Went to twin peaks addison tonight for the first time in a long time and i regret not coming in sooner. I sat with Mia i, Alani and Victoria at the bar and they gave exceptional service throughout the night! My drinks stayed cold, food was tasty, and the environment was lit. This was my first time at Twin Peaks and I really enjoyed myself! The atmosphere was great, the waitresses were all amazing and looking good. Not only are the pours heavy and the beer cold, but they actually take the time to chat sports and make you feel welcome even when it’s busy. I walked in to get a to go order and was met with kind of a shock as normally people stay but they welcomed me nonetheless and asked where I would like to sit while I sat. The food was very good, staff were very friendly(Especially Olivia the bartender and the hostess). I would definitely like to return at some point. Update: I went again and actually sat down today(6/12/2025). Sierra was my server, Sierra is a wonderful server! I asked what was the best thing to get and she gave me a ton of recommendations but ultimately I chose the chicken fried steak. Far as dessert, I let her choose what I got and it was delicious 😋. The staff are all extremely nice!

Paul is the only reason I come to twin peaks anymore. The servers/bartenders are great but from a manager to a manager it means a lot to table touch. He always makes sure very last detail is appointed for and that everyone is happy. Great management 100% that makes a great atmosphere 100%

I had Atasia as my server and she was amazing! So funny and attentive! Truly so friendly and made me feel like I’ve already known her for years. She was very assuring and knew so much about the menu and remembered all of my requests and orders without having to pull her book out once. Very impressive. The GM Eric was also very helpful as always, tending to all the guest. Eventually I moved to the bar and they also offered me premium service. :) Ask for Atasia when you come if you want to laugh and have a good time!

This place was a pleasant surprise, I usually don’t expect much from restaurants that stay open really late or sports bars. But everything I had here was excellent. The manager, Eric, was great and put me in a place with good views of a TV that they put the Cubs game on for me, and the server, Amber was really attentive. She gave me excellent recommendations and everything that she recommended was extremely good. Most of the parking is around back so look for the big parking lot behind the restaurant, and there was seating at tables, at the bar, and in sort of a semi outdoor space as well

The food is always perfect to me! The beer temp was a staggering 27 degrees (causes ice crystals) which is the best! \n \nBartender, Zell from Wichita, KS is hella kind and professional.

We received great service, and the quality of the food was excellent! Lots of food options. The cost of the food and drinks were very reasonable and affordable! Would highly recommend!

We came to this place around 9:30 pm for dinner, as it was one rare restaurants that remained open late hours. The inside of the place was really nice, high ceiling, wooden frames, lots of sitting space and a huge bar. Lots of TVs all around, great for watching sports. They also have a special cigar bar/room, where a lot of the diners were chilling smoking their cigars. The menu had a variety of dishes including burgers, cheesesteaks, nachos, tacos, flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. We got the double stacked nachos with chicken. It was actually a really good dish. I got the Philly cheesesteak for entree. It was pretty good, had lots of steak in it with melted cheese. Other than the cheese, rest of the ingredients like onions and peppers were hard to see in the sandwich. It requested to replace the French fries with coleslaw on the side, but it wasn’t tasty at all. My friends like their chicken club sandwich and the salad bowl. Our server was friendly. Those on multiple occasions we had to look for her, first to put the order cause we were waiting for about 10 minutes, then again to ask about our dishes since it took them more than 20 minutes to bring them to the table.

April 21st, 2021... During my aviation training as a cross-functional CSA accompanied w/ some new aviation worker/ friends. We ordered some appetizers and cocktails. Everything from the variety of appetizers, the drinks and the company were awesome. I look forward to stopping by again next time I'm in the area while in DFW.

Great atmosphere with a decent decor. It has a nice rustic cabin vibe with plenty of wall art to keep your eyes busy. The waitresses are all very beautiful which is the theme of the restaurant so I would avoid here if that’s an issue for you. The food is delicious and comes in large portions which makes it great for sharing. The smoking section is a bit annoying though IMO. No offense to smokers.

Food is good, service really depends on the day and waitress. Some are very attentive and some leave you easily waiting to order again while they’re chit chatting with other customers and other waitresses just ignore you… Atmosphere is great!

