Feeling a little 😷 sick? Try Starbuck's the Medicine Ball. It's great to have if you're tackling the common cold, the flu, and chills.
Deanna is very helpful; added money to app and bought cards that says Dallas.
Huge shout out to the staff and especially the rainbow-haired woman that took care of my order 2 days ago. I requested my dog’s last pup cup ever and she was so empathetic & kind (while I sobbed at the window). There truly are a good people out there.❤️ RIP Ruca 🐶🌈
This is the best Starbucks location in town. All of the baristas are awesome, especially Roy and Isabella! This store is the perfect example of customer service and I have never had a bad experience. The kindness that extends from this store does make a difference in people's lives, for example I was having a rough day and the positivity and kindness I received one day from these baristas gave me the strength to get through the day! You guys and gals are GREAT and very much appreciated, you all make a difference!!!!
Best Starbucks around. Ashley and Isabella are the best baristas in the business! And as a bonus, I'd seen Ashley wipe all tables and chairs clean. That I respect and appreciate.
Preggos is an established italian go-to place that i've been going to for 40+ years. We mainly sit at the bar and Richard is fantastic and has been there since the 80s! TONY, the owner is great and perfect in his working the tables! Drinks and food and the patrons that have been coming forever, make this place a great dining experience, and also lunch experience!
This amazing spot hasn't lost its luster. It was incredible when I first visited 29 years ago and it's still great today. From the classic crab claw appetizer to the steak pizzaiola, the consistent quality is still there. I just wish my wife and I didn't live in a suburb now so we could go more often.
We went to Prego Pasta House to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — perfect for a special night out. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine care. The pasta tasted homemade, and every dish felt crafted with attention to detail. Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made the evening even better. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxed, romantic dinner — we’ll definitely be back!
Excellent excellent excellent! We arrived at 12pm Sunday. We were immediately greeted and seated. We were asked what drinks we wanted by our server. We were then promptly served our Iced teas. They served us some Italian bread that was so good that my wife almost ate it all. The cheese toast was so cheesy and delicious that we saved it for later. We had both salads I the house and my wife the Caesar. I don't even like salads, but I ate it. Then we got our meals. My wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with Italian sausage and I had the Veal Francese. I would have given the food 5 stars, but my wife said she didn't like the sausage. For me however, the veal was so delicious and tender that I was able to cut it with the butter knife they provided. Then the dessert. My wife had the canolis and I had the tiramisu. I ate it so fast that my wife got upset that I didn't ever offer her some. The total experience was awesome. I recommend you try Pergo once in your life
This was my first time coming here, and I must say..it won't be my last! Everyone ( waitstaff, bartender Cassandra, and the owner) was so nice, and the place made me feel like I was a regular. The food and wine were simply divine. I had the Fettuccine Primavera with shrimp and a glass (or 2) of Chianti. Oh, it wouldn't feel right not to get a piece of chocolate cake (to go). Unfortunately..cake didn't make it home.😆
A family owned restaurant that has been around for 40 years ‼️🍝 Yes Prego Pasta House is absolutely a Dallas favorite! Prego means “Welcome” in Italian and they want everybody to feel like you’re coming back home for a family meal when you’re dining in with them. The recipes they use are family recipes — indeed true Italian flavors! Wine is truly perfect to pair with every appetizer and entree, plus service was first class and efficient too! If you are seeking for an old fashioned, authentic Italian dining experience this is definitely the spot to go! 🙌🏼 What we got: 🧀 Prégo Meat & Cheese Antipasto Plate - $13.95 🍤 Shrimp Prégo (sautéed shrimp in a wine butter sauce) - $23.95 🥩 Joey’s Famous Pepper Steak (served with fettuccine & salad) - $39.95 🥖 Essence (so good with bread) - $3.95 🍋 Desserts of the Day (Lemon Cake) - $7.95 🍷 Riunite Lambrusco
My family recently ordered takeout from Prego Pasta House. They take great care in making deliciously authentic Italian food. There is a reason Prego has stayed in business for more than 30 years and continues to remain a Dallas staple. I recommend the chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana, as well as the fried provolone cheese!

Great Service. Allows to order ahead to jump the queue through starbucks app. Work, hangout, sip hot/cold coffee as per your liking. I just love the coffee's aroma in and around the place.
I’ve been here twice looking forward to go again. the service is quick and friendly. the atmosphere is a vibe, only negative is that the restaurant smells a little funny. I think it’s fairly priced. The Caesar salad is really scrumptious and fresh. The bread and butter is nice but eat the bread quickly or else bread will get stale. The sauce on the lobster ravioli was to die for. nice touch with the shrimp bits which they were bigger. The marinara sauce on The chicken Parmesan was really tasty. Perfect amount of cheese and the chicken was delicious.

Checked out with a credit card, thought it was odd the employee didn’t give me to screen to choose a tip. I asked for a receipt and she had selected the 1$ tip option for herself. It would’ve been nice to decide how much I wanted to tip, but I guess they automatically do it for you, which is shady. The vanilla cream cold brew was excellent!

This location never makes my Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew correctly. I always order the same drink from other Starbucks and never have an issue, but at this location, it tastes completely different. I asked why it was so much darker, and they offered to put another pump of white mocha. It tasted flat and watered down. Disappointing that this is the closest location to work, and I ended up throwing my drink away.
Ordered a hot grande white chocolate mocha. It tasted like sugary water.
I went here about 5 years ago and was disappointed with the pricing and my check I went again last night figuring it had been a while...well, service was great food was okay and come check time here we go again $19 in charges I did not agree with and one they said thats for the extra order and one thats new we dont do that anymore. With all the restaurants in dallas I cannot give this place my endorsement...sorry !!

