Clean fast service and peaceful environment

I like this Burger King. they have prompt service and a very friendly staff. They have all the standard menu items you find at any of the other Burger King locations but this location offers something you don't find many other places and that is they serve the dinner menu almost twenty four hours. They close from half four to five in the morning but outside of that thirty minute time period you can come here pretty much anytime you want and get yourself a Whopper. Nothing quite like a good Sunday morning breakfast Whopper at half six in the morning.

Love BK anyway, so we stopped off just for a drink. Lovely security guard there and let me use the downstairs loo rather that having to go upstairs (I'm on crutches).

Went here as it is a classic, and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was compared to that of the restaurant in our hotel which was double the price. Fast service, nice staff, love you guys xo

Burger king is always gonna be tasty, no matter what you get. I had coffee while my friend chowed down on his fave. Afterwards, he said "ahhh i could eat one, that was delicious. Im a coffee snob but ill always pick a latte from burger kept its delicious, every time.

It is always a delight to come to this Burger King Branch in Dublin city centre, upstairs sitting to view the famous Dublin city centre as tourists and shoppers walk by

As a quick dinner stop it met our expectations.

I just love their specialty burgers,and Texas loaded fries are amazing too! My favourite comfort food,after a long day of work or strolling in the city. Burgers taste as they should,nice patties with a smokey flavour,and the service is surprisingly fast! Staff is very friendly and helpful,and they all deserve higher salaries! Complete opposite to their "Mc competitor" -If i can even call them competition,that has burgers that taste like cardboard! 🤣🤣🤣 Well done! 👌👌👌

I met my boyfriend here I put my legs on his chair and he told me to move them, he then proceeded to walk me home. Had a great time would recommend if you’re looking for a partner 10/10

It's my go to breakfast & dinner. I love the smokey flavour of the Whopper burger and the freshness of the French fries 🍟

Visited around 8 pm. A very calm, chill environment. Much better than McDonald's. No music blasted, no annoying teenagers until around 10. The perfect environment. Cheeseburgers were delicious.

Very spacious place. The views on the second floor are amazing!

Needed a place for some food and a seat while killing time before heading to the airport. We managed to get a seat. It was busy but it was fine. Staff cleaned tables quickly. Bathroom was mostly clean as well. Pretty awesome having super large size drinks!

Food was great, nice and hot. Service was quick and order right first time, also very friendly staff in this one particularly the young lady who served me. Only downfall is the toilets (men's anyway) are really not up to scratch. Smelly, dirty and no soap!!

Sometimes you need a cheap snack to tide you over. I got the 2 for €6 special. At first the chicken burger was half chicken and half falafel but I asked to change it and they did. Toilets are clean and staff are friendly. Food is fast and fresh. All in all a good experience. They have a tall Asian manager who's just wonderful. She's so friendly and kind.

Great food unfortunately though one of the floor staff grilled me over using the disabled toilet downstairs. He asked me if I am disabled I said yes and than got snippy with me. There was absolutely no need for his attitude towards me on that day. Fyi I do have fibo and issues with walking so when he said I had to walk upstairs to use the toilet. I said I can't walk up the stairs to use the facilities. Thankfully a female crew member let me use the toilet downstairs. Once again not all disabilities are visible and don't ever make quick judgements on someone who you have never ever met.

To be fair this is one of the bigger burger King outlets staff member who served me was very friendly and polite and food and drink was ready quite quickly. Only 2 things let it down fries we're a bit cold and the main doors always open it was a little cool inside. But all in all a good experience. Also now offering plant based options.

Very nice for fast food, the chicken strips in particular are great. Pretty expensive though. Their app has coupons but even then the stuff does cost a LOT for fast food...

Ordered the whooper meal, the fries were nice and hot and i liked how they gave salt on the side, the vegetables tasted fresh and it was very fast service. Costed €9.95 which was roughly around £8.

Not sure if it is just me but the Chicken filet was not having any filet in it. The chicken tasty and look apeared to be like pressed cardboard. I dont dine alot in this fast food chain but the quality is very questionable. I can not recommend this in good faith! Sorry!

I had chips , oreo fusion and chilli cheese bites and they all tastes really good. It was served extremely fast , which is great. I also really like the atmosphere as I can see the city from the top floor.

Quiet a large Burger King lot's of choices to eat. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. Had a really nice evening snack.

Very friendly staff, a bit accommodating but overall quite good. In spite of the high volume of customers messing the place up, staff even make good efforts to ensure that everywhere is clean. The food is great, I recommend wraps, not burgers. But I don't recall if they have it on sale often.

Situated at the prime location with enough seating capacity in the upper floor... Well organized and enjoy the meal with a good city view... Ordered a chicken burger and cheese burger meal... Enjoyed both meals ... Enough quantity and work the price.... Service was fast but rated 3⭐ only because we felt the food was not hot enough ..

