Raising Cane's

Everything was great except the drinks. We ordered 3 large sodas. And got 3 medium and they had no flavor. Manager swapped them with Dr. pepper. Once we arrived home. Dr pepper had no flavor either sadly, they taste like baking soda with some type of flavor. Waste of money. But I got to say. The manager was very attentive and very professional. I greatly appreciate her.

If you love chicken fingers, this is the place to go! The only downside is that it can get a little messy sometimes, especially when teens come in after football games. Other than that, during the day you can enjoy your food comfortably in the dining area.

Portions have been cut down a LOT. Extremely small tenders. And fries no where near what they used to give . Not sure if it all canes. But. Today was my last visit to canes. Pictured BOX COMBO. Three of the 4 tenders were half a tenders size. Feel like I wasted my money. Won't happen again.

I hope this place isn't going downhill now. *update: I've been back 2 times since this incident, and everything was great. I didn't contact the manager because it was the only time this happened.

I mean the food is so good but when I Uber my food I got all my food except my canes sauce

Tenders were really small, fries were a small portion and they forgot to give me my two extra toasts. Gave me the wrong drink as well. Only good thing is they fill the sauces all the way up.

The portions have gotten smaller. No fry’s hardly the tenders so small. The tea most of the is horrible no ice in the machines. The coke , Dr Pepper is flat.this place is going down good service bad food.

If I am paying almost TWENTY DOLLARS for FAST FOOD, and I ask for extra fries, this is an entirely unacceptable amount of fries... How many times are you going to keep raising prices while also serving less food?!

Me and my boyfriend visited this location today because my older brother had given us a gift card and everything was fine until we got home and started eating. I found a nail in my food and was extremely disgusted to say the least, I proceeded to call the store to speak to a manager and she did not seem to care stating that her employees are trained on cleanliness and offered me a replacement meal. I myself work in a fine dining restaurant in Friendswood and I know if your employees are actually trained on cleanliness there wouldn’t be nails in the food. Safe to say we won’t come here again and I highly recommend that others go to different locations or just don’t eat canes as well.

Not satisfying!!! The amount of money you spend on baby size chicken strips was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I’m never going to return to this establishment anymore and I suggest you check your order before leaving the drive through to make sure they don’t scam you as well

The absolute disrespect. Ordered a 4 finger combo. Recieve it and all the pieces were rather small. One pice in particular was miniscule. I have been cooking here pretty often and these were much smaller than normal for sure. No big deal. Some quality control issues. That's bound to happen. You know what, let me mention it to the staff. Maybe they'll hook me up with another small piece. Taking to the server, I was completely dismissed. "If you want more, but it" Was the response. 🤨 Huh? I'll buy two meals if I needed more food. I'm not begging for scraps. I figure I'd just ask because today's order was small. At least acknowledge it. "yeah, that is actually tiny but I'm really sorry, we can't give you anything else. Hopefully you have better luck in the chicken lottery next time". I didn't expect to get anything. But to be outrightly dismissed, not acknowledge any wrongdoing, and then to turn around and act like I'm begging for free food? That's another level of disrespect.

Bad service, i complained about small portions and the manager told me too bad if i didnt like it go somewhere else. Price increases this is understandable, but the portions at this location are ridiculous.

During lunch hours Friday they no longer have speedy service. She hands me my drink asks me do you want ketchup I said yes. She closes the window and takes the food and puts stuff inside. Then hands it back to me. No ketchup no mayo no hot sauce

You'd think after repeating yourself over 5 times they'd hear your order right but I guess not. The Canes in Deer park does not listen. Over 8 workers with headsets on and none of them heard my order correctly?
