This place is amazing! I've been a customer for years and they always treat me like family. They always greet me by name along with a great smile! **I visit this place often (at least 4-5 times a week) and l have never had any issues. Keep up the great work, guys!

Come here frequently while doordashing amd the employees are kind and work really hard. If they get slammed and there understaffed or behind that is no excuse to treat these good hardworking people so poorly. Customers arent always right, especially when they're being so crude to another human being.

OMG! The Manager Arthur Anderson was outstanding! He had unfortunately been short staffed and his crew was stellar! It was only a momentary delay and Arthur comped our entire meal. We had a Coupon that his system didn’t recognize and he couldn’t have been a better host. Our lunch experience was absolutely the best!

I’m a bit nervous about getting chicken at this location after reading all the negative comments but I’m hungry and I need a few pieces of chicken. It’s around 3pm and the restaurant dining room is closed. Only drive through service is available. The car lineup is not long but the wait is very long. I think there’s a staff shortage. A very young man took our order. He’s probably new but he’s very polite and he is really trying his best. The chicken pieces are really dry. They are not good. I can only give this place 3 stars.

So we decided to see what all the buzz (and violence 🥺🥺🥺) was about regarding Popeyes Chicken sandwich. First, let me just say there is no comparison with Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is in another class by itself based on taste, presentation, and customer service. That said, it took a little over an hour to get our dinner and it's probably because of the mad rush for the sandwiches. To that point, as you can see in the photos the sandwich looks like it was pretty quickly thrown together. So the presentation wasn't great. The taste was ok, not bad by any means but not blown away by any means either. The fries on the other hand, left much to be desired. I just didn't love the taste. I would go again just to give it another try... Maybe it was a bad day, but it will be a very LONG time before I'm going to wait an hour for dinner. I don't even wait at restaurants that long!

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes regularly for about a year now, probably six or more visits, and I genuinely wish I could leave a glowing review because the food is consistently great. Fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when Popeyes gets it right. The problem is the service, and it is not a one-off. It is a pattern. Every visit feels cold, rushed, and dismissive. When I place my order, I honestly feel like I am inconveniencing the employee, as if I am interrupting something more important than doing their job. At the drive-thru it is usually some version of “What you want?” “What else?” “Drink?” with no greeting, no courtesy, and no basic human tone. On top of that, employees are often visibly on their phones or chatting with each other while orders are being taken and prepared, which makes it even clearer that customers are not the priority. When the food is handed to me, it is usually just a bag pushed out the window. There is no “Here is your order,” no “Everything’s inside,” and no “Have a good day.” I have had to ask “Is this everything?” more than once because nothing is communicated. That is what makes this location so frustrating. The kitchen clearly does its job well, but the front of house is dragging the entire experience down. The food is good enough that I keep coming back, but the service makes me want to go somewhere else every time. This could easily be a 5 star Popeyes if management enforced even basic standards of professionalism. Right now it is great food trapped inside a poorly run operation. Or maybe they should reverse brand as if their intention was to have poor customer service and treat their customers like trash just like Karen’s Diner in New York.

Two nights ago, I placed an order on Popeye’s website. It was 11:20 when the order was placed, and I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 11:30. They said they had not received our order and couldn’t fill an order without a receipt. So we showed them the receipt. A receipt for an order that cost over $30. The whole store took time out of their busy schedule to argue with us, making us feel like we had done something terribly wrong by even having the nerve to order a thing from them?! As the clock ticked, they said that they stop making food at 11:30 and if you order after that, you get whatever is left and they didn’t have any food left. We had ordered two combo meals including drinks plus one sandwich and side of fries à la carte. They finally gave us three sandwiches, telling us they had even given us “an extra sandwich.” Now, I don’t know how your math skills are, but the employees at this particular Popeye’s doesn’t seem to understand that 3+0=3. No extra sandwich, not the right sandwiches, none of the three, zero fries and zero drinks. Since the average reader has an IQ capable of grasping context clues, I need not specify how terrible these three sandwiches that were born in their nightly ritual to be thrown in the trash were. As anyone would, we called the next day wanting our actual order to, not be replaced, but to be made at all. When we came to pick up the food, the woman night manager, a different manager from the night before, argued extensively and was extremely reluctant to fill our order. The order we paid, once again, over $30 for and never got. Finally, she hands over three sandwiches and three orders of fries. No drinks that we paid for. All three of the sandwiches had mayonnaise on them when two were clearly ordered to have none, and the fries were disgusting. And this is with nothing to even wash it down with. Any establishment has to really tip a very large and understanding scale for me to rave or rant about them, and I would just like to have the honor of presenting this particular Popeye’s location with the absolute worst, most horrific, extremely yucky with the worst attitude and biggest lack of customer service award. You’re welcome.