Nice QSR and good burgers 🍔. I am vegetarian so i have veggie delight 😊 or vegie royal wopper. I like veggie wopper a lot and in 10 euro a meal deal is a good deal. They do not have flat white in their coffee they should add flat white.

Situated in O Connelly Street in the heart of Dublin this Burger King is located in a big, spacious building with its original red brick facade and a large, expansive window looking out on to the main street. It's kept very clean and is fully compliant with Covid 19 hygiene standards. The food is standard Burger King, served promptly and piping hot. Staff and security are very friendly and helpful. If you are a tourist or a local, it's a great place to relax and take in the view while you eat your food.

The place is clean, spacious, and provides fast service. Their crown is loved by all kids and it does make them feel important. Bit more expensive than McDonald's but the portions are more bigger.

Chips cold or fried twice. To small size portion burger for the money we pay. I got a better meal back in other time for the money value.

The service seemed to be lacking here. Food was about average for Burger King. We mainly went for the upstairs dining area overlooking O'Connell. We love people watching and they have a great area for just that. The dining room was dirty even for Burger King. We were also told we needed to leave the upstairs area as they were closing it down for the evening. Fortunately we were finished with our meal by that time. We did enjoy the people watching though.

Food was about what you would expect from a typical Burger King. The location was definitely quite clean though.

Good place for toilet only when you in town

Bathroom stall door is oddly small, people can easily look in. sometimes staff can get mad when nobody goes up to order while people are still reading the menu. otherwise it is a great restaurant and usually food is served quick. plenty of seating space too.

I haven't gone for a Burger King in probably 10 years last weekends experience wasn't bad but as I went so late I waited quite a while. Food wasn't bad portions sizes not what I remember.

Tried the chicken sandwich. It was okay—crispy, but the mayo was slathered on too thick. Fries were warm, not hot. Staff was friendly but clearly understaffed, so it took longer than expected. The dining area was mostly clean but some tables were sticky. Overall, it did the job, but felt like it was just enough effort to get by. Not terrible, just underwhelming.

I'm not a huge fan of fast food but when hunger struck, this proved a decent city centre option. The limited-time burger that I had was surprisingly good but the onion rings were bland, lacking onion and being overpowered by cardboard-like batter.

If I could give minus stars over the discriminatory remarks and moves to “kick a paying customer out over their appearance “ and then making a show of me breaking me to TEARS while attempting 2 Q to order chilli cheese bites. Well, I am homeless and with the change I had, I had my sleeping bag around me and it’s obvious the security don’t want any homeless people to come and purchase food in THIS particular Burger King. In the end, I was served an left briskly, only thanks to the Manager and people working on the till. 2 stars for how the manager reacted and the people working on the roll were helpful also. Security should b sacked before this happens again and someone in the same position takes it FURTHER than the manager. Friendly advice. Thanks!

This Burger King branch provides the most undercared food, consistently. I understand the venue is highly frequented, nevertheless care for the food should be better. Service, it goes by luck depending the operator you deal with. Generally not too much " "love" around..

I recently went to Burger King and ordered two Veggie Whoppers. Both came with the patties completely burnt. It was such a letdown because I was really looking forward to a good meal. The burnt taste just ruined it. On top of that, the trash bin on the second floor was left open and was full of flies. It was pretty gross and made the whole place feel dirty. To make things worse, the staff was super rude. The cashier kept rushing me, didn't let me finish my order, and didn't explain anything. The whole experience was really unpleasant. They really need to step up their game with quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Called into Burger King in Coolock for a takeaway coffee, tea and cheeseburger. The person who served me was very pleasant but the burger was cold and in a cold bun too. It surely cant be that hard to heat a burger and bap before serving. It wasn't even particularly busy but a lot of staff were ignoring customers and seemingly dealing with office work. This is the second time I have had cold food from this location so I def won't be going back. Very disappointing.

So we went there with 7 people and we were rather disappointed with the quality of our food. Most of our food came out cold and the sizes of our burgers were way smaller then we had remembered. We felt rather disappointed with our experience. Hoping to have a better experience next time.

This BK is located at a prime location in the city center but I would expected a better service. Wasn't really that busy (even though it was lunch time) but it still took ages. Staff and manager were arguing all over the place in front of the customers. They managed to give me the wrong burger twice (first was completely wrong, second was without cheese) as well as the wrong drink. Again, it wasn't busy at all so I'm not sure what caused all the confusion. Food was ok in the end and the view from the second floor window is quite nice. But all the time and trouble to get 1 single meal sorted didn't make this a great experience.

It is what it is. The home of the Whopper. Although in this branch there is always a volatile atmosphere. While having a quick meal, 4 skangers got dragged out and arrested by police for anti social behaviour. It's sad that O'Connell Street has descended into a tacky fast food nightmare, full of addicts and skangers. I did enjoy my Plant Burger "meal", but the atmosphere is anything but pleasant. Clean up O'Connell Street, Dublin City Council! It is a beautiful boulevard, but has sadly declined into something zombie like. Burp.

