Always packed but wether the wait cant go wrong with fresh food . Inside and outside seating great pricing . And you can get a grilled cheese of your vegetarian they also offer protein style and animal style.

this is the closest in n out to me and its always so yummy. my girlfriend and i got matching in n out california shirts from here and they're so cute. drive thru is usually always pretty long depending on the time of day but other than that i never had a problem here.

A gorgeous place to stop on the road and watch the sunset. It's obviously a busy spot, being as popular as it is; despite that, that staff were incredibly friendly, and they worked like a well-oiled machine. The food did not fall short of the consistent quality I've come to know of In-N-Out.

Extremely happy as stated by other customers. The toilet facilities were clean and stocked even with the high volume of people. Very clean. Wonderful rest stop on an extremely long journey from Oregon to L.A. Stopped on the way back too as a result. Looked out for the exit. Would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Great Staff and Tasty Burgers at a good price point. I was in and out in a flash and found this location to be well kept and clean. I was a little worried about all the large theft signs posted around so clearly this has been an issue here. Be sure to keep your valuables locked up out of sight. Otherwise I had a great experience here and would recommend as a good place to stop and get a bite to eat.

Who couldn't give In-n-Out five stars? The service culture reminds me of when I lived in Japan for four years in the nineties....ultra-friendly, enthusiastic, beaming wirh positive energy!! And everything else speaks for itself.

The Animal style fries were super tasty. We also ordered a “pup patty” 🐶 for my dog, it’s meat without salt. The burgers were tasty. This location is nice and clean.

Burger Taste better than in LA

In and Out is just a really good, consistent burger and hand cut fries. We don’t indulge often, but when on road trips, this is our spot. A kind of a must try if in California. Lines are always very long but there system usually moves people through pretty quickly. The restaurants themselves can be noisy and crowded. but they are always extremely clean.

You don’t have to venture too far of the 5 to get to this In-N-Out. They have lots of outdoor seating though only a small portion has the covered awning so it can get really hot when the temperature is soaring. It’s not too bad even when it’s super busy.

Great and very friendly staff. Food was as like always great. Still the best fast food burgers you can get! Double Double makes you happy every time!

It was a pleasure coming to this in n out. Probably the largest i've been to it has full truck pull through parking and two lots for cars. There is ample seating inside which is great. Staff were very friendly and the food is at the high in n out standard.

Went on Sunday at 1115am and line wasn't to long but you can tell they where busy, the employees here where very nice and friendly, from the young man that took our order to the cashier and the person who gave us the food. All the comendments were stocked only one machine had ice but I think it was because this place is super busy so understandable... employee Saul took my difficult order because I have dietary needs and he got it right and was super friendly and helpful and he also said he loves his job and that he wants to continue his career with In-N-Out cause it's a great company and hes happy and I love that ❤️ thank u Saul great job with accuracy and understanding my needs and being patient with me... great place and friendly and affordable always recommend

I would give In and Out base on their Double Doubles alone. You can get them with chili peppers, with grilled onions or wrapped in lettuce.. They are called protein style when wrapped in lettuce. All Double Doubles ca be upgraded to a 3x3 (3 beef patties and 3 slices of cheese) or 4x4s (4 beef patties and 4 slices of cheese) In and Out has the best fast food cheese burgers on the planet. My favorite is a 3x3s with extra chili peppers. The 3x3 Protein Style with extra Chili Peppers Mustard Fry is also a favorite of mine depending on my mood.They have the Bible verse John 3:16 printed on the bottom of their soda cups. I lot of people don't care for their fries. They are cut from real potatoes i like them but I they should be just cut larger and a little greasier. The service is top notch. They never mess up your order. I was in Santa Rosa and had been camping up north in the redwoods and lost my wallet. In and Out gave my nore food than my 3 kids and I could eat for free.

I had a cheeseburger and it was one of the best cheeseburgers that I have ever eaten! I love the size of these burgers and how good the meat tastes. The ratio of meat to cheese was also perfect. They also have unique sauce that I'm not a huge fan of but many people love it!

In-N-Out Burger never disappoints. The food quality is consistent, and the restaurant environment is comfortable. A great choice for a road trip.

Fast drive through and staffs are very friendly as well as efficient. However the drive through direction is not so visible, the arrow is covered by (I guess) a huge can?

Typical in-n-out location, maybe a little better as the line was not crazy long, so things went more quickly then at home in the Bay. Only downside was there was multiple groups of unsupervised children being really loud while we were there. It was 730 on a Friday.

This In-n-Out is located on a freeway rest area and it might be your best bet when driving on I-5 towards LA. It wasn't crowded when we arrived, there was plenty of seating both outside and inside. The line at the drive-by was about 5 cars. In-n-Out is a legend in California, a family owned chain that's been around for about 70 years, that treats its employees well and uses lots of fresh ingredients. They only serve burgers and fries but those burgers and fries are really yummy. I had the double double animal style menu and the burger lived up to its hype. Service was courteous and fast. I will stop here again if I happen to be driving on I-5.

