GREAT place to watch a game! They focused on a Michigan watch party while we were there, with a DJ between commercial breaks. Several other games playing, so you could stay here a while. The place is decorated great -- this X-gener liked the "speaker wall." Now, the food -- i had the chicken and waffles from the brunch menu. INSANELY good. Had jalapeños and a spicy maple syrup. Big portion, but I shoulda put the fork down sooner -- not enough room for beer! The wife had a Tennesse steak samwich of some sort -- it was really good, but a little greasy (she doesn't appreciate that means extra flavor). But mine was better. Also had the wings -- cooked perfect, but the Thai peanut sauce was kinda bland. Good job, Dierks!
The bartender Brook is her name I believe made a passion fruit margarita that I highly recommend you must try it . It’s honestly amazing along with the great personality one of the best Denver experiences I’ve had in quite some time!!!!!!
DISCLAIMER: i did not order food here and we were here for an Avalanche Stanley Cup game. Needless to say…. It was SO COOL. Sweet venue with TONS of huge screens AND they play the volume of the game with music during the commercials. There’s other activities to do there and decent service considering how packed it was. Totally will return.
Every time I come to Whiskey Row, Lexi and Kara go above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. They’re always polite, helpful, and genuinely make us feel like family. Their kindness and professionalism have actually been a huge reason why we’ve chosen to come back and buy multiple bottles here. I would highly recommend requesting them if you want to have a great time and be able to just relax and know your being taken care of. Lexi and Kara really enhance the whole experience. Shoutout to them for always making us feel welcome!
I’ve been into whiskey row a few times now and have really good experiences. The first time I went in was during St. Patty’s day with a bunch of my friends. Breanna S was our bartender and she was a blast and was even trying to make foam art in our beer. Yesterday we went for brunch. We had a great time and the food was amazing especially the biscuits and gravy. Hopefully you have Breanna when you go! She’s our favorite.
I was so impressed with delicious food and of course the whiskey!! I can’t wait to go back and try some more food and drinks. Also, the atmosphere was great and spacious.
Okay these other people have unreal standards. Food is great, the service is stellar (they really want to solve any issues to satisfaction which is almost uncommon anymore). I usually don’t give 5 stars but come with the expectation that this isn’t Guard and Grace. Fun place to entertain for sure! Selena is a great server, would totally recommend asking for her section.
Great Upstairs/downstairs combo. My friends and me always have a blast here. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side but nothing too high seeing as to where the bar is. Good service and not at all trashy. Love Sunday nights here and is the GO TO spot once the rockies game is over. Def worth checking out
Great environment and fantastic atmosphere for the Nuggets game. Check out this place for any watch parties you want to host. This is definitely the place to be. Don’t want to miss the music from the DJ that was awesome tonight.
Always have the BEST time, Jules is amazing!! Music and vibes are always good, security also does a great job keeping everything/everyone safe. Table service has always been 10/10, love the whiskey girls!
My friends and I always have the most fun here! Arianna hooks us up with bottle service, and the servers provide awesome service to make sure we have the best time dancing the night away. It all keeps us coming back!
Had an amazing time at Whiskey Row! Our server, Gina, was an absolute gem — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She made us feel welcome right away and gave great recommendations. The food was delicious (highly recommend the (10 hours brisket!) and the vibe of the place was lively but still comfortable. Whether you're going for dinner or drinks, this spot is a must — and if you’re lucky enough to have Gina as your server, you’re in for a great experience!
I have a great time whenever I come through!! Everyone on staff is great, but the standout is Kara! She is always kind, attentive, detail oriented, and willing to help. Not to mention, her movie star looks and outfits. Never a bad time at Whiskey Row! Book a table with your friends! It's way easier and more fun than navigating the bar as a group
I had the pleasure of being served by Gina, and I honestly can't rave enough about how great the service was. They found the perfect mix of professional and friendly — always there when you needed them but never overdoing it. What really impressed me was how well they knew the menu and drinks. Gina gave spot-on recommendations based on what I liked and even whipped up a custom cocktail that was perfect. Every interaction felt genuine and down-to-earth, like they really cared about making sure I had a great time. In a busy place like that, it's rare to get this level of care. Gina turn a usual night out into something special. I'll definitely be back and definitely asking for Gina by name. Totally a star on the team!_ Rolando
If you're heading to Whiskey Row House and don’t ask for Gina, you're missing out on one of the best dining experiences you could possibly have. Gina isn’t just a waitress—she’s a total rockstar. From the moment we sat down, she brought the perfect mix of professionalism, personality, and fun. Gina has that rare ability to make you feel like you're her only table—even when she's clearly running the whole floor like a pro. Her warm smile and killer sense of humor made the night unforgettable. Whiskey Row is lucky to have her. We’ll 100% be coming back—and asking for Gina by name! 🙌
Lexi is hands down the best bottle girl at Whiskey Row! From the moment we got to our table, she brought the energy, the vibes, and top-tier service. She was super attentive, made sure our drinks stayed flowing, and treated us like VIPs the whole night. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does — friendly, professional, and fun. If you’re booking bottle service, ask for Lexi. She’ll take your night to the next level!