First time at Twin Peaks and got their lobster roll BLT. First bite in you get a mouthful of the lemon mayo with a hint of spiciness, then comes the crunch of the celery and onions. After that you can feel the soft buttery bread, but…it's really hard to tell where the lobster comes in. There were a few visible chunks on top but I couldn't taste or feel anything outside of the mayo. Fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, which was the saving grace of this dish. Personally I feel a lobster roll is wasted if using heavy sauces because you can't taste the lobster. Still wanted to give it a try though since it looked good on paper.

I got the Crispy Chicken Ranch and to be honest it was good as you bite into it and get the rush of flavor from the breading, but soon as you got to the chicken it was so bland it just dumbed down the taste of it almost to the point where I began feeling nauseous. My buddy got the Smokestack which when I asked how was it, he just waved his hand side to side. Indicating a so-so. For the prices we paid I would've hoped it would have so much more flavor. Disappointing. The fries and Onion rings and Mozzarella cheese bites I do recommend. To sum it up: Basically, order appetizers. Save yourself the trouble of eating an entree that will make Jack in the Box shine bright. I don't think I will be visiting Twin Peaks locations again to be honest, I enjoyed other establishments far more than this visit here.

Their icy cold beer mug is great and the house beer Twin Peaks Light at $2.49 ($2.99 now) each is cool and refreshing. Beware there's a $3 surcharge if you want Beyond meat patty in your burger. Order the yummy wings and you can add fries (potato or sweet potatoes) for 1.49 only. The ribs portion is kind of small, only half a rack (about 5 bones). The fried pickles is good to go along with the beer too. The waitress is friendly and offered to split the check for us which is very helpful. However the lowest default tip on the card machine now is 22%, what a ripoff! Happy hour is 2 to 7 pm every weekday. However if you just some good burgers with fries and no alcohol, it's better to go to In-and-Out.

Look, I love Twin Peaks. Atmosphere is second to none for a guy like me. But, I had the NY strip tonight from this location. It was cooked fine (asked for medium rare, got it a bit on the rare side but was fine) but the cut was awful. Cutting through it with the steak knife felt like a chore. Loaded with connective tissue that made it even more difficult. At most of it, but eventually got tired of it and left. The "billionaire bacon" was fantastic though, so they get 2 stars for that. Also, default 24% tip on the reader? I tip well when it's called for, but that's just onnoxious.

Ordered a family meal on January 31st. Somehow was double charged and have been calling the restaurant all week trying to resolve the issue. Spoke with Jordan, Riley, and Eric. Jordan was the most pleasant and helpful. These other men were quite jerky. Finally today, I called and Eric told me I would have to contact my bank/ card holder. Expressed to him how much of an inconvenience this has been trying to track down how to get a refund and I understand he doesn't care but he could have been more polite about it. Now, the day that I ordered- I placed the order online through their website and it gives a pickup time. Perfect, I got there right when it said it would be completed but still had to wait and extra almost 30 mins for this order. My son was in the car waiting and hungry as we were returning from his hockey game and the rest of my family was wondering where I was. The girls in the front were very sweet and were trying to help but the organization was not there. I was brought out one sealed bag that was very light and then it got taken back to the kitchen. The manager, I believe Riley, finally came out with 2 bags for the order and asking me if it was correct and it's like sir, you work here, not me. These are things you should know. He's a manager and kept saying that the restaurant doesn't sell many of these. Um, alright but he should still have a better grasp of the menu and not give excuses. The meal was tasty and a good price but after all this headache, I don't see myself returning. Also, I understand that whole point of the restaurant is to sexually objectify women but when it's freezing outside and these almost naked girls have to stand at the hostess stand, maybe let them wear a cute jacket with their underwear.

We been coming here for awhile now. Mostly a blast. Fun, enjoyable and tasty beer and food. I like this place. It’s a good layover place after Anchorage to chill out. Today, however, service was questionable. The red head lady was patronizing cos I sat first as there was no one at the entrance. Not a good experience again. I’ll come with my buddies but not alone. I’m not white and I’m not African American. I normally come here for some food and beers and then a cigar. Sigh.

