I described this to a colleague as "my personal heaven" and I still look forward to each time I go back to this place. Fresh vegetables served with a great proportion of proteins and mix-ins (fruits, veggies) in a convenient bowl. Good dinner spot and they have an upstairs with a bunch of extra seating. Street & lot parking.

This is the perfect restaurant for healthy and yummy food! Their salads are super good as well as the prices :) Really hope that one day we can have a restaurant like this in our country.

sweetgreen is great for a quick and healthy bite. This location is fun because they test new creations here, so you can have items that are not available anywhere else. Parking at the nearby structure is cheap enough, and the cafe and ice cream place next door make this a one stop location for a delicious lunch.

I am not a salad person but SweetGreen is changing my mind. They have a variety of tasty food and do a great job at making it filling. They have great focaccia bread and warm quinoa bowls for dinner time. With all of their dressings and sauces, the typically boring salad really comes to life.

I visited Sweetgreen after work, first time visiting. I had a salad with the herb falafel which was great. The staff was so welcoming! The gentlemen who took my order was so helpful & funny. I learned that the store actually does NOT Accept cash to my surprise & I didn't have my debit with me so they humbly allowed me to have the salad and I promised I'd leave a review on their great hospitality :) True definition of a Happy Friday :D, will definitely return & If you're reading this...you should too! The salads are always great and consistent. The worker blended my fish in my salad before I could tell him to lay it on top. I chalk it up to a new employee, and I am forgiving. I was a bit repelled however about people bringing their dogs into the restaurant and sitting down. I am a dog lover, but large dogs probably should not be in an open air eating facility where the food is exposed.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. We went at around 11 am to get food for pickup and it was not too crowded. The food was fresh and made to our requests. The person at the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would absolutely go here again and recommend to others as well.

The specific location I went to was a bit intimidating, there was nothing but highbrow/executive types... But other than that I loved it.

I’ve been here several times and every time I go the service is great. The manager is always very helpful and all of the workers are very communicative. It’s nice that they validate parking for the nearby parking garage, considering the lack of street parking. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The workers always get through the line very fast and efficiently. As far as accessibility is concerned, there is no ramp needed for entry and the countertops are at a reasonable level for wheelchair users.

I absolutely love the Sweetgreen location in Culver City. The food is always fresh, consistent, and exactly what you expect, but what really makes this spot special is the staff. Patti and Derian are truly amazing. They are welcoming, positive, and incredibly attentive every time I come in. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience, and it shows in the way they interact with everyone. They turn a quick lunch stop into something enjoyable, and it is the reason I keep coming back. This location is lucky to have them.

Flavors are always 100. Sometimes the bowls can be a bit smallish. And my one real qualm would be the bread - there are many breads in the world, and theirs is a 2 of 5 star bread. Overall, we enjoy the healthy meals, and are semi-regulars.

I stopped and got a salad for the first time. I was very impressed with the salad. It was fresh and delicious. Delicious 😋 salad. The right portion of greens, wild rice and blackened chicken was added. Loved it. So good 👍.

I had the italian antipasto salad for lunch today and some juice. The server was really friendly and nice. The place was nice and welcoming.The salad was fresh and was so tasty. But as i was enjoying my salad, my bowl was still full i saw some gray hair hanging on the sliced salami. I was grossed out. I went back to the lady who assisted me with my older and showed her my salad and the hair. She immediately apologized and offered to replace my salad.

The food is always great, at this particular location the staff was a little rude. It was not busy when i walked in. I said please and thank you plenty of times when ordering and the woman just kept rolling her eyes at me as if I had said something rude. She asked me if I wanted my salads tossed and i kindly said no thank you and again another eye roll. The cashier was a guy when he gave me my change i said thank you and same thing he rolled his eyes at me. Are these people offended by kindness? I asked for my order to go and was rudely told I can find bags forks and napkins behind me, which is fine but I didn't need the attitude and then was handed my 3 bowls which were not properly sealed. I only realized they were still open because as I'm putting the bowls into the bag they are opening and spilling. Anyways I like sweetgreen, but probably never coming to this specific location again. Salads were tastey as always, my family enjoyed them. Staff needs to work on their customer service skills.