Soda fountain, no carbonation, taste like water and rust, the soda spouts nasty with m9ld on the tips. Fries could need some help on the temperature. Hair nets, what happened to those? Chicken wings DRIED, how can you screw up wings????!!@ The lemonade drink. No ice room temperature. Floor is nasty as the attitude the employees have .

Ordered around 12:15 am on Feb 28th/March 1st on doordash. My order was passed to 5 different dashers who all cancelled and passed along the order. Called the store over 15 times and no pickup. Waited almost 2 hours for the order. I get fed up and drive to the location only to see about 10+ cars also waiting in the drive through. Finally get to the window and see a poor old woman on a walker manning the drive through station literally begging her coworkers for help. The coworkers in the back are all on their phone ignoring the old women every time she asked for help. Finally get my order, get home, and the first bite I take into my chicken sandwich is a bone. HOW is there a bone in a chicken sandwich???? Every worker there atleast for night time shift needs to get fired, infact this whole location needs to get shut down as soon as possible. No idea why I even give this location a chance any more, but tonight was the last straw, this has happened multiple times. Sick of it.

Went through the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, there were no customers inside and only one car in front of us at the drive-thru. After ordering and paying at the window we were told to pull our car around to the side. We waited for 20 minutes while we watched 4 other cars go through the drive-thru window and receive their food. Finally, we realized they were never going to bring our food out to us, so we left our go car to pick up our order ourselves from inside. The food we received was super disappointing. We got the Freddy Fazbear boxes. The cheesy bites were burnt, rock-hard, and inedible. The chicken tenders barely had any of the special garlic seasoning. We also were missing the marinara sauce with our order.

Mac and cheese was gross 🤮 order came out wrong. The sides are halfway filled. I used to love Popeyes but it's not worth it anymore. Might as well go to another fried chicken spot or KFC.

Absolutely the worst popeyes ever the manager just sits in a chair by the counter. Chicken was so dry, ordered extra gravy the cups they weren't even half way filled. The mashed potatoes were horrible as well. Will never return to this popeyes. What a waste of the 30 dollars I spent 😒

I don't understand why I get 1 side with a 20pc family meal and the sides are small..2 little cups of mashed potatoes. KFC does it better with sides. $22 for that is ridiculous small sides and 4 biscuits and didn't separate the spicy from the regular just put it in one box never going there again. I WANT A REFUND

The person working tonight on the drive-thru is, in the nicest way possible, incompetent. It took 10 minutes for her to take a 2 meal order, just for her to not put it in the system. This made her retake the entire order, adding on another 5-8 minutes. We asked for biscuits, but didn’t get them. It’s fine because we didn’t pay for the biscuits (definitely would’ve been nice to get them but that would’ve added another five minutes to the wait) but please put people who can do their job on the drive-thru window. Thank you.

I ordered 6 classic wing combo with fries at 12:30 am. When DoorDash arrived not only did they put shrimp which I’m allergic too in my box! They put tenders in there and gave me mashed potatoes instead of fries. I went to take it back up there because on the website It says it close at 2am and when I got there at 1am they had everything shutdown including drive thru. I will be back Tomorrow!

This Popeyes is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to in my life. They don't know what they're doing in the store. The service is horrible. They need to be all fired and the manager sucks because she don't know what she's doing either. The area manager of the store needs to come in and revamp everything cuz they don't know what they're doing!! I've never waited so long for my food in my life. It was like I went to a fine dining restaurant get I tell everybody who orders from here go to the one tomorrow cuz they know what they're doing. It's right across the street. This Popeyes needs to be shut down. All the people need to be fired cuz they're incompetent!!!

