I don’t always crave Krispy Creme donuts because the sweetness factor can be incredibly overwhelming, but when I do crave it, no other donut will hit the spot. This location seems to be packed often. I love all the flavored milk selections they have too!

If your in the area and love donuts, Krispy cream isn't a bad place to stop at. Alot of options to choose from. Also they have seasonal donuts to choose! Some locations like this also have a drive through which makes it pretty convenient bit it's never too busy inside and the liblne goes pretty quick

I showed up at 815am to get a dozen variety donuts for my coworkers. It was so fresh and fluffy and delicious! Needless to say, it was all gone so fast. When i last visited a year ago, the donuts tasted stale and i did mention to the manager. I think they've corrected and they're back on top. Can't wait to get another dozen.

Solely making this post to shout the employees at this location! One employee was cleaning the conveyor belt and one employee was taking care of all the customers! She was covering the drive thru and the walk in customers. We saw her literally running around while still being really kind and respectful. She even threw in an extra donut for the wait. She truly deserves a raise cause she was just amazing!

The great KK that I remembered. It has been a few years since we had stopped by this place. We were greeted with a freshly out of the oven warm donut. My grandchild simply loved it. Krispy Kreme doughnuts it’s a very nice place to come in the mornings to get your fresh made coffee together with your fresh made donuts, but if you come in the afternoon then you will probably going to get a huge line of customers before you get you, this is a very popular place located here in Daly city and most of the people that lives around here knows about it, you can even come with your friends at any time just to have a good time inside in the lobby or you can come by yourself either way you will always feel comfortable here. Ive found that many donuts can not only taste greasy or have a waxy texture but smell unpleasant/ pungent which is not a problem with Krispy Kreme. Glazed original all the way!

Krispy Kreme has a special place in my heart. That being said, it has declined over the last few years. This is the first Krispy Kreme on the way back up north, and a great pit stop for early morning or late night travels. Is there an unacceptable time of day for donuts and a coffee? Not if you ask me. Half of the experience is watching the glazing machine do it’s thing, but unfortunately that’s not gonna happen for the next few months.

I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the high prices of overrated donuts. I bought ten of the mini strawberry sprinkles and chocolate iced. They're 2.50 for 2 or 16 for almost 15 dollars. I spent ten bucks for 8, which isn't that bad if you want something really sweet. They're still expensive tho. But the biscoff editions are so good. And I rarely go there but biscoff is 1 good cookie, so i had to try 1 of each. Carlos was very nice and great about answering any of my questions for the overpriced assortment of donuts that I bought this morning. They also have a cinnamon roll and apple fritter, which don't count as donuts, so they're excluded from any dozen that you order.

Why is it that every time i go here I feel like a glutton? Oh yeah, because it's right next door to In-N-Out burger and by the time we arrive we've already had a burger...and fries. Parking is always slightly tight but the donut conveyer belt with freshly glazed donuts is always fun to watch and there are plenty of flavors to choose from! I was happy to see they had mini donuts so I opted for my favorites - a traditional glazed and glazed chocolate. $0.75 each or two for $1.29. The normal sized donuts are $1.29 each.

Did a drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts plus another four selected favorite donuts. Drove home and the four of us enjoyed the sweet treats. We will battle in the AM for three that were left over. Thanks for the great treat of donuts.

We went here to get one dozen donuts, paid $19 which I'm sorry I feel that is ridiculous but it was the closest place. The reason for the four stars is the young lady who was working the drive-through window when she was handing us. our box leaned over and realized I have a broken hand, saw my cast and said I hope you feel better and I thought that was super sweet that she took the time to be personable.

As always Krispy Kreme has the sweetest light donuts ever. At least they feel light as your eating them. They don't have the old fashion heavy on your stomach feel. Nonetheless, they are donuts so eating them has consequences. As long as you don't eat them all the time it's ok maybe once or twice a year. I have always enjoyed their donuts!! Hope you do too.

In fact their donnuts are really special, with delicious flavors, soft and also fresh all day. Others brands also have good donnuts, but only the ones made by Krispy Kreme have the god's touch and the flavor given by the angels. I recommend it.

Coffee tastes very strong and caffeinated. Donuts are the usual sugar circle with dough. Parking is tough here due to an In and Out sharing the same parking lot. 24 hrs of Delicious donuts, coffee - stick to the classics on their menu.

I don't know what's going on lately but every filled donut I get has just a spit of filling. Dunkin Donuts fills their donuts generously.

