Good pizza, prepared as you like it (Chipoltle/Subway style assembly line), all toppings free plus lots of sauces and finishes to choose from. Pizzas a tad expensive [$15 or so for an 8"], but prepared very quickly. Staff were very friendly and the store was very clean.

Has great choices of featured Pizza or you can build your own, unlimited toppings without extra charge. This MOD Pizza location is one of the smaller ones. So you might have to be spontaneous on switching to take out order if it is crowded.

I have been going to Mod pizza for years with my family and I always have enjoyed my dining experience there because the pizza has always been good and the music was oldies and retro from the time that it first opened in our area of Palms/Culver City. This time was different however.I am 65 and a veteren.I had asked the man upon taking my order if they would give myself a veterens discount.He promptly said no, we do not give discounts to military.I then googled it because I had always been given one in the past,so I didn't understand.I hadnt been to Mod Pizza for a while but the atmosphere was different because the comfortable lounge tables had been replaced with hard cold metal ones and the man that rang me up was rude because I had ordered a soda with my pizza and I was nothing but polite the entire time that I was there. I asked about the cup for my soda and he abruptly said that he had already told me that it was on the counter by the register which I couldn't see because it was lower than the counter so it was obscured, but why wouldn't he put my cup on the counter where they put the pizza when it is finished baking?That is where orders are supposed to be placed after they are paid for.So I am looking for another place to go to to get a slice of pizza.

It's not the best make your pizza company. They're spicy pizza sauce is tasty. The juice stand only had three flavors and all of them put a tart taste on my tongue and face. . Plus that popbelly I would say had an bad attitude about making my pizza eewww. Such a turn off to a decent place

All about expectations and mine were low, and therefore they delivered. Garlic cheese bread wasn’t cheesy enough but overall good people working here and you make your own pizza so gotta take accountability.

2.5 - 3 stars on this occasion usually it’s 4+: The pizzas flavor was good besides it being drenched in sauce and not even sliced. Ingredients taste fresh but yeah.. details below Ordered a pizza online for pickup, Saturday March 16, at 8:55pm. Asked for sauces (Sri- rancha and Ranch) on the side in the “Special Instructions” as it was for sharing and my partner doesn’t enjoy the sauces. I arrived earlier than the pick up time, so I patiently waited for about 5 mins in the pickup area, didn’t want to interrupt the worker finishing other pizzas at the expo station. It wasn’t until he closed up the pizza that I later learned was my order, that he asked me what my order was and he handed me the pizza. I asked for the sauces as he only handed me the box, he said he already put the sauces right on the pizza, I explained to him that I had asked for the sauces on the side and it’s on the ticket on the box, he just responded with a, “oh,.. sorry about that” Another male overheard and approached us, I suspect was the shift lead or manager, and asked, “What’s wrong?” the first employee told him he put the sauces inside on accident & all the shift/manager said was, “Okay.” & walked away. Slightly frustrated not trying to complain to someone who showed little regard for the error, I just left with my pizza. Then when I get home & notice my pizza isn’t sliced. Ordering online is helpful to both the consumer and for the store, but it makes it much less convenient when the quality or accuracy of the order is not handled with care.

I visited the Culver City location today for the first time, though I’ve been to other branches before. There were two people working: a younger man and an older man who seemed to be supervising. I believe he might be the manager. Unfortunately, my experience with him was unpleasant. He took my order after initially seeming professional, but his attitude quickly became rude and unwelcoming. I don’t know what may have influenced his behavior, but it was very negative, and I could tell it was directed only at me. I tried to be polite, greeted him when I walked in, and remained friendly throughout, but his response was blunt and dismissive. What stood out even more was how he treated other customers. When another lady came in after me, he was overly nice and polite to her, which made me feel singled out. This experience was disappointing, and I really hope management takes this into consideration. I will not be returning to this location, as I did not appreciate the way I was treated.

Super low quality pizza. I ordered 3 vegetable toppings and they only added one of them. You could hardly find chicken pieces on the pizza and the pepperoni pizza had literally 5 pepperonis on the top. The whole pizza was more crust than toppings. The thick crust was also dry, heavy, mostly burnt and tasted like nothing. Waste of money. will never buy again.
