Opinions de Five Guys Denton
Good environment and great burgers. A little costly but still worth the money!! Free refills and you can pretty much come up with your own creations. Love this place. It will always have a special place in my heart.
I was craving a good hearty burger, and as usual Five Guys did not disappoint. The bacon cheeseburger all the way, is a great choice and mix of flavors. Don't like bacon? The regular cheeseburger is still spot on.
Always great fries. Order a bigger size than you think you want because they're so good. Burgers are good too and completely flexible about what you want on them.
Good burgers but could do without the rigamarole of finding four other men to eat with. Sometimes I just want to eat alone, it's simple enough to find a few others who will agree to go and sit with you, but not interact much, for a relatively low fee. However, today I had two coworkers who wanted to go with me. Found our two mercenary guys to eat with, but one of my co-workers is not a guy!! She enjoyed the food well enough, but we all got the feeling she didn't enjoy the full beard we glued on to her face using trimmings from our body hair. Ah well, maybe in the future they can revisit the policy to only serve five men, but something tells me that even if that day comes, they will still serve you five guys worth of fries.
This experience, as like every other time i go to five guys, is nothing but amazing. Everyone is always friendly, and you definitely get what you pay for. Even if you get a burger fries and drink, youre under $15 and the burger is outta this world. Theyve also never gotten my order wrong.
I ordered an Uber Eats delivery from here. I got a regular fry and - my god - I've never seen so many freaking fries in my life. Whoever packed my fries--you're the real MVP. The burger was good too.
Service was great, food was great. Although, I do wish places that sell meat of any kind have to post what kind they're serving each day and what farm it comes from. They boast about where their potatoes come from but knowing where where your meat comes from is more important.
Delicious burger!! I asked, like always for my burger without a bun and they actually listened. It was wrapped in lettuce in a way that I could pick it up and eat it. I've asked at other burger joints for no bun but I always am given a bun anyway. The place was very clean, pleasant atmosphere and one of the gentlemen who worked there was on his break eating with his family. Cool!! I was impressed and will be back.
As always, great burger and wonderful fries. The portions are big enough that I don't worry about the price too much. My only complaint is that they don't offer a bun without soy (theirs has vegetable shortening wŷ soy) and while I appreciate the options for a bowl or my meal wrapped in lettuce, it's a little extra hassle that slightly sours the experience.
I have always loved eating at five guys, but everybody has their days where they get the wrong order no matter the location or food establishment, I called five guys as soon as I realized my order was wrong and the store manager MARY answered the phone and FIXED everything right away! She knows how to run an establishment, and for her kindness I will be coming back to five guys and this location more often, thank you five guys! And thank you Mary!
If you can't eat peanut and you can't smell don't come the food is good
I domt care how expensive this place has become. Every time I eat her I am not disappointed. I would rather pay more and be happy then pay less and be unhappy...best burger by far
Best service ever! The manager took our order and she was so helpful and friendly. I explained to her I didn't eat carbs and she explained other options available. The burger bowl was delicious!!! The staff that was there was also friendly and have great talents...*wink* thanks for being a GREAT place for us to come to eat at we'll definitely return.
I love that I can build my own veggie burger. The other great thing for burger fiends is that you build down! It comes with 2 patties etc and you just deduct (or not) to your own appetite level. The fries are the best and each batch has the place they were born written on a chalk board. Just great.
I just witnessed a great deed. A homeless woman walked in right before my wife and I did. She stood in line and then approached the counter. She said she hasn't eaten in two days, and asked if there was something she could do to get some food. The cashier called over the manager. He asked how he could help her and she said the same thing. I then stepped up and told the manager I would pay for her food. He smiled and asked what she wanted. She ordered a burger with small fries and a drink. He then told her that he was taking care of the bill. It's moments like these that makes me still have faith in humanity. I did not get to catch his name, but I want to thank him again for doing what he did. The food was great as usual. Come to five guys in Denton if you want some great burgers and fries, and buy it from some truly amazing people.
We love this place, the fries are great and you get a lot. This is the only place that I can order every thing on my burger and it comes right. Thumbs up. It is a little bit expensive so we can only come once a month.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Casey. This girl should be a shift lead or a trainer or something because she clearly possesses the skills necessary to fulfill that roles requirements. I walked in and so did many other and she not only excelled at her station but helped guide and fulfill the other employees at theirs. All while taking orders! Great employee to have!!!
