucks. The last 3 months I have gone to pick up my order and recieved my beverage with only the contents filled halfway, or just a bit over half. I understand brewing, foam, etc and frequently numerous coffee houses/roasters around the city. This location is often preferred as I pass by on my way to work. However; within the last 3 months, numerous orders have gone astray. The main problems has occurred with the 7am staff, and more often when ordering ahead for pickup or dining in. I have had problems in the past, but always want to give an establishment the benefit if possible. But spending $6 for a coffee that is only filled up to the midline it ridiculous. The staff is polite and the drive thru often does exceptional with service and prodict, but in my opinion they need to have a refresher course on proper brewing portions and orders. Happening once or twice in awhile I understand, but in the course of a week having numerous orders come out this way is a trend that I do not prefer. Going a bit out of the way for a properly crafted coffee is well worth it in the end for both cost and satisfaction.

I firmly believe being open on Christmas Day is morally and ethically wrong for your employees and their families. Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourself. There is a line wrapped around the building, and those poor people had no choice.

This is not the first time I have had terrible service at this location, I went through the drive through at 4:35 in the morning (sorry I work two jobs and need coffee before work) but the lady talking orders is ABSOLUTELY RUDE, she has a terrible attitude and is WAYYY to aggressive to be working in customer service. Just driving in I could see her being physically annoyed a car was arriving and taking my order she was rude I wanted a Cookie Latte and she put something else on the screen and I corrected her and she very rudely says their out and kinda yelled at me saying that I could get whatever drink she put on the menu which I said no then asked for the egg nog latte and she let me know they were out so I had to look at the menu and she got more agitated that I didn’t know what I wanted, the tone and the attitude was so bad someone else had to take my order. Mind you I wasn’t even in a bad mood or anything I was being polite but if you can’t handle working early morning shifts in customer service YOU NEED A NEW JOB!!! Definitely DON’T recommend coming here since this isn’t the first time employees have been rude!

Just reviewing to say if you spill a drink on a customer the proper procedure is the apologize, park the customer, remake the drink, and hand over more than a few napkins- sincerely an ex SSV.
