I have decided to develop a healthy lifestyle and eat better. I searched several different meal plans and services and decided on Snap Kitchen. I am thrilled with my choice! It was easy to order my first week of food and I did have to choose the pick up option. I’m glad I did because they have an awesome young lady that was working when I picked up. Her name is Priti and she is a gem. Just super friendly and very iniformative . The food is excellent, reasonably prices, easy to heat, and really delicious. I did have one problem where I screwed up in the app and ended up ordering twice for the same week. As soon as I noticed it, I emailed customer service. They responded super quick and resolved my problem right away. So far , my entire experience with Snap has been fantastic. I would highly recommend (and I have!!!) Keep up the good all of you amazing Snap Kitchen folks! .

Decided to try Snap Kitchen today and I must say. It was so much better than I expected. The place was so clean and nicely organized. Staff was very friendly. I’ll most definitely be back.
Priced fairly, great portion sizes for weight loss/maintenance, convenient, and includes many healthy Whole Foods! Love the options, taste, and convenience. My only regret is not trying them sooner!
The food is amazing but let me give my 5 reason. I called because I ordered from a delivery service and due to a foot surgery. I didn't recieve my full order (not to the delivery service fault). When I called I spoke to Corey, he found my ordered and arranged for another delivery service to bring it to me with tracking. I appreciate the service of making things by your customers. Definitely ordering again.
I am in love with Snap kitchen meals. Today was my first time a certainly not my last, it’s also my first time trying baked Ziti an I’m in love with Snap Kitchen. There meals are absolutely delicious, healthy a really delicious an easy to warm up. The Baked Ziti has a bit of zest an as it should perfectly well made. These meals are so good! Not a fan of reheating meals but these taste so good and fresh. If I need a quick lunch or dinner this is my healthy go to!

I have had 3 weeks worth of the meal plans so far and I am VERY impressed with how healthy and delicious the food is! The people that work there are super friendly and helpful as well. Every meal I have chosen is so good, and the meat portions are filling. I usually drop about $10 on lunch, so this is at least healthy, and keeping my diet on track when I forget to meal prep!
Meals are easy to grab & go, especially during a rushed lunch break! The staff is always helpful and there are new dishes added to their menu often. You can always find something new to enjoy!
This review is long overdue for me. I’ve been coming here every day for about two months since I started working close by. Snap kitchen is a staple in my work days, the employees make it even more enjoyable. Every single person that works there has a good attitude and a welcoming personality. They are always more than willing to lead me in the right direction when I want to try new things. I love this place!! Tip: the almond butter pancakes. Omg.
The food was amazing but the lady with the locks was rude with an bad attitude not welcoming . Par contre le gars qui m’a servi the day before was so helpful.

Great spot for clean, high-protein grab-and-go meals — perfect if you don’t feel like meal prepping. Food tastes fresh and portions are filling without feeling heavy. The macros are clear and consistent, but flavors can be a little safe/basic and it’s definitely pricey for everyday eating.
I came into this store last week and was greeted by Priti who was super kind to me. She showed me everything that y'all had. I ONLY came back the next day because of HER. She offered amazing customer service and walked me through everything that that y'all had. With me being a flight attendant, she even worked with me to get later expiration dates because of my crazy work schedule. I just came in today and was going to get another weeks worth of meals (I was literally in the store for not even two minutes) looking through the meals and this employee was the exact opposite. He told me that if I wanted the later dates I had to order online and that she let me do that because it was my first time ordering and then asked me what her name was. After I told him he nodded his head like he was going to start drama. Priti was honestly the best and this employee put a bad taste in my mouth. It's all about how to present yourself and how you say things. I honestly more likely just misunderstood her. I ended up just taking my Yeti that I was going to fill with 14 meals for the week and walked out. Won't be coming back to this location that's for sure. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Kudos to Priti for being so kind to me while I was there both times.
I have mixed opinions about this place, it’s one of the only places I know where you can get Bison and most of the plates lend themselves to healthier eating, in fact Snap Kitchen has a viable menu and some unique foodstuffs. But this place…something is off here. The door postings say they close at 8, but I’ve been there at 6:50 and found the door locked, most lights on and an employee in visible sight counting bills and doing paperwork. Don’t bother knocking on the door because - well they are obviously done for the day. They will ignore you. Just like twenty-something college girls ignore thirty-something working men! Another odd thing about this store is, although they will accept cash - they tell you up front “But we won’t give you back any change”. So if you have a $12.00 order and you give them a $20.00 bill - you won’t be getting any change back, that order just turned into a twenty dollar order. Now they are located uptown, and I’ve always been told that rich people approach spending differently but I am a working man who happens to work uptown. I’m not rich. I work for my money. My money does not work for me! And to be honest that 8 dollar difference, would be gas money to get me home … out of Uptown. Naturally they do that because they are trendy and moving towards “cashless purchasing”, so they encourage you to use a credit card. But I am debt free. One of the ways I became debt free is by avoiding the pitfalls of credit card and other “cyber loans”. You know what? I miss My Fit Foods.