Food was great! The cashier was great from the moment we walked in until we left
Update: The food and service is still outstanding but I cannot in good conscience recommend Five Guys at current pricing. $25 a head (burger and fries) is just not realistic. -------- Consistently Delicious! I've been to several of the "Five Guys" in the area (and a few not in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area) and they are all maintain great service, great food, and clean shop. I have never had a bad experience. The burgers are flavorful and the fries are exceptional.
I had to wait a while for my online pickup order but only because the instructions online were a little confusing. The employees were extremely kind and accommodating. They offered me a free small drink even though my extended wait time wasn't their fault. Order was correct and the food tasted great!
The little cheeseburger was HUGE and the fries were perfect! Food was done fast and it was delicious!
Everyone is very friendly, and the food is excellent.
A friend had a birthday. He loves Hotdogs and shakes, and has not been to 5 guys in years. I had a tight schedule for the day, but because they had an option to order ahead I was able to just pick-up the order super fast. It made for a great part to add to the birthday celebration. Also, the staff was very kind about changing the order pick-up time when I realized I needed it that. A great experience! Of course, my friend loved the hotdog! 🌭 -I also got a vanilla ice cream shake with bacon! 🥓 My fiend is into bacon, so he loved it.
Order here every Sunday when I’m down there for church, and they never disappoint! Food is always ready when I get there, always tastes delicious, and they are always super kind to me.
If you're eating at Five Guys it is a must to dine in rather than taking your food to go. The foil makes your food soggy and the paper traps the fries' moisture in the bag making them soggy. However, dining in mitigates this issues and the food is delicious. The bulk peanuts are also a fun treat while you're waiting. This is definitely a restaurant where you get better at knowing what to order with multiple trips and it's a shame that there are so many particulars to remember such as the portions, ordering the fry seasoning on the side, not ordering to go, everything is priced individually, etc. Overall a nice restaurant with a friendly staff, definitely mostly college students so they can be a bit loud and goofy at times, which is well worth a visit.
Even the smaller priced burgers are big. Don't let the menu fool you. Burger King eat your heart out, these guys not only allow you to have it you're own way, but they give you everything you want so long as it's on the menu.
This place is EXPENSIVE but the food is good! $7.99 for a regular hamburger is a tad too steep for my pocket book but it is juicy and tasty. You can add everything from relish, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, raw or grilled onions, grilled mushrooms.. Everything is cooked fresh and made to order. The small fries are $3.00 which is expensive in my opinion. So I spent right under $15 for a double meat hamburger, small fries and a small drink.
Good burger and fries. Expected a combo type of meal. The meal was pricey for what was received. $11.29 Cheeseburger $5.39 Small Fry $3.29 Large Drink (reg. 2.99) With tax comes put to $21.62
Food is a solid 5 stars. Awesome burgers and fries. I knock them down a star because the tables are all dirty and a small bacon cheeseburger and small order of fries is over $10. I get it, the quality is great, and a small order of fries is huge, but still pricy for a fast food restaurant
Liked it, good burgers and fries, I also like the peanuts. They are expensive but the portions are huge! My only complaint is it always smells like sewer gas in there. So did Noon. Its not their fault, I guess it is just the building? Always good customer service also!
A very messy but excellent burger and great hand cut fries. The restroom toilet needs some work and the bathroom cleanliness more specifically the oxidation/corrosion in the brackets for the stalls. Service was great!
I came in and ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, little Cajun fries and a Regular drink. This was my first time ever at a Five guys. The crew member I was greeted and serviced by was Janihya Taylor. She was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. She seen I was perplexed by the menu and made sure to help me understand the pricing and that things are charged individually. It was slow during the time I went in and she made conversation with me to help pass the time. She has remarkable customer service skills to be a teenager. Overall I enjoyed my meal and my service experience at this location.
