We recently had a truly outstanding dining experience. The Bourbon and Wine selection was amazing, providing a fantastic array of high-quality choices. I particularly enjoyed the rare opportunity to sample a pour of Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year and William Larue Weller, which were both exquisite. Our server was absolutely amazing and very friendly, providing timely service and excellent recommendations. The food quality matched the drink selection perfectly: 45-Day Aged Steak 10/10 Perfectly prepared and flavored. Wagyu Burger Exceptional quality and execution. BLT Mac & Cheese Creative and delicious. Asparagus,Street Corn The entire meal, including the food and the rare spirits, was 10/10. We are extremely impressed and will definitely be returning soon.

I have NO complaints. From the moment I walked in, the energy was positive. I was greeted with a smile and high energy. This place is upscale, but has a very chill and laid back vibe. We didn't have to wait on our drinks or silverware. Herman was AMAZING! I ordered the Delmonico and creamed spinach. It was PERFECT! Well seasoned, very juicy and tender(not dry like Herman thought it would be😉). I had Herman to bring me some salt and pepper just in case I needed. Jokes on me because I did not need it at all. My friend ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and the cod for an entree. Although, I did not care for the meatballs, she loved everything. I will be returning and requesting Herman again😉. I highly recommend this place.

April was our server. Great hospitality from the entire staff. We waited at the bar for the rest of our guest. Bar has very large selection of alcohol. The cocktails are done exquisitely well by the bartenders. If you get there and wait, dont shy away from the special cocktail list. The appetizers are good, but the portions for the price is really fair. I cant recall the appetizers too well, because OMG the brick steak? Just go for that! Ran that back twice with the group. We were already overwhelmed when we first got there, but April knew what the party needed.PostiveI choices and reassurance. I feel really bad not knowing about this place. Town Hearth is an experience you shouldnt miss. Make reservations. Place is busy with great service and ambiance. Even leaving. Every staff member gave us a positive smile and were glad to have us. Yes, dessert is on point.

I came here for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance is stunning warm lighting, elegant chandeliers, and great energy all around. The steak was tender and flavorful, the sides were perfect (especially the mac & cheese), and the crème brûlée for dessert was the perfect finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the night feel special. Highly recommend for any celebration.

If you’re looking for the best steakhouse in Dallas with incredible cocktails and world-class service, Town Hearth is it! From the moment we walked in, Dan (the GM) made us feel so welcome. His hospitality was next level. Our server Albert was amazing. He knew the menu inside and out, recommending dishes that were absolutely perfect. We started with the crunchy, spicy shrimp appetizer (so good!) and then had the lobster mac and cheese, steak, and mushrooms. Every bite was delicious and cooked perfectly. The cocktails were also a highlight. Strong, creative, and some of the best drinks in Dallas. Between the amazing food, great drinks, and outstanding service, Town Hearth is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful birthday here. My group of 8 gays was given access to the private dining room since it wasn't booked. The steak was very flavorful along with the mashed potatoes. Our waiter was fantastic too. I do wish they served bread or salad with their meals but I still had a successful birthday dinner here.

A Solo Seat Turned Full Experience I walked into Town Hearth on a weeknight, not just for food, but for something worth remembering. The main dining room was packed, buzzing with energy, but I found a seat at the bar. That’s where the night really began. Maddie was behind the bar, and from the start, she was more than just a bartender she became the guide behind one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I told her I was visiting from Houston and wanted to see what the kitchen was proud of. She handled the rest. We started with the meatballs tender, seasoned just right, and coated in a warm tomato glaze that struck the perfect balance between sweet and savory. Then came the tomato and burrata salad. The burrata was luxuriously creamy, and the tomatoes were bright, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite felt like peak summer. For the main course, Maddie recommended the barbecue spice-rubbed Chilean sea bass. It was beautifully cooked, flaky and rich inside with a crisp, smoky exterior. The spice rub added warmth and just enough heat to keep things interesting. I paired it with a side of sautéed mushrooms, which brought an earthy depth that rounded out the plate perfectly. Dessert is where the meal really turned into an experience. I couldn’t decide between two options, so Maddie brought both. The seven-layer red velvet cake was as indulgent as it sounds, moist layers of cocoa-kissed cake stacked with smooth cream cheese frosting, each bite more decadent than the last. The crème brûlée had that perfect caramelized top and a silky vanilla custard underneath. Both desserts were standouts in their own way. I also appreciated the selection of low-proof and zero-proof cocktails, which added to the overall thoughtful feel of the menu. I came in expecting a good meal. What I got was something more, a curated experience thanks to Maddie’s attention to detail, enthusiasm, and instinct for great food. I’ll absolutely be back the next time I’m in Dallas, and I’ll be asking for a seat at the bar. Hopefully, Maddie’s working.

