Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We came here for breakfast after watching the sunrise. Right outside the parking lot, we were greeted by a chicken. Lol, so cute, very country. Then we walked in, and they had a gift shop full of cute things. We were greeted by the hostess and seated. The place smells like an old house, but I guess it's part of the aesthetic. The food came fast, and it was good and filling.

Everything was great! The food came out fast and it was soo good! I got the French toast with eggs and sausage. The French toast was cooked perfectly! Hubby got some kind of steak and eggs and biscuits and gravy. It was a lot of food lol

We always enjoy going to Cracker Barrel, and this time was no exception. The food, as always, was delicious and very reasonably priced. Additionally, Charlotte’s service was outstanding: she was attentive to every detail, incredibly kind, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it! 🥞

My son and I went and it was packed! This location has a great location with lots of parking! There was not a wait and we were seated right away! Our food came out fast and friendly service with a smile! Biscuits, breakfast casserole, lemonade, dumplings, fresh crunchy okra! The store and gifts are incredible giant selection of holiday gifts and everyday items! They had the fireplace going. It was a chilly day outside and it was so lovely to see and feel.

I've heard about Cracker Barrel, but have never had the opportunity to visit. Everything we tried was good, the service was great, the atmosphere is over the top. The gift shop was so big I was concerned it might be a general store and not a restaurant, but we found the host station and had a delightful experience. We will definitely visit future Cracker Barrels when we have the chance.

It's funny that you should ask. When ever I go to pay my bill the cashier asks if I enjoyed my meal and I reply "as usual it was great". The service, the food, and the atmosphere are always great.

Our group of 3 seniors arrived for late breakfast and we're seated immediately. 2 breakfast sandwiches and a 2 pancakes and bacon. We had a hot tea, a coffee, and a cola for drinks. The food and drinks were delivered quickly and made to order. They were all delicious. Service was great. I paid the bill without looking and received my rewards. Afterwards, I was informed that I paid the wrong bill. I paid someone else bill which was more expensive than mine. I told them to cancel my check and bill me correctly. They said it was their mistake and Cracker Barrel would handle it. Just to clear the problem, the print was so small that I could not read it either and I had my eyeglasses on. I don't blame our waitress for this. This was an outstanding breakfast, Service, and atmosphere. Besides, my group shopped and bought products from the store. A great time for all.

I had such a great experience dining at Cracker Barrel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere had that cozy, home-style feel I love. The waiters are attentive, they can explain any meal in detail and are constantly checking on you. Atmosphere -> High energy and invigorating, which I love. Different experience. Food was ok, I thought it was going to be better but it was just normal every day breakfast. Pancakes were a bit different than what you would find in a regular breakfast place. Otherwise the experience was ok, a bit overpriced maybe. Parking was no pain, plenty of spots to park. Very busy specially in the morning, yet we only had to wait for about 15 min for a party of 5. Server are very busy and have very little time to check on you from time to time so if you need something you need to call them otherwise your refill may not be served Yet I think I will come back again, specially because it is next to my house. 😁

This was my first time ever visiting a Cracker Barrel. I always wanted to visit this place to see what it was about. The food itself was okay and the only things that really stood out to me was the chicken fried chicken or whatever it was, the chicken dumplings and the peach tea. The prices weren't too bad and I loved the novelty of the gift shop next to it. I found myself roaming the gift shop like a kid in a candy store and buying all sorts of things that I don't need. Overall, if I was in the area again, I might come back but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I love Cracker Barrel! Great food, comfortable atmosphere, good prices. Just wish their southern fried chicken was available all week and not just on weekends. Appreciate that they allow RVs to stay over night in their parking lots.

The staff is very friendly.. the service for the most part is great.. the food is good .. the bathroom however is filthy.. the shop is awesome always have to MAKE myself leave before I spend all of my $ there.. LOVEEEE the store could spend hours there.. they always have amazing deals and discounts and a killer clearance section! Overall this cracker barrel is a fun place to get some good food and have a blast from the past with their nostalgic items in their adorable gift shop there's for sure a little something for any and everyone at any age , gender and race🥳👍🏼👍🏼🤗

Great place for comfort food. Unfortunately, they never get my order correct. I asked for no seasoning on the fish and it came out blackened. Otherwise fast, hot and delicious with two sides and two biscuits with jam, for around $21 with tea. Nice Old Time Country ambience with fireplace and antiques as decor. Just DON'T feed the chickens! 🐓

We had 2 orders of the fried turkey meal. I ordered extra gravy to compliment my meal. When I received my meal, no extra gravy. Jessy told me they had no more...a lie. I would not have minded paying extra for the gravy. Additionally, it was not as busy as I'd seen during other visits, so I felt there was no reason for the front desk to be unattended as customers arrived looking around wondering where the hostess was. I appreciate premium customer service but did not get it here.

The food was delicious. Our server kept forgetting items, but I think he was overwhelmed. Most places are understaffed. He was super nice and friendly. The gravy and biscuits were cold. The place was busy and some of the groups were loud. They were having a good time, but it just echoes in the place and we were tired from a long drive.

My water glass had 3 chips on the top and wasn't fit to be used by anyone. Anyone could have cut their lips. My wife's hash browns had way too many cut onions that we're not fully cooked and was terrible. My mashed potatoes were hard and never should have left the kitchen. Biscuits and fried chicken were good. Will not go back on a Sunday and hopefully a eek day will be better.

After years coming here and always being taken care of from Catherine and now that I know that she's gone the other couple servers that I really like are not there anymore I don't know if Elizabeth still there, I tell you the quality of the food is horrible nowadays, I left a very good review but they tell you it's not there anymore, I'm not going to say who took care of me but I tell you no bread basket I want another orange juice but they never came to ask never came to ask for more coffee I always live a very good tip at least 30% to 40% of the check, but personally never coming back is not what it used to be it's just the food is just okay everything was burnt or overcooked. We have been eating at this restaurant for years , and had not been there for awhile. Last night we arrived to a practically empty restaurant. Very unusual. I ordered breakfast and my husband the meatloaf. Our only special request was extra crispy bacon. Our biscuits came first and they were hard as rocks. My scrambled eggs were cold, flat and flavorless and bacon raw. The French toast was gloppy and gross. The meatloaf was a a thin tiny portion with no gravy, mashed potatoes were good. The dumplings were watery and disgusting. What happened to the great food and service this place once provided? Our waitress laughed when my husband mentioned the small portion. We did not recognize any of the wait staff, many who had been here for years. When we went to pay for the horrible meal the manager and two girls were giggling and carrying on. The girl who rang us up looked bothered. The manager should walk around the restaurant floor and kitchen instead of gossiping with the girls . It might give him insight as to why this once booming restaurant was nearly empty at dinner time. I would like to say I got an immediate reply to this review. They apologized about the poor experience. They asked that I reach out to guest services which I did. I got a very quick response from them as well. They apologized and were truly sorry for the situation. So although this was a bad experience I won’t give up on Cracker Barrel. We look forward to visiting again soon.