The atmosphere was amazing!!! Jules was the best! She made sure we were taken care of the moment we walked in!!!! We will be back tomorrow. The food and drinks were good and a reasonable price. You won’t be disappointed especially if you ask for Jules!!!!!
The service and vibe here was super cool. I’m cool with all the security and all the bottle girls especially Jasmyn the bottle girl she’s always super happy to have us and always gives us the best service. If you ever go here request Jasmyn for a VIP table!
Not sure why there are not more people here to watch NFL. The screens are great, there is a DJ during commercials (at a louder volume), and the game is also at a louder volume so you can hear the announcers. I will take the trade off any day! The food is great, it’s a fun atmosphere, service was great, give it a shot.
JULES IS THE BEST BARTENDER OF ALL TIME GUYS!!!!! I went in with some of my girl friends and she was so nice and protective of the girls. We love her!!!! Would literally come back just to see her! 🫶🏼
Had been wanting to get into Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row for a while now. And I’ll tell you it didn’t disappoint! What a cool downtown Denver spot! Stopped in just after opening on a Saturday, sat upstairs at the bar, and enjoyed the weekend DJ. The bartenders were great, so refreshing to actually have staff that understands service! My wife and I both loved our brunch dishes too. That bacon maple drizzle on the potatoes was so good! Walking distance to Coors Filed if your catching a Rockies Game makes it super convenient Honestly already planning a visit back this coming weekend!
Nice venue, was quite empty on Sunday for brunch, but service and food were great. 4 stars because the place was pretty dirty, you can tell Saturday nights probably get busy, but cmon, clean the place correctly lol. Huge TVs and cornhole upstairs, definitely a nice overhaul from the previous venue. Looking forward to returning.
Not too busy at brunch. Our server Morgan was friendly and kept our drinks full! As for the restaurant. Fun gastropub atmosphere. Plethora of music playing. They have fun drinks to sip as well as heavy yo light entrees to satisfy your hunger.
Good place to unwind and kick back with a fee drinks and good appies. The service and bar staff are amazing 👏 Views from the rooftop are artsy and fun! Games are fun! Happy I made it here during my visit to Denver for a conference. Nice place!
We came here for a bachelorette party and we had a blast! The DJ was amazing that night! We danced our butts off! The drinks were maybe a tad on the spendy side. BUT! We were getting ready to leave and were waiting for our friend to come downstairs, and the employees offered to give us bottle service for an amazing price! $.02! Don't ask how because I don't know haha! It was a great experience!
Came here with my boyfriend for the Superbowl and the other day. Loved both times that I came. The mocktails are very good, especially for someone that doesn't drink alcohol.
Every visit at whiskey row has been positive experience. I recently tried their food and loved the fries! Gina offers exceptional service and the atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend !
First time here, came for lunch before a Rockies game. Made online reservations for 5 expecting to be busy before the game. Arrived to empty restaurant? On ground floor and was told to go upstairs. Walked upstairs to bar area? And stood. Waited almost 5 min while 5 employees stood at bar looking at me and did nothing but talk and look at me. Finally sometime walked over and asked it I needed help. I said I'm here to check in and she said sit where you want, didn't seem to care about online check in. After we ordered, food was fairly quick and pretty good both chicken and Waffles and summer time breakfast burrito. Inside was definitely set up for evening party group. Seating was a bit different, outside seating benches were torn up. Do not use the bathroom. Again do not use. Both bathrooms have strong smell of urine and dozens of flies.
It definitely has its good side. The food is wonderful. We had a few of the drinks the porch pounder was good but the Apple of my eye was fantastic. My server was good but the bar making the drinks was very slow the second round of drinks was over 30 minutes wait. With a view just outside of Coors Field it is definitely right by the action. The band was great but the sound system is very lacking incredibly loud and not very clear. But two different performers played both of them were very talented.. They need to train the staff on how to properly wipe down the table. Cleaner should never be sprayed at a table where it causes it to be airborne while other people are eating nearby. The smell was almost enough to make me puke. The cleaner should be sprayed into the towel or cloth and then wipe down not so it sprays everywhere..
