Such great food and a huge menu! Over 500 dishes served here. There is something for everyone. It has a very nice environment too. Great place for families. The plates are big and reasonably priced. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.
This place was packed when we got there lunch time, but it has plenty of seating so it’s not a lot of wait. My family enjoyed it because there are a lot of options in the menu and everyone got what they wanted! The sautéed spinach could use a bit more seasoning. But the rest of the food we ordered (pho, pork) was delicious! They even have buy 2 get one free pho and they let us have the 3rd pho to go! Staff was very friendly and has great family atmosphere!

A True Gem of Vietnamese Cuisine! This Vietnamese restaurant has been around for many years, and it’s easy to see why — their consistency, quality, and incredible flavors have truly stood the test of time. The menu is massive — and when I say extended, I mean over 500 items! From drinks and appetizers to soups and main dishes, there’s something for everyone, and every dish is made with care. We started with the sweet and sour dumplings, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and a touch of spice — absolutely delicious. Then came the Pho grilled pork chop, and when they say everything is bigger in Texas, this bowl of pho proved it! It was a giant, aromatic bowl filled with rich, comforting flavors. This place is amazing! It was my first time going and definitely not my last. There is a array of food selection - more than 100 dishes to pick from! The portions size are humongous and for an excellent price overall. Definitely recommend this place for all Asian food fanatics.

Bistro did a wonderful job accommodating my family a group of of 25 during dinner hours. We arrived and were seated in tables next to each other which worked out well for a large group on 11/28/25. The restaurant was busy, but their service was quick; therefore, others who dines were able to get in and out quickly. Food was delicious! Bistro has a large variety of options to choose from. As a vegetarian, I was amazed to see a large variety of vegan/vegetarian options. The ribs pho was huge! Sandwich were 🔥. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal. Prices are very reasonable being they have buy2 get 1 free on pho, and Sandwiches. There are plenty of parking spaces and the staff were kind.

Im real sad, waiting for a full hour everyone that got there after us got served and us the only dark people didn’t even get a water real sad I don’t think I ever felt like this somewhere before. 😢 Had never experienced this I’m honestly so sad. Mind you we always tip and are very kind. Okay so decided to try again toda ! Excellent service and great food taste and portions. Maybe that time they were busy and really just forgot about us but we’re all only humans ! Changed this review from 1 to 5 stars again well deserved. Had lunch there today, staff was very helpful and the food was very tasty, the baguette sandwiches are very tasty and the Vietnamese coffee was absolutely delicious
This place has the most amazing pho I have ever had anywhere in the US. Just look at this picture(I already ate the fried egg). Item 33. It's buy 2 get one free. You get three of these for about $35.00. you can split each bowl into two meals. I know because I've been doing it for months and the value is absolutely incredible. The food is phenomenal.

Everything was wonderful. The waiter was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. An overall enjoyable dining experience. This is an all time favorite place of mine. The menu options can be overwhelming but, I always go for their crawfish rice, veggie eggrolls, and an strawbiscous drink. It can be packed at times but service is usually pretty good. Highly recommended this place.

Affordable, authentic, and good Vietnamese food. Very generous portion sizes, and a massive variety of pretty much every Viet dish imaginable. Food isn't mind-blowing but ingredients are fresh and delicious. Also open till 12am! This place is perfect if you're craving something specific.

My favorite Viet dish here is the Chả Cá Thăng Long, which is fish cooked with dill, turmeric, and spices, served with a shrimp paste sauce and an array of vegetable toppings and vermicelli noodles. I tried this dish for the first time in Hanoi and have been obsessed ever since… and they make it pretty good here. My husband and I also really like their pho, vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, hot stone dishes, and bún hỏi with grilled meats. Danh is our favorite server here! He always makes conversation with us and is the sweetest!
Best value for egg rolls! 3 for $1.50! Pork or vege, which is great appetizer for party! They can make the 100 egg rolls in 10 minutes which helps so much! Although it’s better to call advance if you want to order hundreds of them. We also like their spring rolls with crunch egg roll wrap inside.
I remember when Bistro B was a small egg roll shop attached to the Hong Kong Market. The growth of this place is well-deserved. The service is superb, food is fresh and extremely tasty, and the atmosphere is roomy, bright, and comfortable. 11/22/75 Food was good and very reasonable. Impressive menu with so many dishes to choose from. I had banh cuon Ha Noi & hubby had the broken rice plate. They brought out 2 humongous platters and not on regular plates. They always have b2g1 free pho and banh mi. Their togo food is good too with great price on banh bao where you buy 2 boxes of bao buns for $20 for 8 buns total. But caution on their cha lua/pork roll ($12.) The texture is not that of cha lua because it seemed not blended well into a smooth paste b4 cooking. Also, it was so salty that I couldn't eat it plainly by itself. It's edible but I won't buy again. Cha gio/egg rolls (50cents for pork & 75cents for chicken) are still good and crispy after 4 hours on the counter.
Talk about options! The menu for this restaurant is 32 pages. So, oodles of options for food lovers are available. The portions are massive, so come hungry. Their food did not disappoint, it was delicious! We did have to remind our wait staff several times about one of our dishes that had not been brought out with the other plates. Honestly I feel like the excessive amount of food option is this crazy gimmick, I got some crispy garlic chicken dish and as great as it looks it was bland and thin, and the noodles were completely wrong for this sort of food. All the money spend on decorating you would think the owner would insure they cleaned.. for two years I have come here because their food is good but holy crap CLEAN THE DANG RESTAURANT! I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The food itself was okay — nothing amazing, but decent. However, the service was truly unacceptable. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. During that time, we noticed the server actively checking on other tables while repeatedly avoiding ours. Not once did they come by to ask if we needed anything. What made it more frustrating was that a couple who came in after us and sat behind us received their food, finished their meal, and left before we were even halfway through ours. It was very clear that we were not being treated the same as other customers. We are young Vietnamese customers dining at a Vietnamese establishment, and we were polite, patient, and not demanding in any way. We are open-minded people and always try to be understanding, but the difference in treatment was hard to ignore. Every other table — Mexican, White, African American customers — seemed to receive normal and attentive service, while we did not. We don’t know what the reason was, but the experience made us feel unwelcome. Because of that, we will not be returning. We will also be sharing our experience with friends and family so they can make informed decisions before dining here. Very disappointing.
