First time at Bowlounge was so AMAZING! Their pickleball court in the evening has great lighting and good vibes. I loved that they took the time to explain the rules to of the game since we were first time players. Our server was very friendly and delivered fast service!

I had Maddie as my server earlier this week. It looked like she was the only server on the floor with every lane being full. She was still such a delight and made me and my wife’s experience. We ended up getting a few drinks and both are them were really good, recommend trying the Jesus margarita.

Josh and Aaron absolutely handle the bar. No service is too short yet all patrons attended to. Boom, whom I believe could be a manger, watched his bar operating exactly as hoped, so felt good asking for drink opinions. Highly recommend

Fun place to hangout and bowl. Bar style cocktails which was fine. Our waitress was very attentive! Great price for bowling. They just need to turn up the music so you can hear it while bowling. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

For a bowling alley. This place is all day a must go to establishment. The ambiance and staff could not have been any better for someone who was passing through. A must try old fashion from bartender from Josh is hands down too 3 best ever had. Photo was blackberry poloma. Highly suggest this too

I went to Bowl Lounge last weekend for Father’s Day, and it was a great time! The manager and the rest of the staff made sure to take care of my family. He even got my dad something special for Father’s Day! This place has been here for many years now and every time I go, I always have a great time. It has an old-school bowling alley vibe while also offering great food and drinks. I’ve been here a few times where I didn’t even bowl, but instead got some really good drinks and played patio games outside. Highly recommend!

This location was one of the once advertised in the “date night” passport on Dallas 101. We came here with zero expectations and it was actually so much fun !! The atmosphere is very nice and the music is not too loud so you can absolutely have a full on conversation with your date/ friends without having to scream. The food was very good and they have options upon options for drinks. Also $2 jello shots ! How fun !

I'd been wanting to go Bowling for 2 years and we met up with some friends and they suggested we go to this cool spot to have cocktails and bowl. I was so excited to go. Once we got there I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Their Bowling lanes were original old lanes from back in the days. Their scoring system was easy to use and up to date technology. They also have 2 large pool tables, shuffle board, ping pong table and Dart boards, 2 inside and 2 outside. They have a large outdoor area with tables and seating around a fire pit. It's a fun place for all the Family, large groups, parties and more. I didn't try their food, but it did look good and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I suggest you go for a fun time.

We had such a blast at our office lunch n bowl event for our Real Estate Office at Bowlounge-Dallas. Chris, our server was incredibly attentive and on top of his game at all times. We loved the food, bowling, drinks, lounge area and outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for entertainment with down to earth vibes. We'll definitely be returning.

Love this spot. Stop for bowling with a few friends visiting from Florida and had some great fried pickles and drinks which were amazing. Can't wait to go back and try other food.

Service is impeccable. The fact that they fully clean your lane when you are done for the next person is awesome. Great vibe, fun house balls. Good looked good but didn't try.

Cici was our server. She was a very prompt and helpful young lady. So much more to do there besides Bowling. They have pool tables too. Outdoor patio was nice **Only downside is the facility Does Not Accept Cash. You must have a debit/credit card - And Apparently my card has 2 authorization holds. My family and I went to Bowlounge in downtown Fort Worth because they were advertising a Taco Tuesday special that offered half-price bowling and half-price tacos. My wife saw the promotion and made a reservation for Monday. The next day, we arrived, bowled, and ordered tacos. Although my wife had reserved two hours, we were initially booked for only one. That wasn’t a big issue—I went to the desk, and they added the extra hour without a problem. However, when it was time to pay, the total was much higher than expected. When we asked the attendant about it, she told us that the Taco Tuesday special only applied to walk-ins. We showed her the website, which did not mention anything about the deal being limited to walk-ins. She said she understood and explained that this same issue happens every Tuesday, but there was nothing she could do. We then asked to speak with a manager. The manager also said there was nothing he could do. He explained that the reservation rate is excluded from the special. When we asked how a customer could know that based on the website, he admitted that they couldn’t. That felt very deceptive, especially since they are aware the website is unclear but choose not to correct it. I’ve enjoyed Bowlounge in the past, but we won’t be returning. We don’t appreciate what feels like intentional deception.

I had mixed feelings about my visit to BowlLounge in Dallas, but overall the service really fell short. We waited about 45 minutes for a lane, which honestly wasn’t a big deal and was understandable. When we were finally seated, we were given water in a pitcher, which was appreciated at first. Once we ordered food, things went downhill. Our food arrived without napkins or utensils, which should really be provided before or at least when food is served. I ended up going to the bar to grab napkins myself since no one checked on us. That alone wasn’t a huge issue, but afterward it felt uncomfortable, the staff kept coming by and talking about the napkins as if it were a problem, which made the situation feel awkward and unnecessary. On top of that, the water pitcher was never brought back, and overall the service felt inattentive and unfriendly. Because of this, I left a $5 tip which was 10% of my tab (48.72 total) not out of spite, but because the level of service didn’t justify more. I usually tip 25% when service is good, so this was disappointing. If I do decide to come back, I really hope the service improves, because the place itself has potential. Unfortunately, this visit left a lot to be desired