It was definitely busy, and the service was very efficient and friendly. I ordered chicken and waffles, and the flavors were on point. However, it wasn't even luke warm. If it were hot, it would have been much better. I understand they were busy, and I would have preferred to have the food served at better temperature.
Great place if you are a Michigan fan! Great TVs for sports, but some seating faces the tiny TVs. It really depends which side of the table you sit on. The food is expensive and barely mediocre. Drinks are pricey as well. Service is fantastic and staff is very attentive. Price 2 One of the most expensive sports bars in Denver. Basic food, high prices. Atmosphere 7 If you are there specifically for a sporting event, the atmosphere is amazing. But, in general the crowd is pretentious alcoholics. Quality 6 Drinks and food are not the specialty. The options are basic, and nothing remarkable to remember. Quantity 5 Food and drinks are small. Appetizers barely get to the whole table and entrees leave you hungry. Drinks are in small glasses and are weak. Service 9 Service is amazing. Staff is on point keeping area clean and orders coming in! Very attentive!
Came in last nite (Wed. Feb 23, 2022) for the band. Glad we got an hour of their happy hour prices $5 wells & $3 beers... because regular drink prices are way overpriced… $10 for a Whiteclaw & $15 for cocktails. Food was ok. We only came clear across town for the band, and thought we’d check out a new place... but probably won’t be back at those prices, it’s not worth the 45min commute but the band was worth it!
This is my second time visiting this place, and I really like it. The vibes are great and it’s always a fun atmosphere. However, my only complaint is about some of the bartenders. Not all of them—but a few—have a really bad attitude. It’s disappointing because good service can make or break the experience. Unfortunately, they don’t wear name tags, so I couldn’t say exactly who helped me. I understand that dealing with drunk customers can be frustrating-it comes with the job. Still, I enjoy coming here and hope management can address this issue so the experience can match the great vibe of the place. I haven't tried the food yet, so I can comment on that.
The best thing about the place is the beer is cold and the decorating is cool. Food was a burger so can’t judge much. Other than that as other reviews suggest the bartender has no personality. I’m in town as a tourist and tried asking information about the place and everytime I spoke I was answered with rolling eyes, mumbling and more often then not head shakes up and down instead of speaking. No energy in the bar at all. Definitely better vibes at your local run down chili’s bar😂 a good bar tender would already be sending another drink down the table when I’m about to finish one. This one I gotta flag the bartender down because lord knows where she disappeared to. Just sucks the energy out the night.
Nice to have live music throughout the week but it was extremely loud. Very clean and spacious bar. Great place to watch a game. Drinks are extremely overpriced… $10 for a Whiteclaw and $15 for a cocktail. Came on a Wednesday and waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Great place for large parties of people with huge booths. I recommend going elsewhere. You’re just paying for the name of Dirks Bentley to be on the building…
Very confused. I thought it being attached to Dierks Bentley it would be a western bar. Not at all. Walk in and it is non-stop rap and hip hop. The Waitresses are in thongs.
Had a great time, but kick out whoever they’d like no matter if there was any wrong doing out or not, our friends with us got kicked out because they “thought” there was some disagreement. Great bar but very unfair judgement in bar staff. “Biggest spenders make the calls” no second chances here, “opinionated bouncers”.
Disappointed with this place. We had a group ready to enjoy the night, but one of our friends was denied entry without any clear reason. It felt unfair and, honestly, like discrimination might have played a part. We all left feeling uncomfortable. I’d expect more inclusivity and respect—won’t be coming back.
I like this place but this girl is so discrimination i don’t know why she pass my turn. she ask me what i want so i told her that the girl next to me came first so she serve her and then she go pass me. She did not care me at all it’s not first the time she treated me like this. she has done this to me before on my first drink and have done it to my friends too. That’s so sad i have been waiting to order my drink for 20 minutes. That’s not very nice at all, btw i gave tips all the time 🥺. We are asian 🥺 She’s at the right conner from entrance
Went here for a Mimosa fest. What a disaster! Nobody knew what was going on. No table service. Had to go to the bar to order food and drinks. It took over an hour and a half to get appetizers. Never again will I visit this establishment.
This fully grown man put his hands on me because I had an online ID that is verified via the government website/app and not a physical copy. He refused to scan my online ID and pushed me. When I asked him “did you really just touch me?” the POS in the photo said “I don’t care if you’re a man or a woman”. Needless to say, do not go to this bar. I've heard many horror stories from friends, but I happened to have my own. So many amazing bars nearby, no need to waste money here.
Given this bars name, I would have thought it would have been country music. That is DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE. If I wanted hip hop there are tons of other bars in downtown Denver. So miss good country music to dance to. And service is mediocre at best.
