He’s friendly, helpful, and makes every interaction a pleasant experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Just wanted to take a quick moment to leave a review. Last week I dined in your location for the first time ever. I have always used the drive thru but I was with my daughter River and decided to go inside for lunch with her. Steve who was working the dining room floor was amazing! As a woman I go worked in restaurants before, it was nice to see someone who takes pride in their work and treated myself all of the other guests dining in with respect and with a smile. So refreshing! He just went above and beyond— brought some crayons and placemat for my toddler and even refilled my drink before I left. He was sweeping the dining room often, pre-busing, and just so cheerful with everyone. Steve really deserves some recognition! I will certainly be dining-in again after such a positive and delightful experience! Thank you!
This is my second time stopping here and I love this place. Fairly new location, in a plaza that was also pretty recently reconstructed and still undergoing some minor construction. The inside is clean and neat, the staff are friendly, and the overall ambiance is on point. The waffle fries and spicy chicken sandwich are the main focal point for my coming here over anywhere else. Plenty of parking, two separate lanes for drive-thru traffic and even a person outside taking orders to keep things moving smoothly. Looking forward to visit #3 in the near future!
The drive thru was jammed since this location just opened so I went inside. Amazing the amount of staff, I assume because it was brand new. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe which included lettuce, tomato, pickle and pepper jack cheese. great sandwich, large portion chicken fried and very hot with a nice spice on a nice soft bun. I definitely recommend Chick-fil-A.
The young lady in the drive through did not listen to my order. I told her what I wanted twice. I could tell she wasn't paying attention. After repeating my order to her, I still got the wrong food.
Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. The piece of chicken was SO small and SO thin! More like a bread sandwich with breading and barely any chicken. I see this happening more and more where you pay more and get less, but I would expect more from Chick-fil-A. I had never been dissatisfied with the size of the chicken breast but “shrinkflation” is a real thing sadly.
The first half of burrito all egg, second sausage. Are you really charging 9 dollars for a burrito with half a piece or small sausage, 3 hash browns, and some egg? Convenience is truly a scam. * I did ask how much sausage goes in there & they willing gave me more- so that’s was nice. Food is okay but I’ve definitely had better for 9 dollars….
Ordered Chick-fil-A delivery this morning and I am not too happy! Delivery was fine and the driver was very kind. However, I received a sandwich that I definitely will not eat. I ordered an SEC w/extra chz add bacon. What they delivered was a grilled chix breast on a dry wheat English muffin, egg white, bacon and no cheese. Tried to call the restaurant and can't get through so I was routed to some central customer service phone number where i got no resolution. I am sure what they sent is a lot better for me than what i ordered but it's not what I wanted.
This is the worst chick fila… the amount of times I’ve been given the wrong food and missing items on numerous occasions. I just ordered a kale salad and thought they gave me the roasted almonds. They gave me the granola and I didn’t even notice til I put it on my salad. I will never come to this location again!
I asked for my sauces and NO ice several times, the girl even confirmed it back, and they still didn’t follow either direction. The workers at this location couldn’t care less and this isn’t a one time deal. It’s not hard to just give me what I ordered.
I came to this location and tried to place a breakfast order at 10:32. They said no breakfast as they stop preparing eggs at 10AM to prevent waste. Not a good answer as customer policy should be customer driven not driven by the convenience of the store. Myself and the 2 cars behind me all went across the street to McDonalds who has an all day breakfast menu. If no other day than Saturday when people usually have a late start on their day, they should run breakfast on Saturday until 11AM. If McDonalds order window has both but the majority of orders (per the manager) are breakfast, McDonalds has done for the customer research for you. should make your policies customer driven, not store convenience driven. Give us what we want, not what’s the easiest for you!
Craziest Creep Staff EVER! Went inside to the restroom while my BF ordered is breakfast AND AN EMPLOYEE FOLLOWED ME INSIDE, PEEPPED THROUGH THE SLIT IN THE DOOR TO THE LARGE STALL THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN THERE!!!!!! THE RAN OUT THE DOOR WHEN I CAME OUT OF THE STALL! LEAVING THE TRACK CAN STILLLLL TURNED UPSIDE DOWN MEANING SHE WASN'T IN THERE DOING HER BUSINESS BECAUSE HER BUSINESS WOULD HAVE BEEN TENDED TO. SHE WAS LITERALLY LOOKING INTO THE STALL.... FOR WHAT? THEN WHEN I WAS LEAVING THE GIRL GIGGLED.... LIKE THIS IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR THERE DISGUSTING I'LL DEFINITELY CALL CORPORATE, THEY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE STANDARDS THAT THIS STORE IS (NOT) KEEPING
I found a string of hair in the nuggets. Never thought I’d find something like that. The string of hair was also fried. Absolutely disgusting. Do better!
Yesterday afternoon I had a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate shake without whipped cream… at home within three and a half hours I was vomiting violently! Previous to this I had eaten oatmeal for breakfast at home. How do I alert the PBC Health Department? A few days later I spoke to a pleasant customer service Lady about the encounter. “You‘LL hear back from us soon.” That was a week ago. Like so many modern corporate intities the have systems in play for appearance, but no follow through! Discouraging state of honorability!
Wow never had a bad customer service experience with chick fil an until now. I wanted extra milk on the side for my coffee and she said she couldn’t do that. She finally gave it to me but it wasn’t enough. They make their coffee dark here. When I went back inside and asked for more milk for my coffee she said she couldn’t give me more milk for my coffee and that if I wanted more milk I needed to pay for a kids milk. I then asked you can’t just pour more milk in my coffee? And she said no. She finally agreed for me to go back into my car and grab my coffee to pour more milk in it. I said what’s the difference of just giving it to me on the side so I can add the right amount my self and don’t have to go back to my car for the third time. Never has such bad customer service here. It was a manager that did this too. On their high horse. I’m not going back in for more milk I’ll go buy some at the gas station. Total bs customer service is terrible at this location
Terrible service, terrible attitude. They forgot my sauce and I had to drive 10 minutes back. Now I have cold fries and a soggy sandwich nothing but rude employees when I asked for a new one. Terrible place, Elizabeth is terrible. Service is Worse then McDonald’s
I was there on 8/28/25 and I saw a worker screaming at full capacity at another worker for a simple mistake that couldve been fixed easy, then he came out and started yelling again being super rude not showing what chick-fil-a preaches about. I found out his name was Matthew and it made me dissapointed in the customer service.
went to cfa for the FIRST time. received a free sandwich in the mail and needed to set up app. i did , scanned the card and was on my way. scanner did not work remotely so watched 5 cars go in front of me while she tried. told me to just drive forward and they will fix it at checkout. He scanned it at checkout, after another 4 minutes waiting and paying, then tells me to drive around front and someone will bring me the one sandwich and one drink?! waited another 5 minutes outside till i realized they were not bringing it. Had to go inside and get the food. NEVER AGAIN, the service is crap
Ordered a Large combo #1 via Drive Thru and this is the amount of fries I received. Pics are attached. What the hell. This isnt the ladies who take the orders faults, this isn’t the register person’s fault… this is management’s fault for not checking the quality control of the orders going out and basically not giving a F. Typical 2023. Thought Chik Fila was better than that…
