Pizza was great. We came at a late hour so it was quiet and peaceful. Just sat and watch the Discovery channel while eating pizza it was great.

I guess a call center takes your order. Horrible experience with them. But the people at the shop fixed it. Much better dealing with them. Call centers shouldn't answer for food orders.

I ordered extra cheese on one stuffed crust pizza was charged for it but feel it was regular amount if not just a bit more. Not a significant difference in cheese amount.

Food has been consistently delicious, reasonably priced and hardly any wait for carryout orders. Been over a year since I wrote my previous review still fantastic pizza, fast and delicious . Sadly there is now an up charge for pan crust. Still worth it.

I had order $40 worth of food the driver beeded to five me $60 back and i asked him about it he said i was the only one who had order pizza i was their first delivery driver note that i ordered it late at night so he was telling me thye hadnt had a single customer all day

The pizza is delicious but they don’t tell you all the good deals over the phone. They don’t charge you for the correct order. So you have to double check if you were charged correctly.

I don’t know if they dropped it then reassembled it or ate it I don’t know but they were able to make it for me and the worker said the dough just broke apart and said it just looks like a normal pizza? Ordered online said 15 mins. Got here after 15 mins and said 20 more mins it wasn't even in the oven...

ORDERED ONLINE AND WAS THERE IN 14 MINS TO PICK UP A PERSONAL PIZZA AND BREADSTICKS. BREADSTICKS WERE ICE COLD.

Pizza hut pizza, just that. Ranches should be complementary after a 40.00 order, not even 1 was. Had to ask for napkins. There you go.

My mom over paid on they pizza hut app by around 5 dollars. She explained it to the cashier but to no avail the cashier just stated that she has nothing to do with the app and even though the promotion in store is 1199 she can't do anything about the promotion that the app was upholding which was 1499. I suggested my mom complain to the app for the overpay but I think she just was content with not having to do with it anymore. However it is unfortunately the staff is anyway to correct the overpayment even though they are completely affiliated companies. The app was created by Pizza Hut owned and ran by Pizza Hut owners and employees so do not have any solution for my mother to get her money back for the overpayment is kind of absurd and disappointing. All in all this place is clean the pizza is good they have a restroom they have a small amount of games inside of the dining area. They deliver they have dining take out and they are always running different kinds of promotions.

Worst pizza I have had in my life. It's 10:54 right now and we placed our order over the phone at 9:31. So lay out I ordered 1. Large pizza, extra sauce, pineapple, olives, and mushrooms. 2. Medium pepperoni pizza. With a side of jalapeños. I then call about 9 minutes later and ask to bring 4 ranch sides. We are here from out of town on work and have nothing, condiment wise. So I open my pizzas. Pepperoni pizza has no sauce, burnt crust. No side of jalapeños. I get 2 ranch instead of 4 which they charged me for! They charged and gave me a large Pepperoni instead of a medium. And I open the ranch and it's oil is separated from the milk bc it hasn't been refrigerated! The large pineapple pizza has light sauce! I'll post pictures. I then call and the shift manager who asked me not to use her name, it rhymes with issa doesn't know how to handle the situation. She puts me on hold and calls the store manager. She tells me I have to call the hotline aka corporate to get something done bc she could only offer replacements from her store and can't issue a refund because "the order was placed"? But the store replacement won't work as I had already informed her that I'm here out of town for work. So 32$ plus a 5$ tip for that?! No way. Stick to dominos.

22 $ for à medium fat pizza ! Very small restaurant menu difficult to read for somebody who doesn't no really the menu in avance. People inside really not welcoming ! Nobody inside this very old style restaurant ! We have to ask for paper towels and pay for any additional sauce or oil to put on it. Terrible customer service. Make sure not to use their kiosk or you will wait an aeon. Unprofessional people working here who walk away from customers when an issue happens with their ordering system.

The dough was raw, the slices were too weak and the toppings falling down from it. Terrible, go somewhere else, don’t waste your time and money here. THUMBS DOWN!