The girl taking our order had to be told at least 5 times what our order was. Then it took at least 20 mins for it to be handed out. The Food was cold and buns not fresh. Not like other Burger Kings. Will not be going there again.

I was here 12.11.2023, 23.30. The security black guy was too rough. He did not let me go upstairs because of no reason. He said he has no name and hided his badge. He did not let my sister to sit! here with closed eyes because “u cannot sleep here”. He said that he will not be polite with customers.

Food was cold and didn't taste nice compared to other burger king experiences, staff were also quite rude as they were cleaning up around us and asked if we could move to a different seat on the other side of the restaurant, even though we were clearly in the middle of our meal. Just got up and left never to return again.

On November 12, 2023, at 1:30 pm, I encountered an issue with the security personnel who was unnecessarily stern. Despite no apparent reason, he prevented me from going upstairs. He claimed to have no name, concealed his badge, and refused my sister the simple act of sitting with closed eyes, stating, "You cannot sleep here." Moreover, he expressed an unwillingness to be polite with customers.

Alexandra, who served me at the cashier, served me relatively well, but her colleague, when she delivered my order, I asked for ketchup and she simply threw it. Terrible service, as always.

Ordered €42 worth of food through just eat for delivery to the Samuel hotel. Food never arrived nor did the delivery driver.. called the number between myself and two friends no pick up. Wouldn’t recommend at all.. thanks to just eat tho.. their refunding the money plus compensation.

There is no baby chair upstairs and staff won’t let you bring one from downstairs. If you want your child to eat here you have to stay downstairs and eat, which is very noisy and very crowded

I ordered a meal (not wet) . When I got it it was VERY VERY wet and soggy. What?? Why would they do that? And my milkshake was VERY VERY warm , like what? . How is that even possible? This place is disgusting. Most of tables were filthy and toilets (well that was a sticky experience). I asked a staff member to wipe the table. She asked me which one. I said all would be great start. Told her that the ladies toilets were out of paper. She went back to the foyer and was on her phone. No paper for the toilet.

Absolutely disgusted with the lady’s attitude on the door today. Went in to order food with a friend, as we had been visiting the sights we decided to go eat. We decided to use the facilities before ordered food to be told rather rude you only can go upstairs if you are customers. Explain we would be ordering but wanted to use the toilet first, to be told very rudely and aggressively there is two of you one of you can go order. Bear in mind we are both in are 50s and had been out visiting the sights and needed food and a toilet break. So we split up and my friend went to order some food. But at this point we no longer wanted to eat here, so she purchased chips and we left. Was looking forward to a chicken Royal. Won’t be going back.

I have come here for several years, after working in town for a long time. I was denied entry for no reason. My friends and brother were right in front of me at the self service machines, and they had no reason to refuse entry to me. I wanted to order food with them as a group - so more money for the franchise. The bouncers are seriously on a power trip and need to get with reality! Won’t be giving them my business ever again.

I ordered a chicken burger for takeaway within the last few minutes and when the lady called out my number I went over and said thank you she then proceeded to give me the filthiest look ever. When I got the food It was drowned in mayonnaise to where I couldn’t even eat it I took 2-3 bites and had to throw it out,he emptied the whole tub on my burger. Disgraceful

If I could give no stars I would,ordered food over €40 with just eat, barely even half of it arrived rang the shop and a man answered I explained the situation and the man replied saying oh we don’t deal with delivery it’s just eat and I said but you or your staff packed it and delivery is just taking it from the counter and delivering it, once I said that the man hung up The food I got was horrendous everything was cold and the chili cheese chips I could make at home myself, will definitely not be ordering from these again manager/boss should be ashamed of themselves absolute joke

Look it was Oasis weekend but still!!! This was a complete balls up. The number queueing system either broke down or was abandoned. Staff tried filling orders by taking back the tickets and fulfilling orders by grabbing food and sending you on your way, this was after about an hour waiting. What I ordered: Chicken sandwich with cheese and ketchup, fries and a coke. What I got : Dry Chicken sandwich with no filling, no fries and no coke... got charged for them though

I ordered a burger from this Burger King on o’ Connell street. A young Chinese woman got my order wrong and when I asked for her to correct her mistake, she told me it was my mistake and walked away with my change. I complained to the manager, and the manager told me that this kind of behaviour is ok because the woman is from China and that’s very common. I told the manager this is not China, this is Ireland, and the manager laughed at me. I said I would complain about her too, to the head office, so she told me to go ahead. After ten minutes of me trying to reason with her, she finally asked the Chinese woman to apologise. The Chinese woman came over and literally laughed at me. The worst experience.

The security guy needs to be fired. I came in as my friend was waiting upstairs. I wanted to go upstairs to make sure he is there and of course the security guy didn’t allow me. I dont understand why he was acting as I was a danger to the place. When something is happening in these places they are never getting involved and in this such circumstances . He started to follow me and became aggressive towards me. I cant believe this kind of behaviour. I had to leave the place in tears.