Horrible service, went there and ordered a chicken sandwich and tenders combos. Didn't get complete order, and they charged us for the chicken sandwich after making us wait for more than 10 minutes, that we had to go inside and find out that they ran out and wasn't even going to tell us. There's plenty of people working and wasn't busy, and this still occurred. Then when I got home, the combo wasn't even right, no sides were in the box. Complete rip off and waste of time.

Most inconsistent restaurant I’ve ever been too. When they’re good it’s great, when they’re bad it’s god awful. This is an exact reflection of poor management. Your inconsistency is costing you money.

I too also lost a portion of my life waiting on my food to come out they had told me my order to take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes an hour and 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my food when I did get my food it was not right and it was not fresh I know this location is known for taking forever but I thought I would give it another chance because my son wanted to eat there never again do not go to this location I also asked for a receipt and they told me that the receipt machine was down I can't make this up again do not go to this location I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy I don't know why I came back again to this location thinking that they would correct their mistakes and they just made it worse never again oh yeah the printer still not working for the drive-thru still they do that on purpose so people don't have a receipt to complain

The chicken here was disappointing. Some pieces were dry and tasted like they’d been refried, and a few were burnt. The spicy option didn’t have any noticeable flavor difference. Fries were hot with a good crunch, but there wasn’t much seasoning. The biscuit was dry and tasted old. I’ve had Popeyes in GA and NY that were much better, so I know the chain can get it right. Honestly, KFC is more consistent than this location. This spot needs to work on freshness and quality control.

It honestly just doesnt get any worse. I just waited 30 minutes for two apple pies. I'm not kidding or exaggerating. There were literally no customers here. I waited 30 minutes for two apple pies. Not a joke. Popeyes has tasty food but the service is always insanely slow and the place is just always a mess. It's just really really bad.

Waited 37 minutes for a doordash pick up order for a customer. The employees spend the majority of the time pausing their work to chat and gossip with each other. It would be fine if they were working while chatting, but they completely stop their tasks doing so and even pause waiting for responses. The inside of the store was also dirty even during the later hours with less customers to cause a mess

Poorly Managed location. You will lose a portion of your life waiting for food and it will probably be wrong. Weird parking lot design with massive car eating holes. Rude employees. No soap for bathroom yet they are making food with unwashed hands. Terrible black hole. Worst around town. Close it and let someone else have the location who will provide good service.

An awful encounter with the male dreadlocked staff on 8/8/25 at 8:30PM. I've used the 5pc dinner coupon many times at multiple locations, in numerous states and my sole request is often "no wings in the order, please." The aforementioned staff notified me that it wasn't possible to have it that way, defying the precedence I've experienced with countless other locations. Even if what he's saying is true, there's a thing called "courtesy" in any service industry and he obviously doesn't get that. He was most abrasive, non-verbally unpleasant (bordering disrespectful) and downright unprofessional. He'll definitely be a reason why I'd think twice before returning to this location...he was evidently a hard worker but would probably better suited for behind the scenes- not fitting for a front-facing worker at all. PS. Got home with my chicken and sides...no sauces, no ketchup, no utensils. All because of his confrontational attitude, the transaction was absolutely compromised and what was a good evening, ruined.

I ordered uber eats ,and what they put in my bag they could've kept. They know your bag is closed and unable to inspect. I ordered popcorn shrimp. There were no shrimps, it was the fried crumbles of the batter. A real disgrace

Ok so it took 7 mins for someone to acknowledge us at the window. And the driver had to repeat their name like 4 times and we also had a mobile order. Like how much simpler could we make it for these employees. About 8 people at in the back and front of the house no excuse for the service to be so horrible. And the food has a 1.2 rating. I’d advise not to go to this location.

Somehow got my entire order wrong. This is insane, literally no part of it was correct, I’ve never had this happen, it’s almost comical how bad they messed this up. Waited an hour for this delivery. So much missing, random stuff added. I had to walk from my barracks to the gate of the military base I’m stationed at, just for this. I tried to call 4 times but I’ve been ignored. I want to talk to a manager and I want a damn refund. Absolutely absurd.