Five guys is one of my all time burger places. Was not impressed with the burgers originally but they have grown on me as I’ve figured new ways of ordering toppings and condiment combinations. My all time favorite for fries with papas bbq in Houston a very close second on fries. One thing they could work on is that when you order your fries crispy they rarely see that when filling the order. Seems like the only person that knows you want your fries crispy is the order taker. Crispy fries is the only way to go. Wish that was the norm when you ordered. I don’t like all of my fries to be mushy. When ordering crispy some are nice and flavored pack crunchy and some normally cooked making for the perfect combination.
This was my second time ever having Five Guys and I must say I wasn’t as satisfied as I initially hoped to be when I arrived. Everything about the burgers was just how imagined / wanted, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, hence why I’m giving 4/5 stars. My only complaint however, was how extremely salty the fries were which was pretty upsetting considering the first time I had come over a year ago had exceptional everything, all around. It would have been worth the $35 dollars should the fries have been a little less salty. Overall it was not a bad experience by any means, but I left somewhat disappointed after eating due to the fries.
The food is a little pricey but you get a REAL burger. It's not all fillers and grease. The fries are cut there which is a nice touch, somewhat In-N-Out style as far as the potatoes being cut at the store. The employees were friendly and welcoming and I have no complaints about the service. The reason I knocked a star off was due to the less-than-satisfactory state of the bathroom.
Used to love five guys. Been a while since I've been back. Still a decent burger but I was a bit disappointed. Buns were dense and cold, bacon over cooked. I may give them another try in the future, then may have had a bad day?
I recently went to Five Guys and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, and a medium drink. The total came to $23.68, which I thought was a bit expensive for one person. The burger was good. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. However, the fries were a bit on the limp side. They weren't crispy or golden brown, and they tasted a bit undercooked. Overall, I thought the food was good, but not great. I would probably go back to Five Guys again, but I would order something different next time. Maybe I would try the grilled cheese sandwich or the veggie burger. Here are some of the things that I liked about Five Guys: The burgers are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can customize your burger to your liking. The staff is friendly and attentive. Here are some of the things that I didn't like about Five Guys: The food is a bit expensive. The fries can be inconsistent. Sometimes they are crispy and delicious, and sometimes they are limp and undercooked. The wait can be long, especially during peak hours. Overall, I would give Five Guys a 3 out of 5 stars. It's a good place to go for a burger, but it's not my favorite fast food restaurant. Here are some additional thoughts on what makes Five Guys special and why it is so successful: Five Guys is known for its fresh, made-to-order burgers. The beef is never frozen, and the toppings are all fresh and never pre-packaged. Five Guys also offers a wide variety of customization options. You can choose from a variety of toppings, including grilled onions, mushrooms, and bacon. You can also choose the size of your patty and the type of bun. Five Guys is known for its friendly and attentive staff. The employees are always happy to help you customize your order and make sure that you have a great experience. While Five Guys is a bit expensive, it is still a popular choice for many people. The high-quality ingredients, the wide variety of customization options, and the friendly staff all contribute to its success.
Five Guys is a bit TOO pricey for what you’re paying, but it’s good nonetheless. It is essentially a burger joint that looks like a Fast Food restaurant, but possesses a much higher quality. Better than Whataburger and Wendy’s, not as good as some of the locally owned burger restaurants like Twisted Root or RGs. Still a dang good burger and I’d definitely recommend...if you’re willing to pay. Come give this location a shot!
Burgers were good as five guys usually is but this place was in the weeds and totally disorganized. Was freezing in the restaurant, and nobody was policing the tables. Had to clean two tables off from previous customers myself. Floors were dirty. Tables are spaced poorly and you are banging into people behind you. Fries are one of the five guys highlights but they were half warm and sort of stale. Could be an off night but it was a bit of a hot mess in there the night we visited.
Ordered online, drove 12 miles to pick up my food, had to wait for fries (no big deal) but once I got home I realized they shorted me a patty that I paid extra for. When I called to see if there was anything they could do (free patty next time, $5 gift card, etc) they said I’d have to drive back and they can remake the order but that’s it. Learn from my mistake, double check your order before you leave. Other than this inconvenience, food was good.
Don't understand the hype. Extremely expensive. Two regular cheeseburgers, 1 drink and 1 fries was almost $25. Could go to a restaurant and get much higher quality/more food for a similar price. The burger was good, probably top 10 burger I have ever had, but not even close to what it is hyped up to be.
