What a great find. Every sense was satisfied. The first thing you'll notice, coming in the door, is the olfactory orchestra that's playing at full volume. Unique scents come at you at an almost dizzying speed. Mmmmmmm. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile and a flourish. The restaurant is filled with excited chatter as other diners unfold the hot pot experience. Once seated, take some time with your menu. Read all entries before choosing your broth, meats, veggies, noodles ... If it's your first time, staff members gladly explain how hot pot works When your food arrives, it's a fascinating piece of art in lovely layers of color and texture. In just a few minutes of dropping your first items into the broth, your mouth finally experiences the explosion of flavor the rest of your senses promised.

We visited there many times in the past and will go again in future. Good quality of service all around. We ordered lot of meat and veggies this time and couldn’t anticipated the quantity, when they served looked like it was too much for 4 of us. We have requested them to take out few of the items since we knew that it would be too much for us and no question asked they have taken those back. So as always we liked the place.

Best restaurant in Dublin for lunch/dinner. Their hot pot is flavourful, veggies are fresh & so is poultry/lamb/seafood.Food is Fantastic. Staff here are friendly, courteous, the service is impeccable & extraordinary. Start early to avoid waiting.

Came here with my family and the fried chicken and food are excellent. They do get busy so they like to squish groups in which is minus a star. I understand they want to accommodate every customer but can be claustrophobic.

The wait for this hotpot store is always decently long but worth it. The choice of meats and food quality is great and it has drinks and dessert too. The service can be inconsistent sometimes as they take a long time to refill dipping sauces and other things. Overall a great experience if you like hotpot for a good price!

Had an amazing experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Dublin! The restaurant offers an impressive variety of options for hot pot lovers. The selection of broths is fantastic, ranging from spicy to mild, so there's something for every taste. The meat options were fresh and abundant, with a great mix of beef, lamb, and pork, as well as tasty meatballs that cooked perfectly in the broth. They also have an excellent selection of seafood, including prawns and fish, and a wide array of veggies to load up your hot pot with. The cold dishes were also a nice touch—perfect for balancing out the hot pot experience. And let’s not forget about the desserts, which were the perfect sweet finish to the meal! The service was top-notch. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and helpful, guiding us through the menu and making sure we had everything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The only thing I wish they had was a dedicated veggie broth option for vegetarians—currently, they only offer broths with meat bases, so I had to make do with what I could. But aside from that, everything was fantastic!

Wonderful ayce hot pot. We love Happy Lamb. It does tend to get busy during lunch hour before their break. I'd suggest going before the peak hours.

On a weekday evening, we went to a buffet where the price was less than $30. The vegetables and sliced beef and lamb were all very fresh. There was a wide variety of self-serve meats, such as shrimp, beef tripe, and meatballs, which you had to take yourself. For sliced meats, you had to place an order with the waiter. They provided some staple foods like fried noodles, fried rice, and sesame balls. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not operational. We chose the split pot, and the taste was quite good. The waiters were friendly, and if some dishes were finished, we just had to inform them, and they would promptly replenish them. However, there were only four types of sauces for the dipping dishes, and no options like green onions or cilantro or other fancy sauces.

We were shopping near the outlet in the area and wanted some hotpot after a whole morning of shopping. This was a really great spot close and within 5 mins of drive. The service was pretty good and they were accommodating since we took our toddler with us. We ordered the premium all you can eat (AYCE) lunch combo, and we really enjoyed it. The premium beef and abalone were limited in quantity, but the other meats on the menu were unlimited. The soup bases were very flavorful and maintained good for several rounds of food. One thing we were not happy about was that we found a hair in one of our sauce dishes. It was quite a disgusting experience, given we ate directly from the sauce dish. They were nice about it after we reflected this. Overall ambiance was pretty family friendly, not too loud for family gathering, and is a great option if you’re close by to shopping!

AYCE hot pot. Food is average and I have had better. Everything is fresh and plentiful. Arrived early and no wait. I only gave 3-stars due to the charge for sauce and drinks. Should have included with the AYCE price. Who doesn’t 3-5 hot pot without sauce ??!!

Our first round of meat took TWENTY (20) minutes to show up. And when we asked them to check they did not follow up with where our food was. My friend told me you need to speak Chinese here to get better service and I really hope that's not true but we did see our waiter follow up with other tables consistently before us. It's unfortunate because I like this chain and the food but our wait really upset us.

The hot pot had an overwhelmingly strong MSG taste, resulting in severe thirst from after dinner until bedtime. Over the past two months, the quality of the beef has declined markedly, and the $40 buffet has been reduced to noticeably fewer selections. Furthermore, one female server exhibited an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Given these ongoing issues, and despite being a long-time customer, I will no longer be dining here.
