Staff was a little dismissive. The pizza was over cooked, there was hardly any sauce. Felt like they made a pizza by scraping the bottom of the barrel. Funny enough the breadsticks were undercooked. Maybe there’s an oven issue.

Ordered a customized pizza and didnt get it the way i ordered. they honestly just gave me a simple hot and ready. i wouldnt care but a custom pizza is double the price. I was essentially robbed haha

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this location. I picked up my pizza, went back to work, and when I opened the box — all I saw was bread and cheese. No sauce, no toppings, nothing that resembled the pizza I actually ordered. When I called the store to have the issue corrected, the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. The staff showed little to no concern, lacked professionalism, and made absolutely no effort to rectify their mistake properly. Rather than apologizing or offering a solution, I was met with poor customer service and a dismissive attitude. Mistakes happen — I understand that. But how a business chooses to correct them says everything about its standards. This location clearly lacks both quality control and basic customer service training. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this as an opportunity to retrain their staff on respect, accountability, and proper customer care.

Geeeeezzz! Worst Little Caesars I’ve been in. It gets worse every visit. They NEVER have any Hot N’ Ready, they take an HOUR for online orders and the staff is always just hanging around carrying personal conversations.

What a poor experience at this location. There is no way the person who prepped this order did not know these pepperoni puffs were not old as creek water!!! I should have canceledled when I walked in an the lady who took my payment serviced me with flour on her hands. Just out of order. Good grief.

Stay clear from this joke. It should never take. An hour after placing an order for a one pizza to be ready. Ordered online and arrived when pizza was exited to be ready. Waited inside for over 30 minutes and everytime I asked what's taking long the shrimp said oh its in the oven. He said that when I got there too. Got my money back. This place is a joke.

Ordered pizzas and breadsticks at 1 and was told o would be picking up at 210. Showed up at 2:05 and they said 6-7 more minutes. Waited until 230 to get my pizza with several people coming in to get their pizzas with later pick up times. Assistant Manager Anna was so condescending and rude and showed zero remorse for the horrible service. Anna the assistant manager rolled eyes, said what we are doing the best we can instead of apologizing and trying to make things right. There were several other people waiting inside having the same issue. I have never see. A little Cesar’s that when people come in to get a hot and ready, they are told the weight is at least 40 minutes to get something. So people will just turn around and walk out because of how Hannah spoke. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this little Caesars again especially if Anna is working. Also pretty surprised at how dirty the restarting was! Thought I would add my final product that I got from Little Cesar’s. Pizza as cut horribly and bread sticks was the wost that I have ever seen. Ann was salty about me being bothered by the service and anted to prove a point !!!

Yesterday I bought cheese puffs, it was really disappointing to me. I didn’t like the taste as every-time. I buy every-time crazy cheese puffs, here in this restaurant. It’s really disappointing this time.

Went to pick up from online. The young lady in the front asked me what I was there for she proceeded to yell to the back “you love your job, I love my job” you can tell she was very frustrated. customer service was not great. When I got home I noticed the pizza and the cheesy bread wasn’t fully cut and it felt like the food was made without any care. I ordered the best pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread (which is my favorite from little Caesar’s) . The pizza had no extra pepperoni or cheese it wasn’t the best it was a regular hot n ready. The Italian bread had barely any cheese on most of it. It was a not so friendly experience with below par food. Sorry but there needs to be employees in there that actually care about the quality and the brand of food they prepare .

Thought we'd try something different. Eh, wrong move. The crazy bread was floating in grease and looks and tastes like it was undercooked and not risen. The Asiago pepperoni mozzarella pizza didn't look half as good as the commercial, which is really what prompted us to try it. And the cheesiest cheese pizza was just ok. It wasn't the worst pizza we had, but wasn't the best. Think we'll stick with dominoes next time. Sincerely disappointed.
