Preordered some pizzas, to eat-in. We arrived 30 min late and our pizzas were boxed and soggy when we arrived. Customer service wasn’t that great either, we had to serve ourselves. Love Pizza Factory, though didn’t have a good experience at this place.

The rubbery dough was hard to get past.Definitely not the pizza factory from growing up, also the lack of flavor on a combination was also mildly confusing. Everything seemed like it needed salt.

Pizza was okay; first time here and customer service could improve the young female employee in the register ain't welcoming at all lol literally walked in and I was in line and even though she clearly saw me waiting like 10 min after her phone call she just stood there; probably gonna stick to los banos pizza from now.

I bought a large combination pizza tonight.4/20/2023 the crust was hard dark.very disappointed. You need someone else to make and bake the pizza .

The smell when you walk in is bad like OLD the floors need cleaning and the pizza is Ok. The price is high for the small town. But then again Dos Palos doesn’t have nice eating places.

Very disappointed in the boneless wings I got here. The picture speaks for itself, looks like they threw them in the box and put some souse and shook the box. Bad enough it’s pricey and to get poor quality food like this.

This place sucks! Absolutely not even worth ONE star. Tried it again thinking maybe it would be better..Not at all..pizza is always soggy, doesn't taste good at all, the whole establishment stinks like sewer, owners really need to step it up to make this place great again! It's sad to say but I have to make a 40 minute drive to eat a great pizza factory out of town! Sucks!

Cashier girl was not attentive, had to call her over to take our order. Waited for almost an hour for our pizza, when we finally got tired of waiting and asked hiw much longer it would be, come to find out it had been sitting on top of the over for half an hour, mixed with phone orders.
