The Carriage

Akşam yemeği için tercih ettim ve inanılmaz memnun ayrıldım. Hizmet sektörünün tam anlamıyla karşılığını verdiğine inandığım bu restoranın başlangıçları ve ana yemekleri harikaydı. Şampanya tercihini bizimle ilgilenen hanımefendiye bıraktım. Steak tam istediğim gibi pişmişti ve çok lezzetliydi. Ayrıca bir Türk olarak menüde ülkemin yiyeceğiyle karşılaşmak çok güzel bir tesadüftü.

Brilliant spot just up from Merrion Square. Great food, friendly staff and all very well setup for COVID19 compliance.

Beautiful space, incredible care taken regarding COVID precautions, and delicious food = the perfect weekend brunch! I loved their green and lean smoothie, as well as their camembert cheese. Very generous portions and they surprised us by bringing some extra bread over because there is just so much cheese haha! Fabulous spot, and gorgeous flowers.

Had a great dinner at the Carriage restaurant. The chicken Caesar salad was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly, and everything was really well presented. I also tried a salmon starter for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff were incredibly attentive and offered to change it if i didn’t like it. Even when we said it was fine, they insisted on making sure we had sth we really enjoyed, which was such a nice touch.

The quality of food is very average like a cafe. The service is not at the level of hotel restaurant. The ambiance looks elegant but unfortunately can not tell the same for quality.

I cannot stress enough how lame of a decision it was to put fake flowers in the terrace. The staff is also very slow and not friendly.