The place itself is nice and clean! However, I’m concerned with the training and information being given to employers. Experience: The employee asked me to use my app (tap the icon “leaving store”), so that they get paid. This does not make sense because the order that has been placed has already been paid for. I don’t know what sort of information that employee has been told. Favor fleet orders are orders that have been placed and paid for by the customer. The order would not have been placed successfully as fleet order being picked up by a favor delivery driver, if there was any payment issues. So, that employee requesting that people hit leaving the store so that they get paid does not make sense and shows that this person has lack of experience and understanding .
I hate to leave a bad review but today on 7/20 I and maybe 3 other customers were waiting outside at 6:45 bc the door was closed when the open sign was on and they close at 8. When I first showed up an employee (male w a bandana on) closed the door after letting a customer out locked it and ran to the back whilst on the phone. I waited in my car thinking maybe it was just a br break situation. At this point 4 customers did the same as I did. We knocked and nothing. After maybe 15 mins the employee walks out (running actually)and locks the establishment (again) and leaves in a car. Idk if it’s on the employee or a staffing /scheduling issue but it was bad customer service. I feel like the employees being hired are hit or miss here all the time. There’s been some weirdness a few times that I’ve come and it’s such an easy job….. there is one good lady that works there though. Anyway food is good but customer service is not the best. Maybe they need to be paid more so they’re motivated to actually do their job…..

Seems like they might not have experience with all kinds of demographics. He was tagging along with me, I felt like I was at a jewellery shop and could run away with the million dollar "meal" 😂

They do not carry vegetarian or vegan options and they refuse to do so. Claims the chef refuses to cook it. This is extremely odd given that they market themselves as a "healthy" "fast food" option. I can't imagine this company lasting much longer without the plant based presence.
I'm really sad to be leaving SnapKitchen. Their food quality has gotten so much better and I really enjoy it. I signed up with a promo code for $20 off each week for 3 weeks. The first week was great. The second week, my food was delivered with the ice packs 100% melted and the food quality questionable. My husband emailed customer support and they were argumentative and gave us half our money back. They told us the food was fine and we should eat it. After a few bites, I was gagging from the smell and threw it away. He emailed again and got a full refund. The next week, the ice packs were melted again. He emailed and got a full refund. He asked if he'd get the $20 off the following two weeks since we didn't benefit from the promo and he was told no. I called and left a message and received an email saying they don't have customer service over the phone and everything is handled by email. My husband said he got an email about their 3rd party delivery service having known issues and they're resolved now, so we paid full price for one more week. The delivery never came. He emailed and they said they don't know what happened and gave him a full refund. So much wasted food. So much wasted time...
If I could do negative reviews I would! Today, I was parked to go inside two different places, one being Snap Kitchen, when their employee comes barreling out mad telling me I can’t park there. He then proceeded to get in his personal Hyundai Kona, blocking my car in and when I tried to leave he then tried to smash my car by backing up into it. I did not and will not ever spend a dime at this place, lost my business for life.
You need to fire the short Bald guy who was working today around 5pm. I stopped in to buy about $50 of meals. He didn’t say hello…just do you have a pickup. Then he stood behind me while I made my selections. I went to the register and he purposely made me wait while he walked over to straighten out the places I had grabbed them from. He was obviously mad that I chose the fresher meals, but I cannot eat everything in 2 days. I left everything on the counter and walked out. It was unnecessary. Do you all want business or not? I will not return.
Made my last visit a few days ago as the cashier told me that this week, unless I was signed up for their "club" that I would not get to pick the foods with the fresher dates on them (I would generally buy about 10-14 meals and don't like to throw food away because it expired 3-4 days ago). Apparently, you would be relegated to the nearly expired food without this membership. Given that I used to do the weekly meal plans until they tried to double charge me and were insistent that their double charge was not wrong (had to have my bank dispute the charges, to which the bank found it was indeed a double charge), there is no way I'm signing back up for their weekly service. I'm more than happy to spend my money at Keto Creations, which I won't lie has better tasting food. The keto friendly desserts are also great. I always spend at least $200 a week at Keto Creations, mostly because their meals are more appetizing. Snap Kitchen's alienation of the customer will be Keto Kitchen's gain.
I walked in last Saturday and picked up two meals for my boyfriend without any issues. I was helped by a lovely lady. I returned on the very next day to grab two more meals and this guy working there blankly stared at me and asked if he could help me, I said no thanks, I know what I need. He walked up behind me and asked if I ordered on the app and I said no. He said I couldn’t purchase anything bc I didn’t order on the app. I said you mean to tell me that yesterday I could walk in and grab two meals but today I can’t and he said yeah. He gave me this awful rude glare and was talking under his breath. I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I said okay bye, I will go to Whole Foods and buy them there. He said okay and just shrugged and went about his business. Just weird interaction all together. I guess they don’t want walk in business. The whole store was packed with food and he didn’t want to sell me anything or offer to help me figure out how I could walk out with something. Never seen anything like it.
This food was beyond disgusting and borderline inedible. I bought four meals +2 snack packs and a dessert. The only thing that I enjoyed was the snack packs. However, that’s not to say that the snack packs went without a problem. There was a substance on the outer exterior of the eggs that I felt like I had to wipe off before eating. One of the meals I got included the Philly cheesesteak tacos. They were so greasy after microwaving them. I bit into it and grease poured from my taco for about three seconds. I tried to pat the grease out and it soaked up about three paper towels. Plus, a lot of the meals were going to expire in the next 2 to 3 days. If I’m meal prepping on a Sunday, I find that problematic. The employee that helped me was very nice, but he did swap out my meal for a meal that was going to expire sooner. Yes, this helps the business, but for me as a consumer, it puts me in a position where my meals are going to expire probably before I can even eat them. Safe to say, I will not be back