We really like the burgers and the fries. Our only complaint is the price. No senior discount is available. One burger, small fries, and two drinks...over $16.00 for two! I believe people would visit more often if senior discounts were offered.
I would give 4 or 5 stars, but this place is very expensive, it fills me up each time I go, but the burgers are around $7-9 after tax and everything, very high quality food, just not completely sure it's worth the money. For one person, to get a burger, fries and a drink, it's at least $13-14 dollars, which is very expensive. But. If your in the mood for some great burgers and homestyle-like fries, and you have the money to spare, come on over to five guys burgers and fries. Does fill me up which is good.
Cmon....I will give you 3 stars since your fries are great...but why so sloppy with the burgers? And train your front person to have a personality, otherwise change to a kiosk. You can tell she hates her job and didn't want to be there....kind kills the mood of your hungry customers.
Haven't had in a while and unfortunately they have done like most fast food restaurants and have gone down in quality. The patties are smaller and not as juicy as before. I will go to Burger Street. It has a really great homestyle juicy burger and are consistent.
Kind of disorganized. 25 + minutes for a burger and fries. It wasn't timed well as the fries were soggy and the bun was soggy too. And why was there a bunch of bacon at the bottom of my shake. Everything tasted good, mind you but I think some training is in order.
Food is good. The only reason for the average rating is because they ask for tip. I come to the counter to order. I come to the counter to pick up my food. I throw away my own trash. Why do you even ask for a tip? Is paying $11 for a standard burger with no fries not enough to pay the staff?
The place was very cold, the service was slow, and the staff weren't very friendly. Burger was very tasty but way overpriced. Won't go back to that one.
The food is great, but this location makes mistakes a lot. They will forget bacon on your burger, sauces or extras you order on it. The food is still tasty but the staff needs some extra diligence. Update: Been three years since my review. Place is doing a but better. This is not the five guys that hands out fries like there's no tomorrow. Which is what five guys is famous for. Don't get the large. Waste of money.
burgers and fries are good quality but a bit large portions and expensive. maybe best to avoid with small kids unless you want to pay about $15 for a meal they won't be able to eat until teenagers.
I came into this establishment, the food smelled good, but the further I walked into the store there was a weird smell, Almost like the store was dirty and had a rodent smell to it. The store should also have classic drink machines, not the new style coke machines. And for a small meal, sit shouldn't cost 21 dollars and the card machine should not be asking to leave a tip. No wonder why there was only one person dining in. The price is too high!
Ot wasn't busy for lunch which is kinda odd but the food was decent , portions were good , the lady was cleaning all the tables when I got there so that good . No music playing like most locations so I watched basketball on my phone and read about Luka getting traded to the Lakers . I give it a C
I don’t understand the hype behind Five Guys. Yeah, it’s a decent burger, but at the cost of an entree at an actual restaurant. For a fast food place to charge nearly $10 for a cheeseburger is kinda ridiculous. It’s by far the most expensive fast food burger, and for that, there really should be more to it. I don’t see the point of coming here when you could either go somewhere like in-n-out and pay 1/3 of the price (literally), or go to an actual sit-down restaurant and spend the same amount on an entree.
Haven't been to this place in years and I remember why, BOTH pieces of bread were so soggy, burger fell apart, fries were good but $17 bucks for a burger and fries with water is a JOKE. I could have eaten for less at a decent sit-down restaurant with much better buns to hold the burger together!! 😠.Disappointed for sure!
Never had a Five Guys that cheats you on the amount of fries they give you. Usually it’s an overload, but here you are lucky if they fill the cup up all the way. Food is good unless you like having sauce on your burger, then the bun is a soggy mess.
Only my 2nd time to go here, 1st time to place the order. Ordered a Bacon Chz Burger w/extra bacon, no onions. They asked what else I wanted. All I got was meat and bacon mayo and ketchup. No chz (requested), nothing else. I did not know you need to ask for what every other place adds, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. I did say it was my 1st time to order, wish they had let me know the above information, don't ask for don't get it. Then it's $12.49, just the burger nothing else. Bread, meat bacon only. That's to high.... Want ever go back
While I enjoy the food, I don't think I'll be eating at Five Guys anymore. CocaCola Remix fountain drinks always broken it seems. The cherry on top is the $22.81 for a burger, fries, and drink. Absolutely outrageous. I literally laughed out loud at the register.