Being a walk-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately at a high-top table. Our server, Brock, took outstanding care of us, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He even made the effort to procure the specific coffee blend you offer and provided a personal touch by writing a handwritten note. Our overall experience was made even more enjoyable by the considerate and courteous staff, including the porters, who were kind and gracious in their interactions with us. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly commendable. The ambiance of your establishment is also noteworthy, featuring stunning chandeliers, historical portraits, and a traditional steakhouse undertones creating a unique atmosphere that was perfectly executed. This was a truly exceptional dining experience, and y’all made us feel warm and welcomed. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Steakhouse Review #1: Town Hearth Alright, so we went on a Friday night and had a res for 8:15. Valet was easy. The hosting staff was amazing and gave us recommendations and were super friendly. We waited about 15 minutes to be sat because she said she wanted us in the main dining room after we told her our monthly steakhouse review plans. Sweet girl. We talked with them almost the whole wait. The decor was cool, including a giant fish tank and car in the dining room. The atmosphere was loud and vibrant with a cool guy swagger. Our server was exceptional and made some suggestions as well. We ordered the filet mignon, cheeseburger and fries, (one of the recommendations by hostess), mac and cheese, fried brussel sprouts, and passion fruit kickers. Okay, so they cook their steaks over some cedar wood and I just wasn't the biggest fan as it tasted smokey and almost bbq'd and I guess I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to steak. It was cooked perfectly but I had a hard time getting past the woodsy flavor. The voodoo sauce they served with it was SLAPPIN. Request it if you go. They told us the cheeseburger and fries were better than Hudson House. Nope, as it was really, really salty and you could feel the salt crystals in your mouth. The mac and cheese was okay but mine is better and the brussel sprouts were the star of the show with a tangy honey mustard flavor that we both looooved. We didn't do dessert, which is a travesty, but nothing really spoke to us. No tears overall (yes, I sometimes cry when i eat really good food). The meal was $150 and we left $60 for tip and $5 for valet for a total of $215. Food: 5/10 Ambience: 8/10 Service: 10/10 Next up is Pappas Brothers for anyone who cares, but I'm excited and this is fun. Much love.

My wife and I came here for our 9th anniversary. We couldn’t find a sitter so we brought our infant and toddler along. We made a reservation for 5pm but people were gathering around at the door at 4:45. We were seated by the booth near the bar so it was quite noisy. We noticed they put all the guests with little kids together maybe they don’t want the crying babies disturb their customers? 🤷‍♂️ Server came shortly after we settled down. She gave us a rundown on the menu along with some seasonal dishes. We ordered our first round of drinks which were the passionfruit kicker and the wild geisha. They were both really fruity and strong of alcohol taste. For appetizers we got half a dozen of oysters and the meatballs. Oysters were 8/10 wish they were a little bigger but the meatballs you can just skip it. They taste like the ones you can get from Costco. For main course we got the Baja seabass and the pork chop. The seabass were dry and the sauce overpowered it. The pork chop was very tender and the sauce paired it perfectly. For sides we got fries, asparagus, and mac & cheese. All 3 of which were 5/10 For dessert we got their Elvis napoleon. It was a nice sweet to end the night. Overall, we gave this restaurant a 6/10. Server never introduced her name. However she did check on us periodically. When we asked to pack our food she packed it all for us and left it on the floor!? Not sure why she would put our leftover on the floor but that left us speechless and we tossed it after. Food was very mediocre nothing wow us.

