Great service and great food. No air conditioning!!! 90 degrees outside and the inside was hotter! Miserable for customers, and should be illegal to do that to your employees!

The place is nice n clean like u would like . though they pit out there about there box meals are great portion is false the box is bigger by twice the size of wat food they put its like a kids meal over charges . though food was ok everything seamed microwaved

Not the original A&W in Los Banos, (which had car hop service) but they still have the best root beer floats. They now share space with our KFC.

Today was terrible The AC did not work and the soda dispenser was giving out hot soda and had no ice. Ckicken was warm but not piping hot no more honey sauce packages, mac and cheese was crusty but they exchanged it gor a fresh one

The food was good! People working were cook, just that the place was really dirty even after they came and swept around

Their RootBeer Freeze was BIG BIG disappointment. It was like they poured some melted ice cream in the RootBeer & stirred it up. Not thick at all!

Elizabeth was rude. I asked for my condiments ahead of time because most employees at fast food places forget my condiments when they ask me to pull forward into a certain stall and I end up going inside to get condiments after they bring my food out to my car which defeats the purpose of going through the drive through. She went back and forth with me about how the condiments would be put in the bag and her attitude was nasty. It takes more energy to go back and forth with a customer than it does to honor their request. I won’t be going back to this location.

Came here and "Kimberly T" refused my valid KFC coupon, stating that It wasn't in the register anymore and that they would not honor it. I bought this coupon card from a high school student to support the local football program, but it's sad that this local businesses didn't even honor their pledge to offer the coupon through its expiration date of July 2023.

Drink counter area was a disaster, sticky floors and tables. Table had actual dark soot on it when wiped with wet cleaning cloth, women's restroom toilet was dirty, cockroach in bathroom. Hot dog buns weren't very fresh.

The worst customer service, they have great food but very rude employees. They always get my order wrong and get upset when I tell them my order is wrong. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.

No chicken at a chicken place seriously? Poorly managed. They said a 15 minute but it is going on 45 minutes. Customer service lacking. Save the annoyance eat elsewhere. This is a KFC and A&W location.
