I LOVE Pizza Patron! They're inexpensive yet quite tasty. The help is also on the friendlier side. You can't go wrong with a Herculona. :)

Honestly I'm pretty impressed with this place. The customer service is amazing and the pizza is really good. Like for real for real.

When I'm living it up a little, this always hits a high note, and it's definitely worth the little bit extra! Crazy variety of customizable options, awesome friendly staff, nice comfy waiting area, and they do run good deals on the app! I got spicy ranch on maiz crust with chorizo, mushrooms, spinach and cheese tonight and utter pie perfection!

They're fast & the employees are really nice & had the store looking nice & clean, no trash or supplies left out... etc When my husband and I were outside in our car waiting for our order the store was empty & I saw one of the workers sweeping instead of just standing around being unproductive. Great employees not lazy @ all. Will definitely be going back

Haven't visited pizza Patron for a few years. Now the large pepperoni is $6, still very tasty! The menu seems more elaborate, in a good way. Better options to customize, and the price is still unbeatable. This particular place is clean, the staff works hard and deserves lots of admirations for feeding us in these COVID times. Thank you!

I went in tonight after placing my order on the app and my pizza was done within time frame hot and fresh I ordered a pepperoni and ham with pineapple but thats not the reason why im leaving this review. I was greeted and treated respectfully the older gentleman that helped me was amazing I left bragging about him how nice he was. He said come see us again soon , I definitely will after today! Thanks to him

Their pizza is so delicious!!!!! Hadn't been in years so I went and ordered a sausage pizza and it was simply amazing. Ended up going back 8 more different times and every single time the pizza makes your mouth water when you first open the box just from the looks, and the taste definitely matches how delicious it looks. The staff is quick and nice/helpful. Will definitely be returning for all my future pizza needs. Pricing is also fantastic. They don't have an app but you can order online if you don't want to have to talk to anyone on the phone. They're true to their word as far as pick up time. Generally less than 30 minutes depending on your order and their busyness.

Ordered the Carne Asada pizza via call-in for pickup. Was informed the order would be ready in 20 min, but think it was ready sooner. The pizza was warm, not hot and not sure if the facility has a hot/warm box to hold orders. The Carne Asada is a good pizza. The crust has a good texture and not a cracker crust.

Got there during their peak business hours. Although there were four customers ahead of me I was able to place my order and leave in less than twenty minutes.. Service was very good and the pizza was too.

Great pizza, the systems like their website seem to be pretty finicky. The extra large was not good, thin and unsubstantial. Plus they dont have dr pepper which is a downer but their large was excellent, nice variety and good customer service.

Just ordered from Door Dash today and although they forgot to add pineapple to my pineapple and pepperoni pizza it was still really really tasty. Any pizza place that does a regular pepperoni so good that I forgot about my extra topping is definitely worth coming back to!

Decent prices and good pizza. But always an issue. They are out of this, they are open but not taking orders, or the posted prices are wrong.

Pizza is good but I deduct 1 star for online order and 1 star for in store order processing. Online has premium upgrade items that are not available in store but paid on receipt. In store they are only able to charge for the unavailable items, no substitution of equal value. It's only a small up charge but still it's money. Focus on these 2 items for 5 stars.

Agree with several prior posts. The staff has never been nice, always rude. If you like and want friendly customer service with a smile, avoid this place. I always feel I am a nuisance, like I am interrupting them. They apologize for this in the Google reviews but nothing seems to be done about it. I don't think it will ever change. Pizza is okay, not the best quality but not the worst. Prices are good as well.

Not the worst pizza in town, but it's still bad ... Papa Johns is more disgusting and crappy tasting, for sure, and Domino's is about the same. I'd pick store pizza over any of the ones I mentioned. I had a friend offer me this stuff..I had a bite, then I let it have a time out .....a permanent one. I am amused with the little logo guy....Everyone notices how he kinda looks like a (legendary) drug dealer and pimp-turned lowly pizza patron. If there is any truth to this, then it's unfortunate he surrendered his true skill set......

First time I got food here, it was fine. Tried again tonight and my pizza has been marked delivered but it has still not arrived and their phone number doesn't work so I can't find out what has happened or get a refund. Displeased.

Ordered by 7:30 pm on a Friday. Arrived to find my order not finished. While waiting the kids behind the counter were loud, rude, and cursing. Finally my order was ready Ordered 2 xl pepperoni pizzas 6 cheese Stix and ranch. Got 1 xl and 2 regular pizzas because they had run out of xl crusts (by 8 pm on a Friday) 6 cheese stix and marinara. I pointed out the lack of ranch and the kids goes "oh were out and only have jalapeño ranch ". There was no one who seemed over the age of 17 there and at that point I was done. I took the order that was given and just went home. Really sad

Experience tonight horrible, ordered the 2 large pizzas 1 supreme 1 pepperoni alfredo sauce When got home it was red sauce on pepperoni. Called and asked for the young lady who took my order, apparently she was not working any longer. When explained to the supposed to be manager he wanted me to get out into the cold rain and come back and exchange it,not offering a credit or just a sorry we will make you a new pizza,when asked for his name he refused,when asked for a general manager said wasn't working tonight. After a few minutes of arguing with me a Spanish speaking lady got on phone and said she was the GM,so arguing then lies..1st time to order tonight and last they suck at customer service..

Cancels my order with no explanation. UPDATE: Its not for no reason, they just refuse to sign out of their Uber Eats storefront and only use Doordash. Baiting people with coupon codes that aren't real, then calling and asking to replace the order on another service.

The locator has it all wrong. I was parked directly in front of the doorway to the Mexican place next door whose food was quite Excellent, although it smelled as though the floor had been mopped with a sour/dirty mop. God forbid that was a smell emanating from the kitchen! Hey, the food was great and I didn't die - here I am writing this good food review for them...haven't had Patrón for a while. I pulled in planning to, but then I saw the Taqueria Monterey next door....

Called with a coupon for $12.99 pick-up large two topping and an order of wings. Coupon came in the mail, like they do every week. Was told it's $13.99. why would yall spend money printing coupons and advertising just to frustrate your customers? Tried to pick up a "lista". Nope. Doesn't seem like they even ATTEMPT to honor the pizza ready from 3-8 marketing. At least take the poster down.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO EAT DONT COME HERE! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FAKE. The woman kitchen manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to force me to buy a pizza I did not want and would not let me order anything else when I would confront her about it she would not speak to me directly. Im a big boy and I like to eat. The fact that I took 3 bites dipped it in its homemade "ranch" and threw the whole pizza out should give you an idea of how bad it is. The guy at the counter was nice but the 2 kids making the pizza have no business cooking. How people accept this as pizza baffles my mind. I will never go back, and you shouldn't either. I got a pizza at the counter left for 30 min came back. they had it in the hot box. It was off I guess cause the pizza was ice cold. How can you be this bad and stay in business?
