Good food at a reasonable price, very tasty matcha, and they have gluten-free bread! We go very often and it’s always good. We’ll definitely be back :)

I went to here after exhausting work. This cafe was amazing! It gave me a lot of energy! Especially this veggie sandwich! It was so tasty! I could feel vegetable was sweet! And the texture of the bread was fantastic, every bites gave me lots of satisfactions like first bite..🥰

A lovely place for brunch any day of the week. The sourdough here was delicious and fluffy, and went well with the hummus. We also had the toast and eggs, which were perfectly poached. The broccoli and almonds was surprisingly good. The flat white and tea were standard, as well as the pain au chocolat. Yogurt bowl was very good. The servers were polite and helpful. I would be happy to return here again in the future

Everything is exceptional! Fantastic food with massive portions, very reasonably priced for the quality and quantities you get. Coffee is the best in Dublin. Super friendly staff. Same quality, service and guaranteed taste over the years. Please never change ♥️

Love this place! I first visited in 2017. Was great to be back! Good delicious and enjoyable. Coffees fantastic as ever. Cool vibes, and lovely staff. Highly recommend taking time to enjoy the offerings and then a takeaway for the road. See you next time!

This is a serious contender for the best breakfast and coffee spot on my travels. Coffee is divine (one of the best filters I ever had), breakfast options can make anyone happy and they were so sweet to tweak the basic option of hash for me. Beware, the portions are huge! If you are looking for a hearty beginning of the day combined with really good coffee, search no more! And yes ,you can buy beans to take home too.

Visited 3FE today and I have to say it was one of the nicest cafe experience I have ever had. I was seated straight away in the middle of the cafe. The staff were amazing, friendly and overall just a pleasure to be around. The coffee was great with the added bonus of nice latte art (with oat milk) and the eggs on toast was one of if not the nicest eggs sandwiches I had ever tasted. Everything on the plate worked so well together. Overall I had such a nice experience and will definitely be back for more in the future. Thanks for such a lovely lunch 3FE! Below are some images of the coffee and food.

The coffee was excellent, one of the best we’ve tried in Dublin. I even ordered a decaf coffee as well as I cannot have much caffeine 🤭 The breakfast bap was delicious. I added avocado instead of black pudim. We also ordered an avocado toast with bacon 🥓and was so special with a salty granola. Great spot. Great staff 😎

Their coffee game is strong. As good as London and NYC. Better than Berlin. Not sure if this is there own roast in the espresso but the coffee was tasty and well balanced. Good selection of cakes and breakfast as well. The location is not wonderful but good number and seats inside and a place to sit outside in the sun. I’d certainly recommend and heard the other site they have is great too. A must visit for coffee addicts.

Delightful little coffee shop in Dublin, Ireland not too far from the docks. Coffee and pastries were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The space is also pretty cozy, great spot for a work catch up our even a breakfast with friends.

Great spot! Excellent coffee, tea, and food. We came here for brunch and really enjoyed the space and the experience. Staff was very kind and attentive. Food portions were big which was nice 😀 Would recommend looking into reservations if you are coming for food on the weekend. Would recommend!

3fe in Dublin offers a fantastic brunch experience, and their scrambled eggs and pancakes are outstanding. The scrambled eggs are perfectly creamy and seasoned just right, while the pancakes are wonderfully fluffy and come with delicious toppings. The overall quality of ingredients shines through, making the breakfast a true delight. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service add to the positive experience. 3fe is a go-to spot for a satisfying and delicious brunch in Dublin, where the combination of great food and a trendy yet inviting ambiance make for a memorable dining experience.

Delicious pancakes, great cup of coffee. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying the location. Staff were very friendly and helped pick out a couple of bags of coffee beans to go. We had been waiting for a few months to try this place when we visited Ireland amd it was worth the wait.

Arguably one of the best cafés in Dublin. Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff and world-class coffee & food. For me it’s the first place to go in the morning when being in Dublin and I was never disappointed. What great way to start the day.