The burgers were pretty good and so are the french fries. However, after about the fourth time asking them to turn the music down, we realized it wasn’t going to happen. It is loud enough that I will probably avoid coming back here. There are plenty of good burger places where I can actually chat with the people I am sitting with.
For all the hype I've heard about this place, I would've thought it would have been better. The girl at the register was on her first day and she was better at customer service than her cohorts. We just asked if we could get cheese on our fries and the manager laughed at me and my wife, chuckled with his employees about it and said NO! I WILL let everyone one I know about that. Yes you can put whatever you want on the burgers, but the quality was no better than Jack in the Box as far as meat goes. The sweet tea was out and the fries had so much salt on them they were un edible. I will NEVER go back here and I WILL let everyone I know that this place is no good!
It says quite a lot when the fries are better than the burgers! I plopped down a good amount of money for the bacon-cheeseburger, and it was strictly mediocre and not particularly tasty. The Cajun fries, however, were outstanding, and you get quite a lot of them for a reasonable price. Suffice to say, Five Guys is extremely overrated.
Food was good but way over priced. Priced like a nice sit down restaurant. Won't be back because of high price for just a burger and fries.
*Review for this particualr location only.* 5 Guys has been a bit of a splurge/treat for my wife & I for years. I love the story of how the company started, I love that the family who started it chose to use higher quality ingredients despite driving their own costs up. (Although the price of a GD single pay hamburger is hard to wrap my head around...) All that said- I think this particular location has trouble with either service or competence. Smashed, soaked burgers, 3/4 full cup on a large fries that were not cooked long enough, & no extra fries in the bag. (In this case, extra fries would have been just more of a bad thing- but that's like their thing, right?) I see several reviews recommending Mooya which is right next door, but they have the same asinine prices, so I'd say just abstain from higher tier fast food burgers if you're in Denton Texas. I feel bad grilling one of my favorite burger restaurants, but if you're going to ask for that much money for your product, you absolutely have to stick the landing every time.
Way way too expensive for the quality. It is good food, don't get me wrong. But the burgers in my opinion are as good as any other burger joint, but more than double the price. Price is important to me, and I paid $13 for a cheeseburger, fries, and a water. Nuts. I could have gotten the exact same meal at in and out, and it would have tasted just as good in my opinion, and I would have paid $5.
Good fries. The burger was bland and cold. Size and value has gone down. Probably my last time at FG.
I went to 5 guys today for a bacon cheeseburger and fries boy was I disappointed . The burger itself had absolutely no taste . I was glad that I had bacon on it but the bacon was overcooked . The french fries for Handcut fries really were not good . It was very expensive $28 for a burger, fries and a large drink. Almost double the price anywhere else . I've not been to five guys in many years now I understand why . The only good thing were the servers that are all nice friendly and helpful .
Extremely expensive for a fast food place. We each had a burger and fries with a soft drink and a milk shake. I even added a tip before realizing just exactly how much the food bill was. All the tables were still covered in food debris and needed bussing . The floor also needed sweeping. We were there a total of 45 minutes dining in and not once did any of the staff leave the kitchen area on any type of cleaning run. Fries were limp and extremely salty. Salty enough that we didn't take any home. Fortunately the burger meat was bland enough to take the edge off of the salt from the fries. We really wanted a good burger and still do. Might be a while before we try 5 Guys again.
Hamburger was good, jalapenos were not cooked all the way through - but still a good tasting hamburger. Half the Fries were ok, the other half were rubbery or over cooked to a burnt/crunchy/dried out state. The location staff seemed to be just going through the motions, looking down or spending time "checking out" the customers. Dress code should be consistent, might recommend belts or suspenders with Five Guys logo? Floor staff does not appear to want to engage customers directly, if they do, they stand 12 ft - 18 ft back and "yell" information at you. Tables are clean but the floors could use some attention.