I can't believe how bad my experience was last night. On a Sunday night we had a couple drinks and a cigar then went to the dining room for dinner. Our waitress looked exhausted, you could tell she had had a day. It took 45 minutes to get a salad and a Philly sandwich. When I asked what the problem was in the kitchen she just rolled her eyes. Most of my compliants for Twin Peaks comes from the kitchen. Wait staff is incredible, very welcoming and nice. The kitchen/management could use some fresh blood. I arrived right as they unlocked the doors at 11. Took 23 minutes to make the first food order. That seems like a long time to make a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were not seasoned correctly. Saw a manager walk through the restaurant and out the front door on a cell phone. He obviously did not check on any customer and ask about their experience. The fries were still wet when they were brought out and the chicken used for my chicken sandwich had weird pieces of meat in it, some parts were thick and other parts were thin.chicken was super chewy and not tender. Again, great place if they could fix management and the cooks.

I didn't realize Twin Peaks had a cigar bar inside so I wasn't prepared to have some drinks with the constant smell of smoke, but I didn't let that impact my review. My main issue was the place was not busy, but my drinks did not come until after my food was delivered, and I ordered my drinks 20 minutes before the food came. Also, the server would disappear for long periods of time, my date wanted to order another drink, but we couldn't find the server until after he had already completed his meal. Overall, maybe it was just a bad night, I may try again in the future and update my review.

The food we ate was OK. Their cocktails weren't great and the service was terrible. Our first server was OK. She got moved to another sections so we closed our tab with her and we were told our new server would be right over. We waited around 30 mins with absolutely bo service so we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

I'm at this location 3 or 4 times a week. Today did not meet any kind of standards for any restaurant. I asked for service multiple times at the bar and was completely ignored. I finally gave up and left. I just want to point out that it was not busy there are plenty of open seats at the bar. The bartenders were just not attentive and did not seem like they wanted to be there at all. Extremely rude. On my way out I talked to a manager I believe his name was Paul. He listened to what I had to say address the issues and was apologetic. He said he's a new manager there and I have full faith that he will be able to rectify any problems. Very professional. I will be back but this visit was disappointing to say the least.

Ordered take out. My wife was there promptly so she could pick up the food right when it was ready. But somehow wasn’t ready and food was cold when picked up. Nachos were extra soggy and I ordered brisket but somehow wasn’t given chicken. The wings were so cold and not even full filling.

This restaurant has no reservations, its 1st come 1st serve, yet the hostess said we couldn't have a round table because larger parties would be coming. There were 4 of us, two (2) D1 football players. We needed a little more room than a 4 top! The restaurant was half full, empty tables everywhere. She wanted to put us on a side where we couldn't even see the TVs. I asked for the Manager and the hostesses never returned, the Manager never came either.

Over the weekend there was an incident at this establishment. I wasn’t going to make a big fuss on the matter but after talking to my doctor/therapist they suggested I bring awareness to what happened. I’m a disabled male that walked into twin peaks to watch some football and have some food. Everything was great walking in, before sitting down I had to use the bathroom. Walking out the bathroom I was approached by a “manger” and was asked to leave because he was implying I was intoxicated. Instead of checking if everything was okay & trying to be understanding I was asked to leave. As I mentioned I’m disabled I usually walk with assistance(cane) because my balance is off. I felt brave enough to walk in the establishment w/out a cane because I was walking in with my sister & was being helped out. I mentioned the situation to the “manger” and he still proceeded to let me know he can refuse service to who he wants. I had no choice but to accept his request and leave. I was humiliated people were just watching how I was being discriminated because I’m disabled. If I would’ve known it was a huge issue walking with my balance off I would’ve brought my cane from the car but there I was trying to be as normal as possible & walking w/out assistance. After being told to leave I told the “manager” to explain the situation to my sister and he did which made her real upset because we simply went to eat and we had to leave. After that I just walked away but my sister stayed to let the manager know it wasn’t fair.(huge altercation afterwards) So if you are disabled and going to twin peaks reconsider it because I would hate someone else go through the same thing. Its hard enough being disabled and standing out and to get discriminated is a huge blow to your self esteem.

Incredibly Bad Management at the Addison location. I took a friend new to town there. He ordered a beer (Shiner Bock), drank half of it and said it really taste funny. I said because that is a Bud Light not a Shiner Bock. Told the waitress who then brought him the correct beer. The left over half beer on the table which they would throw away i drank. When the bill came they actually charged both my friend and myself $2.00 for a half of beer. It is the principal of the idea not the money, trust me. I said you brought him the wrong beer why should he pay for your mistake. Who I thought was the assistant manager came by and said when he drank it and proceeded to be rude and difficult - all for $2. Unbelievable ! The table next to us ordered chips and salsa the chips were all broken little pieces and he said he mixed drink was terribly watered down and gave them an issue about bringing a shot to add to correct it. I shared these stories with a happy hour group (6-10) that rotate places weekly and they took it off their list.