Love 3FE, any day, anytime. The coffee is wonderful and absolutely love the healthy combinations they put together for brunch. Low key place, really nice staff. Nice to get a coffee, some weekend brunch or even spending some time reading.

Delicious coffee and breakfast in Dublin. Lots of indoor seating available and has pretty fair pricing! We ordered flat whites, eggs on toast, and a tomato mozzarella sandwich.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Dublin. I love the coffee from 3fe ☕☕ , it's delicious and they can always accommodate you for a particular coffee you might want. Staff is super nice and friendly 😊 Totally recommend it if you are around visiting Dublin and want to try one of the best coffee roasters.

Great brunch place around Grand Canal with really good coffee! Everything was super fresh and tasty, and portions are huge (especially pancakes with fried chicken)

Best coffee I have had yet ! Food was delicious perfect eggs, ,so tasty and the seeds etc on top just finished it off. Busy little spot ! Staff efficient ,relaxed and full of smiles.

its a small coffee near the road. a lot of light which is nice to chill on sunny and cold day that we have in dublin. Its efficient because you order and pay directly and then you can go at your table. good drinks but the must do for me its the pancakes they are fluffy and good with a crunchy chocolate. the salty part is also really good with parmesan on top of the spinach

The place had a fantastic vibe. The menu was simple and the breakfast was excellent, fresh and prepared quite quickly. The one thing that really stands out is the coffee it is absolutely delicious ! The staff have a great energy and the place is buzzing. Definitely worth a visit.

Came to 3fe with recommendations for their coffee. Coffee was the best we’ve had in Dublin and the service was very knowledgeable! 10/10 We ordered food because we were hungry and a few things sounded pretty good. My food was ok, while my husbands curry& naan was very tasty. My sandwich bread was incredibly hard to chew. I gave up on it after half way through when my teeth hurt! The sandwich was lacking and maybe some sort of sauce. Dissatisfied with half the food, but the other dish was great. The only con. 6/10 The music made me so happy! Great selection as a little louder than most other coffee spots we’ve tried (which have all be quiet & calm). We loved the energy here! 9/10

A place to slow down and enjoy a good meal and a cup of coffee. Always happy to be back for a plate of pancakes or eggs. The crew is always very welcoming, which makes the whole atmosphere really warm and friendly. Baristas from Kyiv admitted that the 3fe coffee blends are one of the best they’ve tried ;)

One of the best third-wave coffee I’ve had in Europe. They roast their beans light to medium (omni-roasts only) which is what I find perfect and make their coffee right. It was so good I bought 5 bags of beans to use back home and still enjoying their coffee! Staff can be more lax though because they looked anxious on the two occasions I was there.

Consistently excellent espresso, well-informed and courteous staff. A very pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee and a pastry.

This place is well worth a visit, they used good oat milk and have great tasting beans! The music is lively (not a quiet spot)

Dublin's best coffee? 3fe is a little bit out of the way but well worth a visit for what is probably Dublin's best coffee. I had a slice of red velvet cake too which was also fantastic. Well worth the walk out from the city centre!

Went for late breakfast and loved this place. The food and coffee are excellent. Highly recommended if you’re in the area. Their bounty bars are sinfully good.

Nice cafe with good seating! We sat in the outdoor area and it was lovely on a sunny day! The coffee was excellent - the best thing that we liked there. The pan cakes - were good, a tad bit sweeter for our liking though. The sandwich - was alright with some good fries. The hot sauce chicken - the coating was a tad too thick and oily. Chicken was well cooked and hot sauce was delicious.

Convenient location and tasty coffee. Always seem busy, but there’s one queue for take-away and one for sit-down guests so the wait time is short. Staff is very attentive and efficient. The scone I got on my last visit was the smallest I’ve ever seen (half the size of our mugs) and too sweet. I’d love a savoury option + a cappuccino for €10 or less. But it’s a safe bet if you’re going with someone, and the breakfast/lunch dishes are nice. Kudos for perfectly poached eggs! There’s a small corner where you can buy stuff for coffee lovers like coffee beans, equipment etc. The “What I Know About Running Coffee Shops” book written by 3fe’s owner is more practical and entertaining than many business books so it’s worth picking up even if you never plan to open a coffee shop.