Best part of the meal was the bread and butter.\n\nThe chicken in cream sauce tasted like it was a powdered mix /processed sauce.
Placed a call in order. Told me it would be ready 20-25 minutes. I get there early and wait in my car to go inside and find out the bartender forgot to put my order in. Then he tells me don't worry…
My husband and I ordered the halibut at the suggestion of the bartender. Unfortunately, the halibut was served extremely dry with the "crust" being completely inedible. The cost was $42.
This is the Starbucks location that I frequent. I was highly disappointed tonight when I went to get a tall caramel macchiato only to find that they didn’t even fill it to the top. It was only filled half way even though I paid full price. To make matters worse, they didn’t add any caramel or sweetener so it tasted extremely bitter.
Homeless everywhere. Bathrooms locked. Baristas are not consistent with other Starbucks. They make awful drinks here step it up as a shareholder ! What milkshake is this ?
Been sitting here for the last 30min, place my order online,I don't think my order is even closed to be ready.
was a paying customer earlier in the day and with my order got a Trenta cup water. An hour later I was leaving my house and accidentally drove away with it on top of my car. Stopped by again to get another water and the lady in the drive through fought with me about it and refused to give me water??… saying I had to be a paying customer. I explained what happened and she was oddly mean? weird location. I was a barista at Starbucks for 5 years and this place sets the bar so low.
What happened to this location? I went here to buy food and use the Wi-Fi at 7;45 pm and now their door is closed! Only their drive through is open. This is path. The original Starbucks business model was about letting people hang out at their locations to get work done! Sad but true.
The last few times I have gone to this Starbucks, they have an employee outside taking orders in the sun with zero shade. Aside from the fact that its very unhealthy (not sure if they know this but skin cancer is on the rise and the suns rays are more dangerous than ever) for the worker and disgusts me when I see it, I am also unable to look at the menu so I actually get less items than I normally would. Maybe the speaker on the drive-through menu board is broken but I would think that would be something they should fix ASAP. Until then I will not be going to this Starbucks which is a shame because they actually have some of the nicest people working there.
The way they randomly close the inside/cafe area without warning before you order ahead on Saturday during the day is ridiculous. Cold brew is very flat at this location as well
The drinks at this location are just not good. The first time I went, I ordered the pecan oat milk cortado, which I had tried multiple times before from different locations. I should have tasted it before driving away, but they definitely didn't add any sort of pecan flavoring and it was too late to go back. It was just plain burnt espresso as far as I could tell. The second time I ordered a peppermint mocha and it tasted burnt as well, but also watery? Idk if the machines here need maintenance or what, but it's resulting in quite yucky drinks. 3 stars for service and atmosphere because each of the baristas I have interacted with on these drive-through orders have been chipper and perfectly fine.
My girlfriend ordered her drink half blonde and half decaf because he has a very strong medical caffeine sensitivity. When she gave the worker (the tall young black gentleman with the nametag T) her order, he laughed at her condescendingly and questioned in a passive aggressive way as to why she would even order that. She then questioned him as to why he would laugh and he flat out denied the accusation and did not offer an apology. We will not be attending this location any further since we didn’t know we were signing up for a verbal berating for simply ordering a drink.
Learned my lesson. I should always check the drink is right before leaving the drive through. Wasn't just the wrong drink, tasted disgusting. Very poor indeed.
The quality of service is terrible. I personally did not like the service and the drink. Even though I told them what I wanted, they prepared the drink three times differently than I told them initially. Simply because they do not listen to what you say, what your preferences are. They only hear the name of the drink and the program does not let other words through. While they prepared the drink for me three times, I simply lost the desire to drink it. After they prepared it, it tasted like water. I was not able to properly enjoy the drink. And why did I give them a tip?
Good place to play fancy or authentic Italian, but like I told the owner this is texas.... keep the authentic but give portions that are going to fill a man not a toddler. Paid for drinks and left, very disappointed in the place and service, couldn't answer a simple question.
The Prego Valet attendant flew two middle fingers at me. Read on to see the situation. Respect is a huge component when I review a business. Carelessly hiring rude and disrespectful employees that reflect negatively on your establishment are highly detrimental. Prego has a Starbuck’s drive through exit lane immediately along side it’s building. The lane is narrow and only can accommodate people, in single file, exiting the Starbuck’s drive through which is why there are the words “One Way – Do Not Enter” painted in bright red letters on the drive through exit (see attached pictures). As I pulled away from the Starbuck’s window, I had already come to a stop right at the edge of Greenville waiting for traffic to clear. At that point, a driver decides to pull up right on top of my front bumper at the “Do Not Enter” letters. At this point, I had nowhere to go because of being boxed in by the cars behind me. The valet attendant comes over and continues to wave the vehicle on in (see attached picture) right on top of my bumper. He easily could have motioned for the driver to go the additional 12 feet to the proper entrance to Prego restaurant. I was only able to back up by several inches and the attendant continued to direct the oblivious driver to come dangerously close to my bumper. After the vehicle had cleared, I immediately exited Starbuck’s and noticed that the valet attendant yelled and flew two middle fingers high in the air (see the picture attached). Not very smart considering how many people have dash cams these days. I was able to capture the full video and pictures from my front and rear dash cams. Behavior like this scores an establishment an immediate failing grade. Follow the rules, treat people with respect. Accountability will be dealt out otherwise.