Food was really good. Service was not so good. The person who served us, Fernando, was very rude. Not sure what his issue was, just hope it wasn’t racially based. He was very skimpy with our dish as compared to every other time my family has eaten there…also compared to the person who he just served in front of us. When we asked if he can add a little more lettuce and tofu, he responded “we don’t do that here”. We said that this is quite a bit less than the amount we are normally given and if necessary, we will pay for the extra. He once again repeated himself very abruptly and with a rude demeanor. His coworker picked up on his attitude and jumped in to try and salvage the situation. She was very helpful and we ended up getting the amount of food we wanted and paid for it. Even after we got through that Fernando seemed very irritated. We go our food and ate then left. I doubt me and my family will be back as long as he is there. The outside dining area was very dirty as well. To be on this area and cost what it does, I think the manager, owner needs to keep this place much cleaner…and hire better help!

Food is pretty consistent at all locations. What is also consistent is the rude, cavalier attitude from all its Gen Z employees. Across every location, the employees act as if the customers were a nuisance & take their sweet time to stop socializing before they help you. Although the food is decent, I try to limit my visits due to the generally bad customer service.

Food is great, the employees are so mean. Why can’t you just help with validation few minutes before you open. “Validation for Customers only”? Well, I won’t be one if you got that attitude! But I did consider pursuing until you said that!

25 dollars for a salad bowl and won’t even destem arugula. Pokes the shit out of my throat. Ive seen other locations not do this as well. Maybe thats why this company is losing millions.

I walk in and there are 5-6 employees who could all see me waiting to be served and none approached me until one finally did after several minutes of me standing with no one ahead of me. I ordered the crispy bowl. The girl making my bowl literally scrapes a scoop of burnt chicken scraps from the bottom which was all that was left of the blackened chicken from the hot bar. I ask her if they were making more chicken she said no. She scrapes another scoop of burnt leftover scraps onto my bowl. I ask her if I can get tofu instead since they didn't have anymore of the chicken and she said that it was extra. I said I didn't want the order and walked out. She yelled at me as I was walking out that she put 2 scoops like she was doing me a huge favor. Yeah two scoops of burnt leftover chicken skin scraped from the bottom of the container. I have been to this location once before months ago and the staff were also unfriendly and the portion of chicken served for the huge bowl I ordered was literally 3 chunks which wasn't much of an improvement from today. Very disappointing and a general turn off for me to go to other sweet green locations. I'll be sticking to Loqui the Mexican spot right behind sweetgreen at the Platform.

ordered delivery and did not get what i ordered. You can’t call anyone to tell them, they make you text them and they never text back. This was way too expensive to not get what i ordered and to not be able to talk to anyone about it. I paid extra to have it delivered in 30 mins but it still took an hour

What frustrates me about this place is that you always pay the same premium price but the serving size depends on who prepares your bowl. My Pesto Chicken Parm has precisely 3 small bites of chicken and every other ingredient came in short as well. When I mentioned that to the guy he just said “no sir, that’s how we do it”. You be the judge if that bowl is worth $13.

Don’t go during your lunch rush. Waited 15+ mins for something that’s supposed to be quick and readily available. They told me that they “want to ensure that the product is fresh” but that felt like the ultimate gaslighting excuse. I regret waiting and later proceeded to ask if my kid can have a juice box for the inconvenience. The manger was very firm on not compensating us, which was fine but then I noticed another customer getting furious about the delay of his order and it not being ready when they said it was. Who ever is the manger on duty for the lunch rush, should work on time efficiency and preparation. Never again!!!

I used come to this location all the time but after today I don’t think I will come back here again. The same exact bowl costs almost $19 compared to $17 at the West 3rd location. Again it’s the same exact bowl! No additions no change! And the service I received today at this particular location is nothing short of ridiculous. The staff who assembled my bowl left out two ingredients for the featured bowl I ordered, and then showed really bad attitude when I asked about them. The veggies are soggy and the ratio of greens and toppings are way off. All I could taste is raw arugula. I have ordered this same winter harvest bowl multiple times in the last two weeks at other stores. Only this one tasted so bad. Avoid if you can.