Excellent coffee and nice service. Only downside they do not have WiFi. The food was good and they have good variety. Really nice coffeeshop out of the way from true centre to relax and brunch

Great coffee and food. They opened up a few other branches as well but this one is the oldest and my favourite. You can get quality coffee beans here, the staff is generally knowledgeable about all the products though they hire a lot of new people.

Cubano - 4.5 stars Excellent sandwich. The pork didn't have too strong a flavour. Chorizo hash - 3.5 stars Good romesco sauce. The skin on the chorizo was thick and tough though. Brazil - Sitio Vidigal: Natural, Catuai - 3.5 stars Sweet apple, dark chocolate, nougat. Tried this in the set with an espresso and a macchiatk. Standard chocolatey taste, slightly bitter. My husband thinks he got green apple notes but I didn't get anything. Not a fan of coffee from Brazil typically and this wasn't an exception. It was better in an americano after it had cooled down.

Lovely coffee, perfectly cooked pancakes. Personally the bacon was too fatty and not enough syrup(easily asked for more). But really nice breakfast place, would go again

The best in 3fe are the staff and the coffee. Coffee is excellent here, I'm always enjoying their oat flat whites. I used to love their avocado hummus toast but they changed it slightly and it's not as great. No salad, no seeds and brioche instead of wheat bread. Still good but nothing special.

Gorgeous brunch, highly recommend the scrambled eggs! Only complaint would be the oat milk wasn't great, very grainy texture and ruined the coffee.

It's a very nice place. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The pasterie was amazing; I highly recommend the Alamond Croissant. I just wish they had a bit more variety on their breakfast menu.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and sweet treat in the afternoon during the week, was quite which is always nice, rates up the with the top coffee destinations scattered all over Dublin. Had a raw bounty bar, was nice they’re not very big but suggest sharing as they quite heavy.

A cute cafe, with friendly staff and good food. I found the savory “granola” they serve sprinkled on their eggs a bit overpowering but otherwise this is an enjoyable breakfast choice

Tried 3FE coffee at other coffee shops and was pretty good so we made a reservation and decided to visit the actual 3FE shop however it was big disappoint. The coffee was not the best and the food was a mixture of way too many flavors. Service was ok however when we arrived, we were not even acknowledged for at least 10 minutes although we were the only ones in the shop. The person (red hair person) then proceeded to look for a table for us for another 10 or so minutes although we had a reservation and there was no one else in the shop. Not sure I would recommend this place.

It was fine but the coffee was normal. It’s a good place to have a brunch and eat something more than just a cup of coffee.

J

Food is ok but a bit privey, paid 13 euro for the avocado sandwich. Very good coffee! Baristas are good. Too loud for my taste to eat brunch. Avg. 82 db while I was not sitting under a speaker is too much for brunch in my opinion. I was eating at 2 pm. Overall ok experience but nothing special I'd recommend having a coffee to go.

Coffee has a great taste. But the service could be better (tables a little dirty, not cleared). Only one bathroom (often busy). And they don't do a proper frothy cappuccino. Room can feel a bit tight!!

E
Elizabeth Jakobsone

I’m sorry but for 4.25e cappuccino sold as regular size this is a not regular this is a small coffee “flat white size” and not regular.

I usually buy 3fe coffee beans from other coffee shops in Dublin. But seeing as I was in the area today & my usual spots don't always carry the beans that I wanted, I decided that I would pop in. I asked for the beans to be ground for home espresso & went on about my day. When I came home, I opened the bag to prep a shot & was disappointed to see that the grinds were way too course. It was disappointing to have this happen. Great coffee, great company, just disappointing result.

Awful service from the staff there. Unable to cope with the demands of working in a very small coffee shop, a shame because the place usually has a good rep. The staff here are killing the place. I was refused entry because they said they were too busy. There were numerous tables free at this time. I said to the staff that we were just ordering a coffee to go, but they said they were too busy. I think their staff are in the wrong jobs. Shocking & very unfortunate. The place really let itself down. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