The donuts are awesome as usual but I wouldn't come here for the coffee! The first cup was tepid and weak like it was half cream and watered down coffee. The replacement was a little better. It's probably better if you don't ask for cream and add it yourself. They must not be coffee drinkers here.

The donuts are scrumptious when hot, but we've taken to walking in for pick up rather than drive through. Drive through even with the hot sign on often they aren't served straight off the line. Definitely do the microwave for 10 seconds trick when they're cold since they really go from o.k. donuts to scrumptious when hot

Of course the doughnuts are great but the service is not so great. They do not have enough counter help for 8:45 am. It took about 15 min to get a dozen. There were plenty of people working but not enough helping customers. Anyone knows people are in a hurry in the morning and that should be priority. Not just the drive thru. Also it was really hot inside the store. Definitely need to work on their customer service.

For the record, the store is very clean & staff friendly & helpful. My issue is this. Their stock is now about 95%(est) items that cost extra. The selection on the regular price donuts is extremely limited. If this is to be a continuing trend, then I'm going to Dunkin from now on. Better selection(regular donuts) & less expensive.

*Update: They eventually did get delivered after my phone call to the driver, and my husband did receive two phone calls but was out on emergency medical calls and couldn't answer. Still wish she would have called me if she didn't see the fire station per instructions. Will raise the review to three stars for trying to make it right. I will mention that even though you are going through their website, the order gets delivered via a company called DoorDash. DO NOT DO DELIVERY! Ordered two dozen donuts from this location for my husband's birthday (since he'll be working and we're hours away). Wrote in the notes that it was going to *** at the fire station. Provided my number and his on the form. Delivery for 8am. I see them in route, great. Then, a photo of the boxes left "next door" on a bench. There is no next door, and I've never seen this bench before, so I call. I could barely understand the driver, but they thanked me for calling and for added instructions. They first said the donuts were still in their car, but they'd go back to the area and call in 15 minutes (which would be opposite of the photo left in the text thread). We're over 30 minutes and haven't heard anything. Called Krispy Kreme to just get my money back, and at 8:47am there won't be any Manager for the day until 3 p.m. Don't waste your time. They won't call if they have questions on the delivery, they don't read the instructions that tell them what kind of building they are going to and they won't call the recipient to make sure they come out to receive it. All around one of the worst experiences I've had with a delivery to date.

I haven't had Krispy Kreme in a while, so maybe something's changed, but it was worse than I remember. The donuts in the box we bought looked small and flat, and were somewhat mushy in texture. While they weren't bad, they weren't as good as I expected them to be. Maybe we got a bad batch, but even the samples were the same; deflated. I considered the possibility that Krispy Kreme started skimping out on their products, but when I went to their Mountain View location a few days later, their donuts were visibly bigger and tasted better. Even the premade Krispy Kreme donuts they sell at Target looked fine in comparison to the ones we got at Daly City. So, Krispy Kreme is good, but there was something wrong with this location in particular. Maybe it was a one time thing, who knows? 3/5.

When this place first opened, I waited in line. I think I stood there for over an hour just for a donut. Then, when I went in and tasted one of the sample donuts they were handing out… I fell in love! How could something be so soft and delicious? I don’t quite remember, but I’m pretty sure I walked out that day with at least two dozen donuts! It’s much quieter now compared to back then, and I don’t eat them as much because they feel a bit too sweet these days. But I still have such fond memories of how good they were.

False advertising is a big pet peeve of mine. Stores and restaurants—especially corporate chains like Krispy Kreme—should feel obligated to provide customers the most accurate, up-to-date info possible. This location claims to be open 24/7. When I arrived at the drive thru just after 2am (Fri night/early Sat morning), I found cones blocking the entrance and the lights turned off. I thought maybe it’s just a fluke. But then I read the countless reviews from others who also arrived late night expecting a 24/7 drive thru, only to leave angry and disappointed (and without donuts). Get it together, Krispy Kreme! Show customers some basic consideration and keep your business hours updated.

Saw the workers in the back frosting the donuts and not wearing gloves. They were picking up the donut with their bare hands and hand dipping them into the pink glaze. Tasty donuts but I feel like this is unsanitary. If you’re going to have a huge glass window that lets customers see you work at least practice proper hygiene by wearing gloves!