BEWARE of THIS PLACE !!! NEVER AGAIN !!! For those who don’t have time: Very disrespectful workers, you can be accused for things you don’t do. For those who have time: I went out for a photo walk with my camera, on my way I took photos of twin peaks (I attach them here so you can see the photos) and continue. Couple of hours later I was on my way back and I wanted to go there for a beer. At the entrance a person approached and told me he can’t let me in with the camera. I asked why is that? All cell phones have camera, everyone here has one, I or anybody don’t need such camera to take photos. He told me one of his girls told him that I was taking photo of them before. I said yes I was taking photo but photo of the place not the girl. I told I am a regular customer and from some other country, I took photo because wanted to show to my dad later on ( things like; the places I hang, where I stay etc…) and I could be taking the photo with my cell phone as well and this is non sense. I turned on my camera and wanted to show what I have in camera ( Took only 2 photos and I attach them here). He said ‘I will not look’ because at this point he understood he was wrong. I insisted him to look at the photos, because he accuse me like a psycho and I was showing what I have in camera and I want an apology. He said he will not sorry and wanted me to leave. I repeated he needs to sorry than I can leave but he said he will not. I asked I want to talk to manager and he said he is the manager. LOL what a manager… To be honest if I was living in USA I would sue them because of their disrespect and accusation. Because I don’t have time for that, this is all I can do. I regret the time and money spent there in the past, I regret I suggested this place to my colleagues…Never again! Do yourself a favor and don’t go this place. There are so many nice places around.

Management is a complete joke. The bathroom is continually disgusting. How do you have green mold on a daily basis on the sink? For months at a time? The cigar room seems cool. The girls most nights are great. The window has been broken for about 9 months without any intent of fixing. The ventilation is terrible. It’s either freezing cold or hot as hell. Both are a fun option. Actually there is absolutely no ventilation. During a good sporting event you can’t see the back of the room because it’s so smokey. They advertise Jose Quervo shots, but there’s no guarantee that they are in stock. The Bud Light tap has been broken for years and when it freezes up they never fix it, they just make the girls tell the customers it’s “out”. So many liquors are completely out of stock. Right now they are out of Glen Levit, Balvenie, Jose Quervo (Saturday, Feb 7th). They took several popular bourbons off the menu as well. They discontinued the lunch specials. When anyone questions the onsite management it’s been met with swift and short curt answers, never any empathy towards the customers. How does this happen the night before the Super Bowl?

My burger was good and the bartenders were nice. Sadly, that is where the positive ended for me. I was unaware that they had a cigar lounge. Had I known, I would not have gone. Hadn't been to a twin peaks in a decade. The whole place smelled like a carton of cigarettes & I left smelling like it. 1 of the bartenders, on multiple occasions, used her bare fingers to wipe excess salt from the inside of glasses while making drinks. She also used her fingers to wipe things out of the shot measuring cup. I was absolutely disgusted. Will not be returning.

I got seated and was ignored for over 15 minutes while multiple servers walked right by me and were more interested in talking to their co-workers or other tables. I even moved to a new section very close to where all the servers gather, so as to be easily seen. Nope - still nothing. Completely ignored. One server was 10 ft from me and looked at me multiple times while talking to another table and didn't even ask if I had been helped. Finally, I decided to go up to the hostess who was (at that point) near the kitchen area at the end of the bar. I asked if anyone was working in my area. What I got was an attitude as if I was completely bothering her. I was done at that point. What's so sad is I've probably been in this establishment over 50 times, but this was absolutely - by far - the worst service I've ever received. The MO at TP seems to be that if you are seated in an area where a server is nowhere to be found, then the other servers will not even acknowledge you because it's simply not their area. You are completely invisible.

The little girl at the front was so rude. There was clearly two tables empty but she kept saying idk if the waiter wants to serve more people or not. We got there at 11pm which clearly wasn't late at night but everything we said, she kept coming up with excuses so she doesn't give us the table... we even said we would wait but she said she doesn't know if we can get the table or not... vague answers...! The manager was more interested in watching the game than seating us... HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING UR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