I went to a fuve guy's more than 10 yrs ago I imagine. Its been a long time. Anyway, I remember now why and it will be much longer than 10 yrs if ever again. So over priced and not worth it. Mooyah is a better value. Heck if you're gonna spend that much go to village burger bar. I'm sorry but I went by myself and it cost my 17 bucks for a small drink, small fry and a little burger w bacon. I asked for mayo and they overwhelmed my burger. It was mayo w a skinny burger, probably no more than 3 ounces of meat flattened to made to look bigger. Bottom line I was starving but refuse to pay my hard earned dollars for what they pass as a burger. Got my money back for baby burger $9.41. I think it's time they take down their signs of being the best, it's so outdated. 2 stars because I kept my drink and fries, I was starving Happy eating or NOT. NOW Go get your grub on
This location chooses to increase every single menu item by $2-4 extra on their delivery apps (doordash, Uber eats, etc). This location has full control over the prices and chooses to increase them this much. Between burger and fries you'll pay an extra $5-7+ on the actual menu item price alone (not including fees, delivery, and tip) Most restaurants increase menu item price by a very small percentage to make up for the costs taken by the delivery service. However for each and every item to increase by $2-4 is utterly insane and greedy. They make more off doordash then in person. Don't let the GM or owner Gaslight you into thinking otherwise
spent 32 bucks 2 cheese burgers 1 with bacon added... slightly expensive if you ask me the ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the cashier was confused so I told her 3 times I would like a grilled cheese sandwich and she still didn't put it on the order. cool ok I go up to one of the cooks and ask hey I never got a grilled cheese sandwich she didn't even charge me for it . I'd like to buy one . he then says don't worry about it. so I assume he's making me a grilled cheese sandwich ..... NOPE SAT THERE FOR 15 MINUTES before I realized no one was coming with the grilled cheese sandwich... I don't get it how does someone not understand what's on their menu and when I say I want to order a grilled cheese sandwich I really wanted that grilled cheese sandwich. . burger was alright but not worth the price ..
Food was overpriced and undercooked, service was very poor. The cashier was very negative and the atmosphere was not comfortable to be apart of. The managers need to do a better job training.
Burgers are bland... the free peanuts has more flavor than the burgers... fries are greasy... The food and especially the shakes are over priced. For those who likes to spend $ and don't have taste buds, this is your spot!
I drove 25 mins and asked for fresh fries and they gave me from a bag which was already packed. I just stood there seeing that he ripped of old bag which was due pick up for some time and just put those fries in new one and gave me When asked he said they are fresh I just made them not from the bag Lying to your face
Would give zero stars if at all possible. 1 bacon cheeseburger. Eh so so as far as cheeseburgers go. Better than a dollar burger at Mcds but not as good as Dave n Buster's. 1 regular fry. A disgusting soggy mess. And the flavor was of old oil. 1 chocolate shake. Fairly descent shake. Only complaint was it being the size of a small coffee for $4.59 Overall if the three items I listed cost $19.24 they better be damn delicious and this food was not. Will stick to dollar menus before going back here. Will be cheaper and have better flavor as well.
Worst 5 Guys ever. Meat is barely cooked. Bad attitude from everyone. When we ask them a second time to make extra well done the guy making the food shakes his head. We gave them a second chance on another day and it was fine with a different cook but the third time it was the original staff and cook, and was the same result. The guy making food has an attitude problem and clearly doesn’t want to be there. Everyone else is just barely there and don’t care. We love 5 Guys pretty much everywhere else but will not be back at this one unless they get a friendlier staff.
Whew… I just left this place. I walked in, there was a black lady and black guy behind the counter. I walked to the counter spoke to the young lady, who proceeded to just look at me and then looked toward the young man behind the counter. I then spoke to him and asked him how he was.. he looked at me and didn’t speak. I said thank you turned around and walked out. I refuse to spend my money in an establishment who doesn’t even want to acknowledge their customers. I can see why there was literally no one else in the dining room. Hire better staff, I’m going to spend my $$$ at Meat You Anywhere, good burgers.. better staff. Do better Five Guys.
Terrible experience. Ordered food 2 burgers with toppings. We recieved 2 hockey pucks plain and dry with no toppings. I paid $16 for 2 burgers. I let my dog have one and my 3 year old have the other. Only the dog liked his. They won't answer the phone or I wouldnt be posting.
I always get a veggie sandwich and it’s normally great but for some odd reason because I requested for my bell peppers to be grilled longer my whole damn sandwich is cold they most definitely did NOT grill the bell peppers longer and it seems as tho they didn’t cook the vegetables at tf all this is ridiculous I literally live 3-4 mins from the location and there is no reason for my food to already be cold.