Was very disappointed after coming from out of state for a bachelorette party. This was a scheduled stop for us and it is next to impossible to reach anyone on the phone to confirm reservations made in advance. The way they handle tabs is very inconvenient for large groups. The food was sub par. I can get a better burger at my local watering hole. Our waitress was more interested in watching boxing on tv than helping us. Playing modern club crappy music in a country artist bar. Hopefully our van isn’t on bricks in the parking lot with tired missing when we get back to it.
The worst. Playing rap music not one country song. The poor staff are over worked. One waitress. I felt so bad for her. And the place is filthy . Food mediocre at best
Me and my wife went here on a saturday night for our anniversary thinking it was a place for good country music it was more than gangster rap with a young crowd with young boys trying to grab my wife's arm while I wasnt looking place was shoulder to shoulder we waited about 30 mins standing at the bar waiting to get a drink to never being helped so we left. Would HIGHLY recommend if you are 25 or older DO NOT go here past 9pm on the weekend.
There was about 20 people in the bar when we got there on a Thursday at 4:30. No one welcomed us so as it was so light we sat at the bar. A gentleman behind the bar said the bartender will be right over and gave us menus and some water. After about 15 minutes she did come over. We ordered drinks and appetizers right away. About an hour we got 1/2 of the appetizers we ordered which were cold and about 15-20 mins later the remainder. They did comp the one appetizer as they didn't come together but nonetheless, food was not great and we should have asked for a full refund. It was obvious the bartender was overwhelmed so it isn't her fault but it is recommended you plan for customers rather than less staff to increase profits.
We came to this bar after the Chris Brown concert to keep having a good time. The wait for drinks was terrible. Music was eehhh hip hop and rap to keep the vibe of the concert that was close by makes sense, but it’s country bar no country music at all. My family and I were off to the side by a service podium, we were dancing drinking having a good time. We were in that area for at least 2-3 hours no issues security came and went they were throwing things away in the trash next to us. No one said a word to us, my boyfriend sparked a conversation with one of the security guards no one said anything about us not being able to be in that area. One of the bottle service girls came over and said we couldn’t be there. Which is fine we started to move she decides to start pushing my brother in law. There was no need for her to put hands on him in any way we were moving. My sister told her there was no need for that, the girl decides to start yelling at my sister, security came over and the girl stopped yelling and left. As we were gathering our stuff my brother in law asked the guard what the issue was we had been there for so long without any issue he said “I guess she didn’t like it anymore.” He looked embarrassed about the whole situation. Assaulting someone for no reason at all is crazy. I am currently speaking with legal counsel to file charges. If only zero stars was option.
I tried to contact via email and by phone but the VM kept hanging up on me, I was hoping someone would contact me about an issue that occurred early in the night at whisky row on 9/24 just after the CB concert.” I tried asking for a refund due to the “manager” choosing what drink she was going to make me. My sister ordered 2 drinks and paid for them with tip, she forgot to make mine so when I tried to get her attention she proceeded to ignore me and basically said wait my turn. Which was okay, I did that- but when she came around she gave me a drink that didn’t look like a rum and pineapple, when I prompted her that it was the wrong drink, she proceeded to then tell me it was on her and walked away. (Um what?—I paid for it??) I couldn’t get her attention again after that. I simply was trying to request a refund. I am very disappointed in the manager Luccis lack of customer service, even if this is a club setting. She especially deserves no tip given her attitude.
I was visiting Denver location from Jacksonville Florida and made reservations for 6 pm. I had been looking forward to it for months , celebrating my bday. What a disappointment. We arrived and the staff was standing around talking to each other , the place was quite empty it was a Thursday..but they didn't even enkolege us , when they did they told us to sist we're ever we liked. Like seriously,? So as we walked around to find a seat they all just stared at us ...we decided just to leave and. Celebrate some were else. I have to say it was terrible service , and I wasn't going to spend .my money were the stuff didn't even care for my business. Do better team. What a disappointment
Be warned of dress code. After getting my ID checked by the group of security workers, we proceeded up the ramp to meet another security worker who pats you down. In the pat down process, he felt the texture of my shorts and then proceeded to pull my shirt up to confirm they were gym shorts (just plain black gym shorts with no logos). This is where I was informed that they have a dress code and I would need to leave (note they didn’t notice this from the outward appearance of the shorts, they had to feel my shorts to call it out). I was then guided to the exit where I asked what the standard for dress code is for future reference. The employee stated “basically no gym shorts or sweatpants, you just have to look presentable”. Funny how I was presentable to make it past the bouncers/multiple security workers and they had to feel the material before I was “not presentable” anymore. Not sure when they enforce dress code so be aware of what you’re wearing before waiting in line.