*This may be a 5star spot for some people depending on preference; however, I found it lacking on multiple areas for the high price point. The decor and ambiance is fitting of an Americana style upbeat atmosphere. Excellent execution there. It was too loud. There is nothing to separate and dampen the noise so that you could enjoy a conversation with the person beside you. This upscale of a place should be able to balance upbeat and still decent sound level. There was nothing rude about the service and I would say the staff was dressed well and behaved professionally... However, our waiter didn't introduce themselves or go over the menu whatsoever. We had no clue as to what the specials were or any recommendations or special things to note. The service was also exceptionally rushed. It felt more like they were trying to get people in and out as quick as possible rather than provide a pleasurable dining experience. At this price point... I would expect a much warmer appreciation from the staff. The food was great quality. Everything we had was good. The high points being our entrees of filet mignon and seared ahi tuna were quality, well cooked, and decent portions. The side of lobster Mac and mushrooms were the highlight and quite outstanding. However, our apetzier of hamachi and our lobster bisque were definitely a few steps below even average. Our cocktails were okay but I wouldn't order either again. Other notes that were disappointing would be that the menus themselves were cheap and belonged in an Applebee's. For our apetzier they brought disposable chopsticks.... Just little things you'd expect to be more well done at the price point. Not that it is required, but also at this level you expect some sort of table bread or end chocolate to be provided as with most places. Absolutely nothing. Not even a mint. Although some of the food was good, I wouldn't want to go back because the quality of service, simple features, and ambiance do not meet the price point.

Overall negative experience. We had a reservation for 9:15 and we didn't get seated till 25-30 mins later. So that was a poor start. We ordered an octopus al pastor appetizer and lobster bisque. The octopus dish was not bad. Pineapple was good. The lobster bisque was missing something. It was bland. Also typically served with some crackers, but this just came by itself. That would be okay if the soup could be good by itself. There was one small claws worth of lobster in there. We ordered to share the wagyu ribeye 12 Oz medium. This was great. It was delicious. The one weird thing was how it was served. I did say we were sharing for two, but I've never gone to a steakhouse and been served steak that was fully precut. I've seen photos of their people steak and they were served in one piece. The sides we got was BLT Mac, and bucatini cacio e pepe. The BLT Mac was good. The bucatini was not. The sauce was not the right consistency and it didn't have flavor. The only flavor that came through was the chili flakes. The pasta also seemed like it needed to be cooked a little bit more. So for what the food costs, it was not worth the price. Plenty of other steak houses in DFW. The location is very loud. You have to be shouting across the table. That's not always a bad thing. Just know that's the case if you're interested in going. While the place was busy, we felt like the service was still slow. After asking for the dessert menu, our waiter kind of forgot about us. Another server came by, we asked for the dessert menu and came right away. Unfortunately the creme Brûlée was sold out.

My husband and I had reservations for my birthday Dec 16, 2025 at 8pm. We did not get seated till 8:30pm. The restaurant and staff were aware of my birthday because they all said happy birthday (so nice). However, the service we received for the amount of the bill was not up to par and we have been to several fine dinning restaurants in Dallas and surrounding cities. This was the worst service we have received. Yes, we expected better service for the amount of money we spent. Once our food was delivered, we did not get any attention or asked if it was good or needed anything. Even chilis has better service. We had the check at the table before we even had the chance or to be offered desert for my birthday. Other waiters sang happy birthday to other parties but ours didn't. Which is fine but at the same time why not received the same service as everyone else? This was not the service a fine dinning restaurant as such should have. The food was also not so great. Our steak was charred and had a burnt taste to it. The atmosphere is amazing but we do not recommend this restaurant at all!