2.5 ⭐ Every body knows that Krispy Kreme has delicious donuts. Love it when the red HOT NOW light is on (everyone gets a free glazed donut!) And Cinnamon-Roll-Sundays are truly a thing of beauty. My review isnt about any of that. It's about their chillers.... They suck. They're too sweet, too expensive and it had that mildewy taste from not being used or the spout not being properly cleaned enough. I should have canceled my drink when the girl had a hard time getting the machine to dispense it. My guardian angel was trying to save me from an over-priced mop-water slushy, but my stubborn butt was determined to waste good money. TLDR: I threw my lemonade chiller out and will NEVER EVER EVER FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE get another frozen drink from Krispy Kreme. EVER. ...but their iced coffees are still good, and a good deal - especially when the red HOT NOW sign is lit. Whipped cream, caramel and mocha drizzle are all free, btw. Mmm-hmm!

We drove *two hours* (closest Krispy Kreme to us) for the Game day deal.. buy a dozen orginal glaze get one dozen for $2.. we asked for fresh and were told it would be 15-20 minutes... they made us a box of the mixed and we waited 30 minutes so we asked and they told us another 30 minutes.. so we didn't get any orginal glazed, no sugar or any we really wanted. We got another box of mixed no speciality ones.. we were charged 18.99 for assorted but that's ALL they had to choose from.. so it was $30 plus milks/ one speciality donut. As we were leaving.. there for 50 mins.. they finally started but being that we waited so long, with our toddler, I'm 6 months pregnant AND had 2 hours to drive back.. we left..they were rude and children were working there.wont be back! We are so so disappointed and you'd think they'd make it right since being there for so long..

Speaker needs improvement. I couldn't understand them and vise versa. I was missing my dozen glazed, but they quickly ordered again. Also, I was in a rush, so i drove off withput lickung up my coffee. But i think the cashier forgot to give it to me as well because she immediately closed the window. I had two kids under two, so I litealy parked car right jn the front door and got off to ask for my coffee. It took them like 3 min to talk to each other about whether or not I payed for it i guess. Love the donuts. The customer service today around 3:30pm was not so great. 1. The staff member helping me asked three times what I wanted in my assorted dozen while I was just taking a second to look at the options. 2. The staff member was gossiping about customers with two other staff members. 3. While gossiping, they ended up giving me two of the wrong donuts. I order the custom dozen and 2 dozens of donut holes. This was an online order and picked up inside the store. When I got home my custom dozen of donuts had the wrong donuts and some of the other ones are subpar with Krispy Creme as they are sections of missing glaze or smaller compared to my other donuts. The worst thing is the donut holes where just 1 dozen of mini donuts. I would highly recommend double checking your orders before leaving this place. It has gone downhill fast.

Not so good. Online I order 24 original glazed donut at 8:30am and pick up at 1:00pm. When I arrive they said we don't have any glazed donut. So I got a refund. Waste my gas driving there. Should have emailed me or something. Waste my time

Came before 2:30 a.m. the drive thru employee wasn't at the window and we were waiting for at least 10 min. We wanted a dozen glazed and dozen chocolate iced but then there was no original glazed made until "later" is what the employee said. We asked for our donuts and then we were confused when the employee didn't let us pick our donuts. We asked him if he's going to choose or if we were supposed to since it looked like he was going to give us a bunch of filled donuts,he gave us an attitude when asking what we wanted. Only reason we came over was this was the only one open. How can you be out of the original.

just doordashed a dozen donuts and 2 2% milks and the WHOLE order was wrong!! we got a dozen donuts for 2 people cause that was the only option on doordash and they had the audacity to get the entire order wrong and we paid $40 for it!! we ordered original donuts and yet we got a mixed batch and for the milk we ordered 2% milk but the milk that came was whole milk. just so you know we will never be ordering here ever again. would give a 0 if i could!

Came all the way here from SF since it's the closest Krispy Kreme to use a gift card I received. They wouldn't accept the gift card and gave no explanation as to why or where we could use it, just "it doesn't work at this location". Not the fault of the staff of course, and they quickly asked a manager, but to not have any explanation or info from the manager on why it's not accepted or who to contact is extremely frustrating.

upwrods of 3$ for one doughnut?? if theres anywhere i would expect to be able to get a basic doughnut for around 1$ its this place. bummer. im sure they are good but they need a value menu

Hot sign was on but there were no fresh doughnuts available. There wasn't even enough of the original glazed to fill the dozen I ordered. Very disappointing, and do t plan to make my way back to this location. Employees working weren't sympathetic or apologetic for lack of product or mistake with the signage.

