Came around 10:30 pm, business closes at 11. I was informed by the manager that they were not dropping fresh chicken anymore for the rest of the night. Being a pregnant woman I was highly upset & disappointed. I asked why not he said they were closing in 10 min, my boyfriend then said they close at 11 and the manager said they were closing early due to an inspection. 2/3/2026. The cashier who went to ask the manager to drop fresh chicken to seem to have felt bad when she came back to the register. I also asked the manager if someone was to come in 20 min was he going to serve them that chicken as well since he said they chicken had been sitting for 10 min and he said yes which is a health code violation and i will be reporting this to the food and health inspection. I asked if the chicken was hot and he hesitated before saying yes and said it’s hot but not fresh. I will be calling corporate and filing a report with the food and health inspectors on this establishment since the manager doesn’t seem to care about the safety and freshness of the food. I am very disappointed and highkey upset with the service and unprofessionalism of the manager. Even asked for jalopenos and was informed we had to pay for that, i told my boyfriend not to pay for it and told the cashier in drive thru never mind. Wasn’t her fault she was just doing her job but as the manager, he should have tried to compensate some way for not giving out fresh chicken when they were not about to close for another 30 min. Them closing early for inspection i’m not buying it because within 10 min 4 more cars was behind us. Update: Got home with our food. Boyfriend asked for spicy tenders which is on the receipt, his tenders are not spicy at all. So they just gave out whatever without accommodating our order. This manager needs to be fired. The young lady at the window I don’t think this was her name on the receipt nor did I get the manager name but he was an older hispanic man with glasses maybe in his 50s or so.

(3/4/26 around 630pm) The young kid at the drive thru brown skin, short, has a very weak voice cant hear anything he says. He can’t get an order right after repeating it over and over to him. When I asked about my order the dude was no where to be seen. He seemed to do it on purpose. He cant handle a simple job. Poor kid is doomed.

I’m tired of the constant mistakes at this restaurant. Once again, the staff got my order wrong. I asked for red beans and rice but ended up with mashed potatoes. It’s frustrating to get all the way home only to realize I didn't get what I paid for. Management needs to hold the team accountable for accuracy

I kindly asked for half and half split in my order, the cashier refused. I think it was an easy request. I don’t understand why she refused. I was forced to buy more spicy chicken since she’d refused to oblige. Then she still had the audacity to tell me she really shouldn’t sell me spicy chicken only but she would since the messed up my order. The place was empty . I see why. DOI-12/20/2025

Our teens love Five Nights at Freddy's and they were excited that Popeyes was promoting a meal and you get a collectors cup. My husband and teens hop in the car and $70 later were very disappointed. When their food came out it was missing the collectors cups and the little cakes. When they told the employee that they were missing items she said I don't know, turned around and walked back inside. They went inside to ask and were given the cakes and told they don't have the collector's cups and never received them. The meal was ok but not great and definitely not worth the price. False advertisement and rude service...save your money.

This is first time in a long time my food was trash. My red beans & rice is 90% rice 10% beans. Nothing in my meal is hot not even warm. & they messed the order up. For the price of this place the food should at least be hot. I’ll never support this location again

Went inside to place a 12 piece order and requested: 4 wings, 4 legs, 4 thighs (2 spicy); and a 6 piece order of hot wings. The order was repeated back correctly yet, once home, missing the hot wings; even though the receipt reflects proof of purchase. Tried calling the location a few times, but the phone calls aren't going through successfully. It'd be great to hear back and even have this issue rectified by either 1) providing the order of hot wings or 2) a reimbursement for the purchase of hot wings that weren't received

This location is a joke. They didn't give me the correct order, they didn't tell me they were out of white meat or mac and cheese, even though they charged me for it, and then my chicken was raw. They also refused to refund me because I ordered my food on the app. I feel like I was discriminated against because I spoke English, and everyone there was speaking Spanish with the exception of one person.

Popeyes chicken at this location is going down because of the cooks so you'll going to give me 3 backs of the chicken im so upset because I live far and couldn't bring the food back this is wrong the workers are throwing out anything they don't care and the gravy on those potato have water added into the gray the chick don't even taste spicy at all.

40 mins of waiting for not sure the reason was but never again. Could of walked to el rancho and made my own chicken faster than what this restaurant took that day. Canes next door always has a big line but at least the waiting is never near bad as popeyes. I took the chance that popeyes with no line could of gotten me out faster but nope. Never again will i come back here. 10 out of 10 i would encourage canes next door.

This is the chicken that I got one late night. It seems like an hour before they close, they don't care about the service they give, as they're ready to get off. I even came through the drive thru one night and the guy told me that they have the last chicken to the car in front of me. It was 9:30pm and they closed at 10pm!!!!