6/10 TL/DR: foods just okay to me, staff is super fast and friendly, always busy there There's always a hugeee line here, though honestly once you get past the line they serve the food up quick so kudos I'm from Ohio so I'd never tried it before, and I think it got overhyped to me so my expectations were too high?? The burger is classic, just a normal burger, not bad by any means but didn't wow me like people hype it up to And I hated the fries honestly, shoestring fries just aren't my thing, if you like them though, maybe these would be for you Glad I tried, but I'll probably only eat here again if someone else buys it for me

Usually, when I come here it's a good experience. But not once, not twice, but 3 times they screwed up my order. So, I never got what I wanted. The gentleman was helpful, but he still didn't do it right.

Burger was great! 5/5 stars! Fries potato WAS SO DRY & NOT FRESH that even potato vegas on truck stop are better. Tri-shake was good on beginning and as soon as it was melted together it was grouse!!!! People told me if you stop in California try in-n-out!!!! I guess it is the best place to eat out but not for me :P

Travelers beware!! Since this is a common pitstop for people traveling between the bay area and socal, organized crime has found their way here. Our car was broken into and all our belongings stolen. We were barely in the restaurant so we suspect there are lookouts in the parking lot preying on unsuspecting travelers. One of the in-n-out employees tried her best to better the situation and even provided a vacuum, which we appreciated. The police obviously don’t care about such “property crimes”. Skip the dine-in and stick to the drive-thru.

Great food and amazing workers every time I come it’s nothing but great service can be slow when it comes to night time ,not giving it five stars since when I went today (10/16) my pink lemonade tasted like pure chemicals I’m guessing they cleaned the machine but not good at all couldn’t really go back and get my money back since I was on my way to work and didn’t taste the drink till I was already driving .

In-N-Out Burger is one of my favorite burger chains in California. This location is always busy, and the parking lot can be a bit tricky to navigate. The service is consistently good, and like other branches, the crew here is always friendly and helpful. Since it’s such a popular spot, orders can take longer than usual. I also noticed some customers double parking, which makes it hard to get in and out, and a few people smoking weed in the parking lot. Hopefully, management can address these issues to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone

We haven’t had In n Out in a few years. This was a random location we chose on the way from a road trip and it was very disappointing. Burgers tasted dry. The fries seemed like they’re from the frozen section of a store and were warmed up before served.

Super long lines. There must have been more than 30 cars in line. I said the waiting was 10-30 minutes for a table, as that is how the question was asked, but it was a 30 minute wait to be served. Took WAY too long. The staff was working super fast, but the demand was just too high. It's fast food, so not healthy, though their fries are air-fried. If you're craving hamburgers and fries, In-N-Out delivers.

Small menu and fries are like cardboard and are the grossest tasting firies I’ve ever experienced. I even went back and tried again… nope, this is their fries every time. I wont be back again. Either they freeze the lettuce or it’s already wilted….cheese burger isn’t much better than the fries.

I have been to hundreds of in and outs. They are always fabulous until this one. The average wait time was more that 5 minutes per car, my milkshake was strawberry... supposed to be strawberry, it was terrible. My burgers were saturated with grease, it was already seeping through the outer bag when it was handed to me. It was worse than a McDonald's cheeseburger. The fries were on point. I will NEVER visit this location again. They give the chain a really bad name!

Do not go to this In-N-Out, they have multiple break ins of cars everyday so they had to put a sign out front about it. I spotted 3 cars of people living in them. The owner of In-N-Out is worth a Billion dollars but they can’t pay for full time security. When I asked the person who took my order they said “ it’s really bad”. Multiple signs around parking lot.

When your condiments compete and beat out your patty in thickness. Instead of playing these games, why don't they replace it with a piece of paper that's colored brown to resemble meat and call it good? I'm sure no one will notice the difference...smh

Sunday get it together, I'm not waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru. I had to go to McDonald's my second favorite. Which they only took 4 minutes. Every Sunday the same wait time.

Went here on 7/14/25 around 10:00pm and ordered two cheeseburgers. Upon eating I bit into a long dark black hair directly in the middle of my burger all wound up in cheese. Had to pull it out of my mouth and literally almost vomited. I couldn't even go inside to complain because I had to vomit. Honestly disgusting and a first in 30 years of eating in n out for me. Sad.

Went through the drive thru and it took an hour! I had to repeat my whole order 3 times and the person taking my order was very rude! When I payed the lady repeated my order and it was completely wrong, but she was very polite about it. The lady giving me my order instantly had an attitude and handed me a completely wrong order and when I mentioned it she slammed the window closed in the middle of my statement. After waiting about 10 minutes I got my order that was supposedly correct and said thank you and as a response she said “it took so long because you decided to change your order” and even after my order was supposedly corrected it still had onions and my daughter is allergic to onions so she couldn’t even eat it. Incredibly slow and rude service besides the lady who I payed with, she was amazing!