So on the 29th of February 2024, Krispy Kreme had advertised a free dozen doughnuts to anyone born on leap year. My girl was excited to hear this so we went there in Daily City CA and ordered a box as well as extra doughnuts and coffee...because we wanted to patronize the business for the free gift as well. When we got to the register, the total came to over 50 bucks! We explained it was her birthday and even produced her ID as proof but the manager or owner (whoever she was) told us no, they weren't doing that. We argued that they had advertised and drew us in due to that ad but she still refused to honor the offer. Disgusted, we left and my girl contacted the local radio station to let them know what happened. About a half hour later, they read her review on the air to hundreds of thousands of people and apologized that happened on her special day. Great business decision Daily City Krispy Kreme. One box of pastry cost you thousands in bad publicity. Honor your word next time. Investing in public relations is part of every great business model. Greedy business owners who lie to customers soon find themselves out of business. Remember that.

I got a donut here after In-N-Out and got my favorite raspberry filled donut. After taking it out of the bag, I realized it was almost flat, not round like in the display. I started eating it and then halfway through I realized, where’s the raspberry? Turns out there was only a little bit in the last bite. Also the donut didn’t even taste fresh, don’t know how long ago it was made. Won’t come back here again

Me and my boyfriend have ordered limited edition dozens from this location multiple times and typically they do not include what is advertised, to the point that we stopped using the drive thru so that we could watch them and double check. Today, we went to get the Scooby Doo dozen. I asked to make sure that each of the 2 monster donuts they had would be included, in other words, not duplicates as there are technically 3 different monster toppers. The employee assured me that there are 3 monster donuts in each box. I don't think she understood what I was asking but I said "great" and moved on. She instantly has the box of clearly prepackaged donuts ready for us. I thought it was odd that the box was prepackaged.... Immediately, as my boyfriend was paying for the dozen, I noticed that there was a chocolate iced donut with sprinkles in the box that was not part of the dozen and that clearly we did not get all the donuts that we were promised (3 of each of the Scooby themed ones). We went over to a table to look at what was actually in the box. There were NO monster donuts, and instead 3 chocolate with sprinkles. We went up to the counter where we were ignored for over 2 minutes (it wasn't busy) at which point we tried to show someone who I assume is the manager our dozen and explained that we were not given any monster donuts as promised. She told us they were out. We pointed to the 2 trays of them in the display case. She then tried to explain that the donuts in the case are for display only and that they are 4 days old. What? I've never heard of Krispy Kreme having display only donuts, and even still, why display something that is not available to sell?? After she realized that we were not satisfied with that outcome she replaced the chocolate donuts with the monster donuts that are supposedly 4 days old! What? Are they 4 days old and unavailable or not? We left at that point upset with nothing left to say. It is upsetting to have been lied to multiple times and now we have no idea if the monster donuts are even safe to eat, or if any of these donuts are safe to eat since they are prepackaged?? How old are they? Why prepackaged something that isn't correct? This location is running a scam as they never give you what you order. If they are honestly out of something then 1. It shouldn't be on display, and 2. Just be honest about it!!! I wouldn't have been upset if they just weren't there at all and the employees informed me they were out and so they would be substituted. It's almost like the manager didn't want to talk to us because she already knew our problem.....

1 for the fact that a lady served us and suddenly threw the box and ran away because someone called her and simply forgot about us? this is normal in general, a guy came and folded us the wrong donuts, conduct an interview with your employees so that they do their job clearly and without distractions!!!!!!!

They close at 11 pm but lock the doors and block the driveway at 10:30pm. I sat there and watched so many people get turned away between 10:30 and 11pm. This is the second time this has happened to me. There was about 7 or 8 people working there too. One customer exclaimed they drove 40 minutes and arrived at 10:45 but was told they were closed. I got in when someone was leaving and was ignored for a while.

The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Furthermore, it is concerning that they were out of several popular flavors. While I understand that inventory management can be challenging, it is crucial to maintain a comprehensive list of available options. If a customer inquires about the absence of a particular flavor, it is essential to provide an explanation, even if it involves a lack of a sign-up listing.

Order was incomplete. Called them after they let it ring for 5 minutes. Amelia picked up. Informed her my order was delivered but incomplete. All she could do is keep saying "What I can do?". Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Apparently there is not one there today and I should call tomorrow. Not sure why she wouldn't own the problem and tell the manager or supervisor herself. Also not sure why there is no manager / supervisor there every day, considering that's kinda what they are supposed to do. Expect an issue and when addressing nothing will be made right. Waste of time