Went here and order was wrong for both burgers. Completed survey about experience and was reached out from corporate. Informed me they were gonna make it right and send gift cards for order being wrong, they never did even after a follow up. Way over priced for such little food and effort. IMO way better burger places out there. Never plan on dining at the establishment again.
Paid almost $18 dollars for 2 little cheeseburgers. Both burgers were bland, no seasoning. Mine tasted watery from the lettuce and tomatoes I wanted on them. It's definitely not worth the price
Super rude employees. They have no good customer service.
Very disappointed! I have been to other locations and have had a great burger but I visited the location on 288 today with my kids and had the worst burger I have had in a long time. When you pay that much for your burger you don't want it so bogged down that your bun is soaking wet and mushy. It was disgusting. The kid taking my order was far from friendly. I spent $72 for the 4 of us, would have enjoyed Mcdonald's more and so would my bank account. I will not be back to this location.
Well. Ordered ahead at 6:00.and the response was that it four burgers would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at 6:08. I checked with an employee at 6:20 to see about the delay, and the employee politely responded two more minutes. I did not leave until 6 :32. I arrived home only to discover that all four orders were incorrect, but worse the product was old. The buns were mush and the lettuce beyond wilted. It was barely edible. I would have returned it, but we did not feel that waiting another 30 minutes at the least was worth the trouble for a total of an hour and half waiting on four burgers. The last experience with 5 Guys it took 45 minutes but at least the order was correct and good. The only saving grace of this experience was the staff was polite and the fries were hot. One star on the politeness of the staff.
Burger was bland. I can get the same at Wendy's. Over priced compared to the other burger chains. The $5.99 shake is a small anywhere else. I don't see how this is rated the best . One of my coworkers is a veteran and a senior person. No discount either way. I'd give y'all 2 stars but y'all really suck. I'll stick with burger boy. Far better quality and service overall.
Very few fries, the last serving fries is not even interested in serving regular portion of fries. And i paid $10 for very little amount of fries.
Literally missed three of the four items on my delivery order. I ordered two hotdog, a burger and fries and only got one hotdog. Also, this is EXTREMELY dangerous as I’m a diabetic and had dosed for my meal which could hurt me and cause me to drop dangerously low. And possibly waste insulin which isn’t cheap. I’m sitting here now waiting for the replacement that I shouldn’t have had to go get myself. To add, i work in food and this absolutely is not acceptable, nor would it fly at any of my jobs. Current or previous.
Horrible experience. Five guys is my favorite fast food burger chain and this time they really let me down. I had placed an order online and it was set for pickup at 1:06. I typically leave some room to pick up so I ensure everything’s ready by the time I get there. I got to the establishment at 1:15, there was only one person on the line, no sounds of the grill or the fryer. I stepped up to the order area and he just gave me a dirty look and didn’t acknowledge me. I waited two more minutes, a girl came up and talked with me but her hair was all over the place, definitely not Servsafe. She told me it would be a couple more minutes for fries. I waited about 5-6 more minutes for soggy raw fries. I can understand if they were short staffed but the three people I saw working were moving slow as hell and all did not want to be there. I got home and my burger was the driest burger I’ve ever had in my life, it’s like they grilled them an hour ago and let them sit. Will not come back, they need new staff and new training. Don’t go here.
Lol... did realized I was on the Denton Loop. Lol... let the chips fall. Good food dangerous to walk in currently. Every one very friendly at the Lewisville location. Supper clean. No trip or slip hazard like the one In Denton loop 88. Great buyer experience. Will be back to the Lewisville location. **** The floors was so slippery that I felt like the star attraction of the ice capades at the Denton Loop 88 location. In formed the staff of danger there they didt deem it important to fix it in any way !!!! I waited till no traffic!!!! Didnot put out the first sign. Went to the restroom. The floor so greezy I could barely stand and go at the same time.(Denton Loop 88 location by te target)**** Lewisville thanks for the clean safe store! Food was good at both locations. Just had put out the request for help for the Denton location. You know when a person spends over 20 bucks for a lunch. The safety of the buyer should be very important.
